Hacking in Dinas

Hacking incident transpired at Purok 2, Barangay Sagacad, Dinas, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 3:33 PM October 28, 2014. The victim was identified as Joey Tangcod Y Simpen, 45, married and resident of said place. He was hacked by his younger brother identified as Lito Tangcod Y Simpen, 33, married, also a resident of same place. Investigation conducted by Dinas MPS disclosed that prior to the incident; the suspect together with his niece were playing cards or tong-ets when a heated argument and altercation ensued between the suspect and his niece, however, a few minutes later, the suspect and his niece went home at their respective residence located at the above-said place and upon returning home, the abovementioned suspect met his older brother Joey Tangcod Y Simpen along the road of said place. The two engaged in a argument in relation to the vices of the suspect who without any apparent reason hacked his older brother Joey Tangcod Y Simpen. He sustained multiple hacked wounds on the different parts of his body and was rushed to Margosatubig Regional Hospital for immediate medical treatment. The suspect voluntarily surrendered to the Barangay Kagawad of the mentioned place. He was subsequently turned- over to the responding PNP elements of Dinas MPS. The suspect is temporarily detained at the said police station while a case for parricide is being prepared for filing in court. 

Rape in Pagadian City

Rape incident occurred at about 2:40 PM October 28, 2014 in Pagadian City. The 903rd Maritime Police in Pagadian City conducted to the Pagadian City Police Station the living body of suspect identified as Allan Almontero, 36, single, a native of Malangas, Zamboanga Sibugay and with temporary residence of wharf area in Barangay Sta. Lucia, Pagadian City. The suspect allegedly raped a 13-year old female native of Guipos, Zamboanga Del Sur. Based on the investigation conducted by Pagadian City Police Station disclosed that said victim together with her sister and friend were walking along the wharf area when the above mentioned suspect who was on foot suddenly approached them and forcibly dragged the aforesaid victim to the grassy portion more or less fifteen (15) meters away from said place. Immediately his friend and sister left at the said place of incident asked for assistance to certain Inochine Mondido who personally discovered and found the suspect naked and caught in the act performing malicious act to the victim. The witness then called the assistance of the PNP 903rd Maritime Police based at the Barangay Sta. Lucia, Pagadian City. The PNP team then successfully arrested the aforementioned suspect. He is now temporarily detained at said police station while an appropriate case for rape is being prepared for filing in court

Vehicular Accident in Tigbao

Vehicular accident occurred at about 12:35 PM October 28, 2014 along the national highway, Barangay Upper Nilo, Tigbao, Zamboanga del Sur. Wherein an Isuzu forward truck drop side color white & yellow combination bearing plate number MCY -364, driven by Glennford Durens Mendez, 24, resident of Libertad, Aurora, bumped the rear body of another vehicle describe as Isuzu elf mini dump truck color white loaded with crushed stones with plate number YGJ- 626, driven by Diosdado Montecalvo Repaja, 48, married, a resident of Pagadian City. Said Isuzu forward traversing the national highway bound for Bayog, Zamboanga Del Sur coming from Aurora, Zamboanga Del Sur, however, upon reaching at the curve lane particularly at Purok Goldstar In Barangay Upper Nilo, Tigbao suddenly bumped to the rear body of the Isuzu mini dump truck which was moving rear ward to dumped the crushed stones to the right shouldering of the road intended for road rehabilitation. As a result, the Isuzu forward drop side incurred heavy damages particularly on the front bumper, windshield, left and right windows while the Isuzu mini dump truck incurred damages on the rear body. No injuries sustained among the drivers and passenger.

Rape Incident in Dumalinao

Rape incident occurred at about 12:00 PM October 28, 2014 at Barangay Pinig-libano, Dumalinao, Zamboanga Del Sur. The victim was an 8 years old elementary pupil of Gubang Elementary School in Pagadian City. She was allegedly raped by certain Gualberto Manit Y Jica, 51 years old, married, farmer and a resident of afore-said place. The suspect is known to the victim as Papa Berto, the husband of her Mama Nalyn who was the sister of his father. According to the victim after she took her lunch, she proceeded at the house of her Mama Nalyn (father's sister) and as she was sitting there at, the suspect allegedly carried her to the bedroom, laid her in bed and inserted his finger inside her underwear and fondled her private part. The minor victim further stated that she immediately ran away in fear of her life. PNP elements of Dumalinao Police Station proceeded to the aforementioned place where the alleged suspect live and immediately arrested him. He was brought to the mentioned police station to face the alleged accusation of the victim. 

Hacking in Sominot

Hacking incident took place at about 8:30 PM October 29, 2014 in Barangay Tungawan, Sominot, Zamboanga Del Sur. The victim was identified as Jorge Mendoza Calibjo, 41, single, the live partner of Jupilyn Ebid Y Tumomay and resident of said place. He was hacked to death by unidentified suspect. He sustained hacked wounds on the left and right arms. The victim’s neck was cut-off by the suspect with the use of a bolo. Investigation showed that the victim left their house to pasture his domesticated animals more or less 700 meters distance away from his residence. The motive of the incident is still to be determined by the Sominot Police.

Hacking in Lakewood

Hacking incident occurred at about 5:30 PM October 29, 2014 in Barangay Baking, Lakewood, Zamboanga Del Sur. The victim was identified as danny catamco y castro, 39, married, a farmer and a resident of said place. He was hacked and stabbed to death by assailant identified as Juram Limo Y Crisada, 34, married, also a farmer. The victim sustained two hacked wounds in the fore head, one hacked wound in the left face, one hacked wound in the left arm, one hacked wound in the left palm and another one stabbed wound in the abdomen. Investigation conducted disclosed that prior to the incident; the victim has appeared to the residence of the suspect while under the influence of liquor. He provoked the suspect by throwing stones in his house without any apparent reason. The suspect then asked he made such way; however, the victim told the suspect in vernacular words to quote “balikan ra tika” and departed the area. Without due noticed on the part of the victim, the suspect with his jungle bolo followed the victim. However, upon reaching about 200 meters, the suspect hacked and stabbed to death the victim resulting to his instantaneous death. The suspect right after the killing, has immediately surrendered to a certain George Pantallion. The suspect is now under the custody of Lakewood Police Station while a case of murder will be filed against him.

HACKING INCIDENT IN LAKEWOOD

On or about 5:30 in the afternoon of October 29, 2014 at Purok 3, Barangay Baking, Lakewood, Zamboanga Del Sur wherein victim identified as one (1) Danny Catamco Y Castro, 39 years old, married, farmer and a resident of same place was hacked and stabbed to death by one (1) Juram Limo Y Crisada, 34 years old, married, farmer and also res of same place. Victim sustained two hacked wounds on his fore head, one hacked wound on the left face, one hacked wound in the left arm, one hacked wound on the left palm and one stabbed wound in the abdomen. initial investigation revealed that prior to the incident, said victim visited to the residence of the aforesaid suspect under the influence of intoxicating liquor and therein provoked the suspect by throwing stones in his house without any apparent reason thereby said suspect asked the victim why he made such way however, said victim told the suspect in vernacular words to quote “balikan ra tika” and departed thereat. Afterwards, said suspect followed him and upon reaching about two hundred (200) meters away from the suspect house right there and then stabbed and hacked to death the abovementioned victim. Right after the killing, said suspect immediately surrendered to a certain George Pantallion of legal age, married, male and a resident of Barangay Tubod, Lakewood, Zamboanga Del Sur and subsequently brought to Lakewood Police Station at around 10:30 in the evening of same date for proper disposition. Arrested suspect is now temporarily detained at Lakewood Police Station locked-up cell while appropriate case is being prepared against the suspect for immediate filing in court. HACKING INCIDENT IN SOMINOT

On or about 8:30 in the evening of October 29, 2014 at Purok 4 Barangay Tungawan, Sominot, Zamboanga Del Sur wherein victim identified as one (1) Jorge Mendoza Calibjo, 41 years old, single, live partner of Jupilyn Ebid Y Tumomay, a resident of Purok 4, Barangay Tungawan, Sominot Zamboanga Del Sur was hacked to death by unidentified suspect. Victim sustained hacked wounds on the left and right arms and neck was cut-off believed with the use of a bolo. Hon. Marcus Mangubat, Sb Member of Sominot, Zamboanga Del Sur reported to Sominot Police Station that he received a cellphone call from barangay captain of Tungawan, Sominot, Zamboanga Del Sur that there was hacking incident transpired at the aforementioned barangay. PNP personnel of Sominot Police Station led by SPO3 Eulogio P Moñesa, Chief Investigator under the direct supervision of PInsp Felixberto Rule Jr., OIC proceeded to aforementioned place to verify the veracity of the report. Said PNP team arrived in the area at about 10:30 in the evening of October 29, 2014. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that at about 3:00 o’clock in the afternoon of same date, the victim left their house to pasture his domesticated animals more or less 700 meters distance away from his residence. That at about 6:00 0’clock in the afternoon, Jupilyn Ebid received text message from her neighbor and inform her that her live in partner was dead. Motive of the incident is still to be determined. CAMPAIGN AGAINST ILLEGAL DRUGS

On or about 10:45 in the morning of October 30, 2014, joint PNP elements of Provincial Intelligence Branch, together with Provincial Anti- Illegal Drugs Special Operation Task Force (PAIDSOTF), Aurora Police Station  and PDEA Zamboanga Del Sur proceeded to Barangay Monte Alegre, Aurora, Zamboanga Del Sur and conducted Anti- Dangerous Drug Buy-Bust Operation  that resulted to the arrest of suspect identified as  Muhaliden Samal Mucaram aka “Den” when he agreed to sell and deliver to a PDEA agent  who posed as buyer. confiscated from his possession and control  are one (1) heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu place in a brown paper bag in exchange for supposed One Hundred Ten Thousand Pesos (Php 110,000.00) and to include one thousand pesos (1,000.00) bearing serial  number LY093290 as buy-bust money. Estimated grams of shabu weighing were Fifty (50) grams. Further, confiscated also from the possession of said suspect was one (1) single motorcycle Honda wave 125 bearing plate number 7090-NO. Suspect is now temporarily detained at PDEA locked-up cell while an appropriate case for violation of section 5 of article 2 of R.A. 9165 is being prepared for filing.

FOUND DEAD BODY 
On or about 5:30 in the morning of October 30, 2014, Pagadian City Police Station received a cellular phone call from concerned citizen informing that a unidentified male dead body was found at Purok Nazareth, Barangay Buenavista, Pagadian City. PNP elements of Pagadian City Police Station led by Avelmar Renan Ulpindo Garambas proceeded to the reported place of incident purposely to verify and conduct investigation. Upon arrival of the responding team, unidentified male dead body was found lying lifeless and sustained lacerated wound on his head and believed was stroked to death by unidentified suspect using a hard object. PNP elements of Pagadian City Police Station conducted a thorough investigation for the possible identified and arrest of suspect as well as to determine the identity of the victim and to inform his immediate family. Man Held for Possessing Revolver

A Man who was facing a Highway robbery case was captured by the operatives of Ramon Magsaysay Police Station at about 3:30 PM October 25, 2014. Arrested was Napoleon Doncillo Y Tenorio, 30, single and a resident of Ramon Magsaysay, Zamboanga Del Sur. Suspect was arrested at IBJT in Poblacion, Ramon Magsaysay, by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of highway robbery docketed under criminal case no. 06-10-496 at the RTC branch 30 in Aurora. During the apprehension, the operating PNP elements seized/confiscated one (1) unit cal. 357 revolvers, smith and Wesson with defaced serial number and markings to quote made in U.S.A Markas Registradas Smith And Wesson Springfield ma 59 unquote. Suspect is now temporarily detained at said police station while waiting for court commitment order and while a case for violation of RA 10591 is being prepared to be file in court against him.

Motorcycle Recovered in Dinas

The Dinas Police Station recovered an abandoned single motorcycle at about 9:00 AM October 25, 2014 after the concerned citizen informing the operatives that there was an abandoned single motorcycle at Purok Manga, Barangay Proper Dimaya, Dinas, Zamboaga Del Sur.  Initial investigation conducted by the responding PNP team disclosed that the populace thereat heard a gun burst of undetermined caliber of firearm at about 6:30 PM October 24, 2014 and when verified they found one single Yamaha STX bearing plate no. 8183 color red, blue Adidas jacket, blue T-shirt and Nike slipper color black which was abandoned by unidentified person. The recovered motorcycle and other personal belongings were temporarily deposited to Dinas MPS for verification and proper disposition.

SHOOTING INCIDENT

On or about 7:00 in the evening of October 27, 2014 at Purok Mabuhay, Barangay Bulanit, Labangan, Zamboanga Del Sur wherein victim identified as one (1) Artemio D. Acope, 60 years old, married, Barangay Tanod of Barangay Bulanit, Labangan, Zamboanga Del Sur and a resident of same place was shot by unidentified suspect. PNP team of Labangan Police Station led by PO3 Cristopher M. Omamos, chief investigator proceeded to the aforesaid place to conduct investigation. Initial investigation disclosed that while the aforesaid victim was inside his residence was shot by unidentified suspect with the used of cal. 45 pistol based on the recovered fired cartridge case of same caliber found at the crime scene. Victim sustained lone gunshot wound on the left side of his stomach and immediately brought to Aisa Medical Hospital, San Pedro District, Pagadian City for immediate medical treatment. Suspect fled to unknown direction after the incident on board a single motorcycle, color black, no plate number attached, wearing a helmet. labangan police station is now conducting follow-up investigation to possibly identify and arrest the suspect. ROBBERY INCIDENT

On or about 1:30 in the afternoon of October 27, 2014 at Barangay Proper Dimaya, Dinas, Zamboanga Del Sur wherein victim identified as one Arnel Caliso Ogos, 39 years old, married and a resident of Purok Mangga, Barangay Camanga, Dumalinao, Zamboanga Del Sur was robbed by unidentified suspect. Subject person is a collector of Reynaldo Lending Investors based at Barangay San Jose, Pagadian City. PNP elements of Dinas Police Station led by PO3 Albert Delos Reyes Hemillan Intelligence PNCO immediately proceeded to the crime scene to conduct ocular investigation and verification. investigation revealed that while the victim riding his single Honda wave 100 bearing with plate number Jl-8729, color red from Poblacion Pitogo bound to Pagadian City and upon reaching at the afore-mentioned place two (2) unidentified suspects armed with short unknown caliber of firearms waylaid on his way and declared hold-up. Suspects successfully carted away the money amounting to Fifteen Thousand Pesos (Php15, 000.00) more or less. Suspects fled away towards Poblacion Pitogo after the commission of the crime riding a single motorcycle according to the victim. Responding PNP team conducted hot pursuit operation for possible arrest of the suspects but it turned negative result. Dinas Police Station is still continuously conducting follow-up investigation to possibly identify and arrest the suspect.

SHOOTING INCIDENT

On or about 9:15 in the evening of October 23, 2014, shooting incident transpired at Purok Matinabangon, Poblacion, San Pablo, Zamboanga Del Sur particularly beside Niños Function Hall, San Pablo, Zamboanga Del Sur wherein victim identified as Jerome Amsid Y Vidal, 17 years old, first year college student at JH Cerilles State College (JHCSC) San Pablo Campus, And a resident at Purok Lawis, Barangay Tandubuay of same municipality and province was shot to death by unidentified suspect. initial investigation revealed that the while the victim was walking his way to his boarding house from school and upon reaching at the aforementioned place, was shot by unidentified perpetrator/s with the used of .45 caliber pistol based on empty shells 3 pcs and 1 slug recovered from the crime scene. Victim sustained multiple gunshot wounds on his body and one (1) on his head causing his instantaneous death while suspect fled towards unknown direction after the commission of the crime. San Pablo Police Station is still conducting thorough investigation for possible identity and arrest of the suspect. Motive of the crime is still unknown. VEHICULAR ACCIDENT

On or about 1:00 in the afternoon of October 23, 2014 along the national highway particularly at Sitio Dacon, Barangay Picanan, Kumalarang, Zamboanga Del Sur wherein a cargo truck registered under the name of Tawi-Tawi construction and development corporation, driven by a certain Romulo Nepondulan Colina  44 years old, married and a resident of 726 San Salvador St., Palo Leyte, color yellow, bearing plate nr rcc-390, accidentally misroute and bumped into the electrical post of ZAMSURECO and globe telecom. initial investigation disclosed that while the said vehicle traversing at the above mentioned highway going to zamboanga city, the said truck encountered mechanical problem and upon reaching at the curved area of the aforesaid place accidentally bumped into the electrical post of the ZAMSURECO and globe telecom pd as a result, four (4) occupants namely: one (1) Arsenio Abellanosa Jr., 46 years old, Ronelio Rego 27 years old, Ruel Tamba 19 years old, and a certain Ignacio Jovita Jr., 34 years old sustained severe physical injuries and were rushed to Buug Saint John General Hospital, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay for immediate medical treatment. Kumalarang Police Station is now preparing a case for reckless imprudence resulting to damage to property and multiple physical injuries against the driver. On or about 3:45 in the afternoon of October 23, 2014 along national highway particularly at Purok 2, Barangay Eastern Sominot, Sominot, Zamboanga Del Sur wherein one (1) unit single motorcycle Kawasaki Bajaj habal-habal color black driven by one (1) Roseller Jida Y Mayol, 28 years old, married and a resident of Barangay Kauswagan, Ramon Magsaysay, Zamboanga Del Sur accidentally collided to a single motorcycle Rusi color black, bearing plate nr 3637 and registered in the name of Charity D Serenio of Balangsan District, Pagadian City, initial investigation conducted disclosed that while the Kawasaki Baja was traversing at the aforementioned place when accidentally bumped/hit by a single motorcycle Rusi coming from opposite direction/lane. as a result, passengers of the said habal-habal namely: April Kete Barcelita Y Apilan, 15 years old, student and a resident in Barangay Cogon, Cagayan De Oro City, Leticia Apilan Barcelita, 44 years old separated and resident of Barangay Kauswagan, Ramon Magsaysay, Zamboanga Dul Sur and six months old child Queenie Magdadaro Y Apilan all sustained serious physical injuries. the child who incurred swelling on the head is on critical condition and were rushed to Sominot Rural Health for medical treatment while Queenie Magdadaro was transferred to Infirmary Hospital and later referred to zamboanga del sur medical center for further medication. Alleged Pusher Nabbed in Pagadian City

A suspected drug pusher was arrested by the elements of Zamboanga Del Sur -Provincial Anti-Illegal Drugs Special Operation Task Force (PAIDSOTF) backed by the intelligence operatives of Pagadian City Police Station in coordination with the PDEA during the anti- dangerous drug buy bust operation in Barangay Dumagoc, Pagadian City at about 9:50 PM October 23, 2014. Arrested pusher was identified as June David Burgos Y Lador aka Tata, 23, single and a resident of the aforesaid place. He was arrested when he agreed to sell one sachet of suspected Shabu to the poseur-buyer using three pieces of one hundred peso bill as marked money. Seized from his possession are three hundred pesos (P300.00) marked money; four (4) pieces of small transparent plastic sachet of Shabu weight of .15 grams; three (3) pieces aluminum foils and one disposable lighter. Suspect is now temporarily detained at Pagadian City Police Station while a appropriate case for violation of RA 9165 is now being prepared for filing in court.

Murderer Arrested in Dumingag

A murderer was collared by the operatives of Dumingag Police Station in Barangay Lower Timonan, Dumingag, Zamboanga Del Sur at around 6:00 AM October 24, 2014. Police Senior Inspector Heterence Desamparado Abraham, Chief of Police, Dumingag MPS, identified the arrested as Isagani Arcadio Gregana, legal age and resident of said place. He was arrested based on the warrant of arrest for the crime of murder issued by Hon Jaime B Caberte Presiding Judge of RTC, 9^th Branch 23, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur docketed under criminal case number 2013-10-2711 dated 09 September 2014. Suspect is now temporarily detained at the mentioned police station awaiting court disposition.

Firearm Seized in Pagadian City during Search Warrant

A homemade caliber 45 pistol was confiscated while the subject person eluded arrest following the service of search warrant number 181 conducted by the operatives of Pagadian City Police Station led by Police Senior Rommel G. Etbew in Purok African Daisy, Barangay Santiago, Pagadian City at around 5:00 PM October 24, 2014. The search warrant number 181 which was dated 15 October 2014 was issued by Hon Judge Joel Bercede, Branch 01, MTCC, Pagadian City and intended to the house owned by Mohammad “Moks” Ibrahim, legal age, resident of said place. The operation resulted to the confiscation of one unit homemade cal. 45 pistols Armscor brand bearing serial number SN 752356 and one magazine without ammo, however, during the search made subject person mentioned above was not present and cannot be located. A case for violation of RA 10591 is now being prepared for filing in court against the aforementioned subject person while the confiscated firearm is now under the custody of Pagadian City Police Station for court exhibit.

Hacking Incident in Lakewood

Hacking/stabbing incident occurred at about 9:30 PM October 24, 2014 at Barangay Bag-ong kahayag, Lakewood, Zamboanga Del Sur. The victim was identified as Loreto Batulan Y Rupinta, 46 years old, married, farmer and a resident of the aforesaid place. He was hacked and stabbed by Cristore Tec-Ing Y Alcobar, 40, single, also a farmer and also resident of same place. The victim sustained one hacked wound on his left face and one stabbed wound on his neck penetrated through his chest and two stabbed wounds on the left arm that resulted to his untimely death. Investigation conducted by the responding PNP team of Lakewood MPS disclosed that prior to the incident; the aforesaid victim  together with his friends were playing billiard games which they called it “alehay” inside the house of certain Fernando Pisay aka “Toto” and when suspect came carrying jungle bolo placed in a scabbard which tied in his waist and without any apparent reason suddenly stabbed and hacked the victim several times hitting on the different parts of the body that resulted to the victims death. Right after the incident, said suspect immediately surrendered to Hon Rosendo Cristoria, a Barangay Councilor of said place. He was later turned over to the Lakewood MPS while a case of murder is being prepared for immediate filing in court.

Alleged Pusher Busted in Tambulig

A total of seven heat sealed sachets of Shabu were confiscated from a drug pusher during drug buy bust operation conducted by Zamboanga Del Sur –Anti- Illegal Drugs Special Operation Task Force and Tambulig Police in Purok 6, Barangay New Village, Tambulig, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 8:30 PM October 21, 2014. Arrested pusher was identified as Tyrone Magbago Y Deiret, 37 years old, married and a resident of said place. Recovered from the said operation served as evidence are seven (7) heat sealed sachets containing white crystalline substance suspected to be methamphetamine hydrochloride (Shabu) and 4 four aluminum foil and the marked money. Arrested person is now temporarily detained at the Tambulig Police Station while preparing for appropriate charges against him.

CAMPAIGN AGAINST ILLEGAL DRUGS  

On or about 8:30 in the evening of October 21, 2014, PNP elements of Tambulig Police Station led by SPO4 Roberto Caay Cortes, upon the direction of PSInsp Benjamin Casano Napigkit, COP conducted anti- dangerous drug buy-bust operation at Purok 6, Barangay New Village, Tambulig, Zamboanga Del Sur which resulted to the arrest of suspect identified as Tyrone Magbago Y Deiret, 37 years old, married and resident of said place. confiscated from his possession and control are the following: seven (7) heat sealed sachets containing white crystalline substance  believed to be methamphetamine hydrochloride  or locally known as shabu and  four (4) pcs aluminum foil and the marked money. Shopping Center Ransack in Pagadian

Robbery and ransack incident occurred at about 7:00 AM October 21, 2014 at peoples plaza shopping center in Pagadian City. Initial investigation conducted by the Pagadian Police disclosed that the suspect was a male person as seen on close circuit television (CCTV) installed inside of said establishment and hid himself inside before it was closed. The suspect carted away assorted silver 925 Italy necklace and bracelets amounted to more or less two hundred ten thousand pesos (P210, 000.00) by destroying the lock of the cubicles of which the said assorted silver were placed, moreover, the suspect got a piece of cake, three (3) lollipops and a sterilized bear brand milk at the grocery section and ate all of it as discovered at the crime scene. the suspect gain his exit at the fourth floor of the building using the clothes by tying one by one until it was able to reach at the ground and fled  to unknown direction. The Pagadian City Police is now conducting a thorough investigation for the possible apprehension and identification of the suspect.

SHOOTING INCIDENT

On or about 10:30 in the evening of October 22, 2014 at JNY Billiard Hall, Molave Public Market, Barangay Maloloy-On, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur wherein victim identified as Charles Gomonit Limbaroc, 23 years old, single, resident of Bliss Culo, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur was shot to death by an unidentified suspect using caliber 45 pistol based on the recovered fired cartridge case of same caliber from the crime scene. investigation conducted by Molave Police Station disclosed that said victim was watching billiard game on the abovementioned place when one (1) an unidentified suspect suddenly approached and shot the victim several times. As a result, victim sustained gunshot wounds on the different parts of his body and same was rushed to Salug Valley Medical Center for immediate medical treatment but same was declared dead on arrival by the attending physician. Suspect fled immediately to unknown direction after the incident onboard on a Honda CBR 150 color red with no plate number. PNP elements of Molave Police Station conducted a follow-operation and investigation for the possible identification and arrest of suspect. STABBING INCIDENT

On or about 10:30 in the morning of October 22, 2014, one (1) Jay Cabusao Y Berdin, 31 years old, married, merchandiser of Chiong Consumer Mart, resident of San Francisco District, Pagadian City personally appeared and reported to Pagadian City Police Station informing that a stabbing incident transpired at Alano Street, Barangay San Francisco, Pagadian City wherein one (1) of their co workers/victim identified as  Cris Michael  Medico Y Mahinay, 22 years old, single, labor of Chiong Consumers Mart, resident of Barangay Pongapong, San Pablo, Zamboanga Del Sur was stabbed by two (2) an unidentified suspects. Investigation conducted by Pagadian City Police Station disclosed that on or about 9:30 in the morning of same date, while said victim manually delivered stocks going to Tabina Terminal located at Jamisola Extension, Barangay San Francisco Pagadian City when two (2) an unidentified suspects armed with undetermined type of bladed weapon suddenly smashed and stabbed the victim without any apparent reason. As a result, victim sustained stabbed wound on his forearm and injuries on his head and same manage to ran and ask for assistance. Suspects fled immediately to unknown direction after the incident while responding PNP elements of Pagadian City Police Station conducted a follow-up operation and investigation for the possible identification and arrest of suspects as well as to determine the motive of the incident. VEHICULAR ACCIDENT

On or about 9:30 in the morning of October 22, 2014 at national highway of Barangay Upper Pulacan, Labangan, Zamboanga Del Sur wherein one (1) Isuzu Elf Cargo Truck, color white, bearing plate number POE 775, driven by Teodoro Ocliaso Pongos Jr., 38 years old resident of Barangay Caluma, Tigbao, Zamboanga Del Sur accidentally bumped one (1) single motorcycle Honda CB 110cc, color black, driven by Cresante Catacutan, 58 years old, married, retired pnp member together with her back rider/wife  Mrs. Ema Catacutan, 59 years old, public teacher by occupation, resident of Barangay Sta. Maria, Pagadian City and one (1) Rural Transit Bus, bearing plate number KWA 271, driven by Virgilio Pabalay Ines Jr., 49 years old, resident of Prurok 4, Barangay Poblacion, Bacolod, Lanao Del Norte. investigation conducted by Labangan Police Station disclosed that said Isuzu Cargo Truck was traversing from Pagadian City bound to Cagayan De Oro City and upon reaching at the abovementioned place said Isuzu Truck encountered engine malfunction and the driver of same loses its control over his driven vehicle due to brake malfunction and then accidentally swerved and bumped into the abovementioned single motorcycle and rural transit bus who was also running in same direction. driver of said single motorcycle to include his back rider as well as some passengers of rural transit bus identified as Ramonito Mig, 38 years old, resident of Bagong Silang, Pagadian City and Michelle Villanueva, student, resident of Pag-Asa, Dumalinao, Zamboanga Del Sur sustained injuries and were rushed to Tabak Philippine Army Hospital, Barangay Upper Pulacan, Labangan, Zamboanga Del Sur for their immediate medical treatment. Subject vehicles and single motorcycle were now under the custody of Labangan Police Station for proper disposition of the case. CAMPAIGN ON ILLEGAL DRUGS

On or about 8:30 in the evening of October 22, 2014, joint PNP elements of Guipos Police Station led by PSInsp Usman Julwadi Edding, OIC and PAIDSOTG led by Po3 Dennis Amiscaray Sarangani, under the direct supervision of PSInsp Rommel Gabriel Etbew, Chief PAIDSOTG conducted illegal drug buy-bust operation at Purok Osmeña, Barangay Balongating, Guipos, Zamboanga Del Sur that resulted to the arrest of suspects identified as Jewelden  Tan Y Duhaylungsod, 34 years old, single jobless and a resident of Barangay Malaubang, Ozamis City and Larry Villanueva Y Cabigas, 49 years old, married, jobless and a resident of Barangay Lam-Ang, Ozamis City. Subject persons were arrested at the above-mentioned place after they agreed to sell one (1) sachet of shabu to the police officer who acted as poseur-buyer. confiscated from their possession and control are four (4) heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline granules believed to be methamphetamine hydrochloride or shabu, one (1) transparent plastic cellophane containing and  five (5) rolled aluminum foils.  Suspects are now temporarily detained at PAIDSOTG lock-up cell, Pagadian City while a case for violation of R.A. 9165 is now being prepared for filing in court. DROWNING INCIDENT

On  or about 5:30 in the afternoon of October 22, 2014 at rainforest, Purok 1, Barangay Depase, Bayog, Zamboanga Del Sur wherein victim identified as one (1) Cyrus Mendosa, 6 years old and a resident of Purok 1, Barangay Poblacion, Bayog, Zamboanga Del Sur was drowned in the swimming pool of said place. initial investigation conducted by the responding PNP elements of Bayog Police Station disclosed that while the victim together with his family were having their picnic thereat, when they were about to go home they noticed that the victim was missing and ten (10) minutes after more or less, said victim was found unconscious and drowned in the swimming pool. Victim was immediately brought to Bayog Rural Health Center for medical treatment and later was declared dead by the attending physician. 

CAMPAIGN AGAINST LOOSE FIREARMS  

On or about 3:45 in the afternoon of October 22, 2014, Dumalinao Police Station received a txt message from concerned citizen informing that they heard gun burst at Purok Malinawon B, Barangay Paglaum, Dumalinao, Zamboanga Del Sur.  PNP team of Dumalinao Police Station led by SPO4 Abelardo P Vicente, MESPO proceeded to the aforesaid place and upon arrival thereat, able to met Hon Victor Laban, Barangay Kagawad of same place and also attested regarding the said report. Afterwards, they proceeded to the house of Dionesio Denoy-Chief Tanod of said barangay. The latter disclosed that Cerecio Delgado was the one who fired the gun hitting on the ground. he further added that the suspect arrived in his house and confronted Jeerold Mart Pasay and slapped the face of Leofernel Lagata for unknown reason before firing once pointing on the ground and upon sensing the responding PNP team, said suspect entered the house of said Barangay Tanod to concealed his firearm. the team together with the aforesaid Barangay Kagawad with consent of the owners house conducted search inside their house and successfully recovered one (1) caliber .45 pistol (COLT MK IV) with SN 539168 with one magazine containing (4) live ammos inserted on a holster color black, found by SPO4 Abelardo Vicente inside the 2nd drawer of plastic aparador inside the house. Further, also recovered the evidences one (1) fired cartridge case and (1) live ammunition of caliber .45 pistol and a slug that was split into (2) pcs found at the crime scene. PNP team invited the suspect to the police station including the witnesses for further investigation. Suspect is now temporary detained at Dumalinao Police Station for proper case disposition while appropriate case is being prepared for immediate filing in court.
