ACCOMPLISHMENT OPERATIONAL REPORTS

CAMPAIGN AGAINST WANTED PERSON

That on April 23, 2016 at about 5:00 PM, joint PNP elements of Provincial Intelligence Branch, Zamboanga Del Sur Provincial Police Office, Zamboanga Del Sur Provincial Public Safety Company, Criminal Investigation and Detection Group-Zamboanga Del Sur and Molave Municipal Police Station conducted operation against wanted person that resulted in the arrest of Dionisio Sarino Babanto, 51 years old, married, resident of Purok Del Carmen, Barangay Dipolo, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur. Suspect is arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of robbery with homicide and physical injuries, issued by Honorable Monique A. Quisumbing-Ignacio, Presiding Judge, rtc, Branch 209, Mandaluyong City, docketed under criminal case number mc -02-6145, dated march 7, 2016 with no bail-bond recommended. Suspect is temporarily detained at Molave Municipal Police Station lock-up cell for proper disposition.

REPORTED INCIDENTS - April 24, 2016

Arrest Of Wanted Person

The PNP elements of Molave MPS conducted police operation thru service of warrant of arrest at Purok African Daisy 2, Barangay Culo, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 5:00 pm of April 22, 2016,  resulted in the arrest of Rodolfo Calunsag, 46 years old, married, resident of same place. subject person has a standing warrant of arrest for the crime of Estafa docketed in criminal case number 2016-10-3135 issued by Hon.Jaime B Caberte Presiding Judge of RTC 9th Judicial Region branch 23 dated March 30, 2016 with bail bond fixed to sixty thousand (₱60,000.00) for his temporary liberty. The arrested person is now temporarily detained at Molave MPS, Zamboanga Del Sur for proper disposition. 

REPORTED INCIDENTS - April 22, 2016

SHOOTING INCIDENTS

At about 7:00 PM 20 April 2016, shooting incident occurred at Purok 3, Brgy Licuro-an, Midsalip, ZDS wherein certain BalodoyLabiga, 44 years old, married and a resident of said Brgy was allegedly shot by GodofredoAnsolong and QuirinoSuminog with the used of unknown caliber.

VEHICULAR ACCIDENT

At about 9:00 A.M of April 20, 2016 along National Highway of Brgy Upper Pulacan, Labangan, ZDS wherein a Rural Transit Aircon Bus Nr. 921, color red, Temp Plate Nr.   092002, driven by Gilbert AndilabuyCaliskis was accidentally hit’s the single MC Kawasaki Barako 175, Plate Nr JA 75201 color blue with side car driven by Dexter Ardo y Cedeño a resident   of   Tawagan Sur, Pagadian City, and Single MC Kawasaki Barako 175, color black with attached fish carrier driven by ArnelOlandre y Antigue, 28 years old, married, fish vendor and a resident of kauswagan, R-Magsaysay, ZDS.

REPORTED INCIDENTS - April 14-16, 2016

Report On The Arrest Of Wanted Person in Pagadian City

            On April 14, 2016 at about 9:00 am, the PNP elements of Pagadian CPS, Zamboanga Del Sur led by SPO3 Carlos D Omentic proceeded to Purok Adelfa, Barangay San Jose, Pagadian City and arrested Florence Bacalso Ligue, 33 years old, married, a resident of the above mentioned place who was arrested  for the crime of qualified theft issued by Hon Felix Rodriquez Jr., Presiding Judge, RTC, 9th Judicial Region, branch 18, Pagadian City docketed under criminal case number 12667-2K dated March 16, 2016. Accused is now temporarily detained at Pagadian CPS for proper disposition.

Report On Oplan Katok in Labangan

            On April 14, 2016,  at about 9:00 am, the PNP elements of Labangan MPS led by PSI JUNE A LAWINGAN, conducted Oplan Katok at Barangays Of Dimaya, Binayan And Noburan, all of Labangan, Zamboanga Del Sur that resulted to the voluntarily surrender of the following firearms to wit:  one caliber 38 revolver jaguar, bearing serial number 103394, owned by Vivencio De Ocampo of Barangay Dipaya ; one (1) unit caliber 38 pistol (jaguar), bearing serial number 103373, owned by Bonifacio Dag-Uman  of Barangay Nuboran; and one (1) unit caliber 45 pistol deface, bearing serial number  536130, owned by Josue Jumanog of Barangay Binayan. Subject firearms are now deposited at Labangan MPS for proper disposition.

 Lambat-Sibat (Loose Firearms) in San Pablo

            On April 16, 2016 at about 2:45 am, at Purok Roseville, Barangay Poblacion, San Pablo, Zamboanga Del Sur. The PNP elements of San Pablo Municipal Police Station arrested a certain Albert Win Latao Sumpo, 20 years old, male, single, tricycle driver, resident of Barangay Manlin, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay who was caught carrying  one (1) unit caliber .45 pistol (colt MK IV), serial number 746815, with one (1) steel magazine inserted with five (5) live ammunitions. Suspect is temporarily detained at San Pablo Municipal Police Station for proper disposition.
