REPORTED INCIDENTS –September 21-22, 2015

Press Release
Shooting incident in Pagadian City
On or about 8:10 in the morning of September 22, 2015, A concerned citizen call informing Pagadian City Police Station through cell phone call that there was shooting incident transpired at Purok Malamboon, Barangay Gubac, Pagadian City. PNP elements of Pagadian City Police Station led by PI JULIETO ASENIERO, OD, together with duty investigator under the direct supervision and control of PSUPT GLENN MACARIO DULAWAN, COP, immediately proceeded to the placed of incident. Upon arrival thereat, one lifeless body of MELCHOR LISONDRA y PANOY CMM 41 years of age, farmer, Filipino and a resident of Purok Makiangayon, Gubac, Pagadian City. Initial investigation revealed that at about 7:30 in the morning of same date, while the victim driven his single MC, Kawasaki Furry en route from Lower Sibatang Elementary School going back to his residence and while traversing thereat upon reaching at Purok Malamboon, Barangay Road, one unidentified motorcycle riding criminals shot the victim which caused to his untimely death. The victim sustained multiple gunshot wounds on different parts of his body. The unidentified suspects fled towards to unknown direction. Further investigation conducted revealed that based on the previous record of the victim found out that on December 2, 2013, said victim has a criminal case nos. 16824 for Serious Physical Injuries but said cased were Dismissed Provisionally last June 18, 2014 at Pagadian City, Philippines-Presiding Judge Joel G.Verde. Ocular investigation/inspection conducted revealed that no fired cartridge shell recovered at the crime scene. Motive of the incident are still under investigation as well as the identity of the suspect. Investigator on case is PO3 Louie Jay C. Gabule/09474680242.

HACKING INCIDENT IN AURORA
On or about 8:35 in the afternoon of September 22, 2015, Aurora Municipal Police Station received a cellphone call from Mrs. Badat Abao, concern citizen, informed that hacking incident transpired at Purok Cabatingan, Barangay Monte Alegre, Aurora, Zamboanga Del Sur. Immediately, PNP team of said station spearheaded by PSI Heidel H Te-Elan, OIC, proceed to the said place to conduct investigation. Investigation conducted disclosed that on or about 8:20 in the evening of September 22, 2015, hacking inc transpired at abovementioned place. The victim identified as one Jerick Apoya Y Booc, 31 years old, single, jobless, and the suspect identified as one Clemente Apoya Y Seno, (father of the victim), 64 years old, married, driver, both resident of aforesaid place. Furthermore, while the victim arrived at their house, was drunk and got wild and boxed the suspect many times, a misunderstanding ensued between the suspect (Clemente) and the victim (Jerick) that prompted the suspect to hack the victim using a bolo. As a result hereof the victim sustained multiple hack wound on his different part of his body. Immediately thereafter the victim was brought to Aurora Community Emergency Hospital situated at Barangay Cabilinan, Aurora Municipality but subsequently transferred to Provincial Medical Center, Dao, Pagadian City for medication. The suspect was arrested at his residence and was brought to Aurora MPS for appropriate criminal charges against him in court.

BURGLARY INCIDENT IN PAGADIAN CITY
On or about 10:00 in the evening of September 21, 2015 one April Rose Amacna Maspara, 22 years old, female, single, a resident of Ballesteros Village, Balangasan District, Pagadian City personally came to Pagadian City Police Station and reported that on or about 4:00 in the afternoon of September 21, 2015 she discovered that their house situated at the above-mentioned place was allegedly robbed/ransacked by unidentified person. Investigation conducted disclosed that the unidentified suspect/s gained entry and exit at the ceiling of their kitchen and destroyed it. Allegedly suspect/s carted away, one (1) unit camera (Kodak) worth Four Thousand Pesos (Php 4,000.00) two (2) units cellular phone (Nokia music express and Nokia n70) worth Fifteen Thousand Pesos (Php 15,000.00) and one (1) unit globe tattoo broadband worth nine hundred ninety nine pesos (Php 999.00) with an overall total amount of Nineteen Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Nine pesos (Php 19,999.00). Pagadian City Police Station is conducting follow-up investigation for possible identification and apprehension of the unidentified suspect/s. Investigator on case is PO1 Noel L Bande (09496921659).

Arrest of Wanted Person in Pagadian City
Pagadian City - At about 6:53 o’clock in the evening of September 17, 2015, SPO3 Carlos D Omentic and PO3 Marieson S Ganta,  warrant servers of this station under the direction from PSUPT Glenn M Dulawan, COP arrested one Jhamar Plata Y Gulang at his residence situated at Purok Bear Brand, Gatas, Pagadian City by virtue of a warrant of arrest with criminal case number 17130 for physical injuries (under paragraph 2 art. 266 of the rpc) issued by Hon. Joel G Vercide, Presiding Judge of MTCC Branch 01, Pagadian City. The suspect is now temporarily detained at the lock-up cell of this station while waiting for court final adjudication. Suspects bail for his temporary liberty is fixed to two thousand pesos (₱2,000).

Arrest of Wanted Person in Pagadian City

Benjamin R Lanzaderas, Presiding Judge of RTC branch 22, Pagadian City. The suspect is now temporarily detained at the lock-up cell of this station while waiting for court final disposition. Suspects bail for his temporary liberty is fixed to two thousand pesos (₱2,000).

Illegal Discharged of Firearm in Dumalinao
A 50-year old man was arrested after he was caught in the act illegally discharged his caliber 45 pistol in Purok Maisan, Barangay Sibucao, Dumalinao, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 12:41 PM of September 19, 2015. Suspect was identified by Dumalinao Police as Arnold Carso y Engcong aka “Dodo”, 50 years old married and a resident of La Ditcha, Malangas Zamboanga Sibugay. The suspect is already inside the house when the police arrived. The police element ordered the suspect to went down and let his hand bend upward, however, while on the process of investigation, certain James Bryan Carso, 8 years old son of Reynante and Anna Marie Carso which is the owner of the house confided to the PNP elements that the firearms of his uncle Arnold Carso was kept inside their house and witness even pin pointed the firearms being place beneath on an arrange folded dress. The police element successfully recovered the subject firearms described as Cal .45 pistol, colt automatic caliber .45 (government model united states property m1911 a1 us army) with serial number 9532 86, with (1) magazine inserted on its chamber with (3) live ammunition. The suspect was brought to the Dumalinao Police Station for proper disposition.

Flashflood Incident in Pagadian City
Flashflood incident took place near the creek of Zone 6, Barangay Tiguma, Pagadian City Zamboanga Del Sur at around 4:30 in the afternoon of September 21, 2015. The elements of Pagadian City Police led by Police Inspector Psyche Barroquillo, in coordination with Barangay Emergency Response Team (BERT) of said place and City Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office (CDRRMO), immediately responded to the reported place of incident purposely to provide assistance and operation to the affected families of the aforesaid place. Upon arrival of the responding team,  fourteen (14) affected residential houses, and the two of said houses owned by Elenita Taguiab and Ernesto Imbing were totally damaged/destroyed while the other houses incurred slight damages due to continuous heavy rain in the area and fortunately there were no casualties or injured during the incident

Stabbing Incident Labangan
Stabbing incident occurred at about 6:45 AM of September 21, 2015 at Barangay Bulanit, Labangan, Zamboanga Del Sur. The victim was identified as Musa Boriogan Diamla, 56, married, farmer and a resident of Purok Nabintad, Barangay Bulanit, Labangan. He was stabbed by his son identified as Badroddin Diamla, 26, single, jobless. Investigation showed that the victim and suspect were inside their house at above mentioned place when the suspect asked money to the victim, however, when he asked to the suspect for the purposed, he got mad and fled but suspect came back again and without any reason push the victim. He then drew a kitchen knife and stabbed his father but unfortunately victim was not hit. The victim assisted by his nephew identified as Gamor Abdul, disarmed the suspect armed with kitchen knife. The father observed that his son was having a sleepless at night before the incident happened and believed under the influence of drugs considering that the actuation of the suspect is not normal. The suspect was apprehended by responding PNP elements of Labangan MPS and recovered from the possession and control of the suspect is nine (9) inches kitchen knife. He is now temp detained at the mentioned police station for filing an appropriate charge.

OPERATIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORTS
Man Nabbed in Mahayag Drug Bust
The operatives of Mahayag Police Station arrested a 30-year old man during drug buy-bust operation in Purok Kamansi, Barangay DCM, Mahayag, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 2:50 PM of September 21, 2015. Police Chief Inspector Homer Dumalag, Mahayag Police Chief, said suspect Eugene Tulibas Y Puyot, 30, married and a resident of Barangay New Oroquita, Sominot. Recovered from his possession and control were one small heat sealed suspected shabu; one empty tawas container containing seven small (7) heat sealed suspected shabu; one lighter; two (2) one hundred peso bill  as buy- bust money; twenty peso bill (P20.00); one single motorcycle. The suspect is now temp detained at the mentioned police station while preparing appropriate charges against the suspect for filling in court.

Man Arrested for Violation of RA 9165 in Labangan
A 33-year old man was arrested for violation of RA 9165 in Purok Sampaguita, Barangay Lower Campo Islam, Labangan, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 11:00 AM of September 21, 2015. Police Senior Inspector Junie Lawingan, Labangan Police Chief, said suspect Ronie Mustafa Y Mangkig, 33, married, jobless and a resident of same place. He was arrested for violation of section 12, article ii, R.A. 9165 with criminal case number 12326-2k15 issued by Presiding Judge Felix B. Rodriguez Jr. at RTC 9th Judicial Region, branch 18 cl ma issued  on  9th September 2015 with  forty thousand pesos (P 40,000.00) bill  bond recommended  for his temporary liberty. Suspect is now temp detained at said police station for proper disposition.

Drug Suspect Caught in Drug Operation in Pagadian
A construction worker was arrested during buy-bust operation conducted by operatives of Pagadian City Police Station at about 9:35 AM of September 21, 2015. The Pagadian City Police identified the arrested as Ronald Salinas Y Intan aka “Edu” or aka “Tisoy”, 37, married, construction worker, a resident of Zone 3, Barangay Tiguma, Pagadian City. Suspect was one of the drugs watch list personalities operating within the Pagadian City. He was caught in flagrante delicto selling one (1) piece of small size heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance of suspected shabu, wrapped with a candy plastic (snow bear) which includes two (2) pieces aluminum foils to the poseur-buyer. Recover from the possession and control of the suspect are the marked money worth two hundred (P200.00) pesos, (P100 with serial number za345399 and serial number za989793). The suspect is now temporarily detained at Pagadian City Police Station while preparing appropriate charges against him for filing in court.

PRESS RELEASE
Male Dead Body Found in Pagadian
A male dead body was found at about 10:38 PM of September 3, 2015 at Barangay Muricay, Pagadian City. The Pagadian City Police identified the man as Mariano Sabellano Y Galbo, 17 years old, single, jobless, resident of Purok Lumboy, Tuburan District, Pagadian City. He was found lying lifeless and sustained blunt wounds on his head and believed to be stroked using hard object by an unidentified suspect/s. based on the initial investigation conducted by Pagadian City Police disclosed that based on the statement of one of the security guards on duty at Pagadian City Airport  revealed that said victim was driving a Yamaha mio color white/black  with no plate number with attached marking on the plate “playboy” and was seen passing four (4) times using said single mc at the abovementioned place. Recovered at the crime scene are one coil spring grip panel and one live ammunition of caliber 45 pistol. The Pagadian City Police now conducted follow- up operation to possibly identify and arrest the suspect.

OPERATIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORTS
Woman Nabbed for Estafa in Pagadian
A wanted person was arrested at Purok Kahayag, Dumagoc, Pagadian City at about 12:50 PM of September 2, 2015. The Pagadian City Police identified the arrested man as Mariafe Villalas y Carillo. She was nabbed by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Hon.Pablito S. Pielago, Jr, Presiding Judge of MTCC 9th Judicial Region Branch 02,  Pagadian City  with criminal case no. 17137-17141 (5 counts) for Estafa (under Art. 315, 1(b) of the RPC). Suspect was properly informed of her basic rights afforded by the Philippine Constitution and was brought to this station for proper disposition. She is now temporarily detained at the lock-up cell of the mentioned police station while waiting for court final adjudication.

Rape Suspect Collared in Dumingag
A wanted man was arrested by Dumingag Police in Purok 2, Barangay Salvador, Dumingag, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 7:00 PM of September 2, 2015. He was identified as Renato Yanoyan. He is now under the custody of Dumingag Police Station. The suspect was arrested based on the warrant of arrest for the crime of Rape (1st count to 20th counts), docketed under Criminal Case # 2014-10-2734 and CC # 2014-10-2753 dated 05 August 2014 with no bail bond recommended, duly signed by Hon Jaime B Caberte, Presiding Judge of Regional Trial Court, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 23, Molave, Zamboanga del Sur. He was brought to Dumingag MPS for his temporary confinement while waiting for the commitment order from the issuing court.

3 Nabbed for Drugs in Margosatubig
Three individuals listed in the Drug Watch List were collared during police operation conducted by Zamboanga Sur Police Office-Provincial Intelligence Branch, PDEA, Margosatubig Police and Naval Intelligence Group at Barangay Poblacion, Margosatubig, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 1:00 PM of September 3, 2015. Arrested were Julasbi Dacula Y Fernandez, 25, married, fisherman; Usman Manabilang Y Imbingan a.k.a. toto, 35, married, fisherman and Noron Mawalaw Y Jano, 58, married, fisherman. Confiscated from them were ten (10) small size heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu; three (3) medium size heat dash sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu; and one (1) medium size heat dash sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu (buy-bust item)  with a total of estimated weight of 50 grams; one (1) digital weighing scale; two (2) pcs 500.00 buy-bust money; two (2) pcs green lighters; two (2) scissors; several cut of aluminum foils and  several pack of transparent plastic cellophane. The three arrested suspects are now temp detained at Margosatubig MPS lock -up cell awaiting court disposition.

Campaign against Illegal Fishing in Margosatubig
The Police elements of Margosatubig Police Station led by Police Chief Inspector Jonathan P. Lladoc conducted seaborne patrol operation at Dumangquillas Bay fronting Barangay Talanusa, Margosatubig, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 7:40 PM of September 3, 2015. This resulted to the interception of one (1) unit fishing boat locally known as “tare-tare” and arrest of five (5) suspects identified as Valerio Macahis Y Gantalao, 38 years old; Arnold Jerusalem Y Galorio, 38 years old; junie Gabatcha Y Canoy, 36 years old; Caloy Hugo Y Ebag, married and Margcelino Ganabis Y Gerolaga, 48 years old, all resident of Barangay Igat Island, Margosatubig, Zamboanga Del Sur. Confiscated from their possession and control are one (1) unit fishing boat locally known as “tare-tare”, fishnet and assorted fishes weighing more or less eighty (80) kilos. The arrested persons were immediately brought to Margosatubig Police Station for proper disposition of the case.

2 Held in Aurora Police Checkpoint for Drugs
Police elements of Aurora Police Station led by Police Senior Inspector Heidel Batulog Te-elan conducted checkpoint along national highway of Barangay Anonang, Aurora, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 12:00 PM of September 3, 2015. This resulted to the interception of one unit Toyota Revo colored green bearing plate number wfs-424 and arrest of suspects identified as Philip Nayve Y Labrador, 49 years old, jobless and Marlon Ceniza Y Batoctoy, 42 years old, married, napocor employee. The vehicle was flagged down along national highway of barangay anonang, aurora by the PNP elements of Aurora MPS, however, when being confronted by the police officer, the driver/suspect identified as Philip Nayve Y Labrador got out from his driven vehicle and utter words that his coming from Maranding, Lanao Del Norte purposely to buy ducks for a birthday celebration. He then pretended to urinate at the shoulder of the road but he was caught in the act of dropping/throwing something on the road pavement. When being verified it turns out to be transparent cellophane containing six (6) sachets of white crystalline substance believed to be shabu. The said person along with his companion identified as Marlon Ceniza Y Batoctoy were put under arrest and are now temporarily detained at Aurora Police Station while an appropriate case for violation of RA 9165 is being prepared for filing in court against them. The vehicle is now under the custody of said police station for proper disposition.
