            On May 27, 2016, at about 12:45 pm, Cleopatra Tayong Almacin, 44 years old, married, housekeeper, resident of Abad Santos Street, Barangay Madasigon, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur, voluntary surrendered to Molave Municipal Police Station for her pending warrant of arrest for the crime of estafa thru falsification of public document, issued by Honorable Jaime B. Caberte, Presiding Judge, RTC, 9th Judicial Region, branch 23, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur, dated May 19, 2016, docketed under criminal case number 2016-10-3163, with recommending bail-bond amounting to one hundred thousand (₱100,000.00) pesos. Suspect is temporarily detained at Molave MPS lock-up cell for proper disposition.

            On May 27, 2016, at about 9:00 am, Pablito Bulay Alampas, Jr., 22 years old, with live-in partner, resident of Purok 9, Barangay Poblacion, Bayog, Zamboanga Del Sur, voluntary surrendered to Bayog Municipal Police Station for his pending warrant of arrest for the crime of rape, issued by Honorable Reinerio B. Ramas, Presiding Judge of RTC9, branch 18, dated December 28, 2009, docketed under criminal case number 9705-2k9, with no bail recommended. Suspect is temporarily detained at Bayog MPS lock-up cell for proper disposition.

Campaign Against Illegal Drugs (Lambat-Sibat)

            On May 27, 2016, at about 4:30 pm, PNP Intelligence Operatives of Pagadian City Police Station led by PI HARRY RATUNIL VELEZ, Assistant Intelligence Officer under the direct supervision of PSUPT MICHAEL PINEDA PALERMO, OIC conducted drug buy-bust entrapment operation at Zone 6, Barangay Muricay, Pagadian City, that resulted in the arrest of Allan Marcaban Bago, 50 years old, male, married, businessman, resident of same place. Recovered from his possession and control were two (2) pieces small size heat sealed transparent plastic sachet of suspected shabu, two (2) pieces rolled aluminum foils and three (3) pieces one hundred (₱100.00) peso bill marked money, with serial numbers AL756692, DS308248 and SX160272. Suspect is temporarily detained at Pagadian City Police Station lock-up cell for proper disposition.

A joint PNP personnel of Police Intelligence Branch ZSPPO (PIBZSPPO), Regional Special Operations Group (RSOG7), Regional Intelligence Division (RID7)-PRO7, RID PRO10, 103rd Special Action Company, 12th Special Action Company of 1st Special Action Batallion, Special Action Force (SAF), Cebu City Police Office (CCPO), Ozamis City Police Station and Linamon Municipal Police Station led by PSUPT REX O DERILO - Acting Chief, RID, PRO7 and PSUPT GEORGE V YLANAN – Chief RSOG conducted operation against wanted person at Purok 3, Barangay Robocon, Linamon, Lanao Del Norte at about 6:00 pm of May 19, 2016,, that resulted in the arrest of Michael Suana Florida aka Michael Lingo-Lingo, Kevin Reyes, male, 33 years old, single, jobless, resident of same place and listed rank number 1, top most wanted person, sibat target, regional level in PRO7. Suspect was arrested for the following warrant of arrest for the crime of robbery with violence and intimidation issued by Honorable Suceso Arcamo, Presiding Judge, RTC, 7th Judicial Region, branch 47, Bohol; warrant of arrest for the crime of robbery issued by Honorable Gerardo Paguio Jr., Presiding Judge, RTC, 7th Judicial Region, branch 41, Negros Oriental; warrant of arrest for the crime of robbery issued by Honorable Soliver Peras, Presiding Judge, RTC, 7th Judicial Region, branch 10, Cebu City; warrant of arrest for the crime of robbery, docketed under criminal case number 6790 dated May 7, 2014 issued by Honorable Edmundo Pintac, Presiding Judge, RTC, 10th Judicial Region, branch 15, Ozamis City; warrant of arrest for the crime of robbery in band docketed under criminal case number 12063-2k15 dated May 7, 2015 issued by Honorable Dennis P. Vicoy, Presiding Judge, RTC, 9th Judicial Region, branch 20, Pagadian City; warrant of arrest for the crime of frustrated murder docketed under criminal case number 10600-2k12 dated August 14, 2012 issued by Honorable Edilberto G. Absin, Presiding Judge, RTC, 9th Judicial Region, branch 18, Pagadian City; and warrant of arrest for the crime of murder docketed under criminal case number 10599-2k12 dated august 14, 2012 issued by Honorable Edilberto G. Absin, Presiding Judge, RTC, 9th Judicial Region, branch 18, Pagadian City; seized from the possession and control of the accused were one (1) unit caliber .45 pistol remington; two (2) units magazines assembly; and thirty-seven (37) pieces caliber .45 ammunitions. Suspect was involved in the robbery of Mlhuiller Gaisano branch, San Pedro District, Pagadian City last February 22, 2015, robbery of my gold pawnshop in colon, Cebu City, E-Bingo outlet in Mandaue City and Dumaguete City, Oro China Jewelry store in Tagbilaran City, Ceneco in Bacolod City and LBC in Ozamis City among others. Suspect is temporarily detained at RID, PRO7 lock-up cell for proper disposition.

A joint PNP elements of Kumalarang Municipal Police Station led by PINSP ALFON B BELLOAN, Officer In Charge and 3rd MC, RPSB9 conducted operation against wanted person at Purok Malinawon, Barangay Poblacion, Kumalarang, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 10:05 pm of May 24, 2016, that resulted in the arrest of Mohammad Lindungan Rajab, 32 years old, married, resident of same place. Suspect was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest for violation of RA 7610 in relation to article 266 of the RPC, issued by Honorable Benjamin R Lanzaderas, Presiding Judge of RTC, 9th Juducial Region, branch 22, Pagadian City, docketed under criminal case number 11219-2k13, with recommended bail-bond amounting to eighty thousand pesos (Php 80,000.00). Suspect is temporarily detained at Kumalarang Municipal Police Station lock-up cell for proper disposition.

The PNP personnel of Pagadian City Police Station led by SPO3 Carlos D Omentic under the direction of PSUPT MICHAEL P PALERMO – Officer In Charge, conducted operation against wanted person at about 9:15 am of May 21, 2016,  that resulted in the arrest of Jeric Gacang Lazaga, 22 years old, residence of Purok Riverside, Barangay Kawit, Pagadian City. Suspect was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest for the crime of murder, issued by Honorable Benjamin R. Lanzaderas, Presiding Judge of Regional Trial Court, 9th Judicial Region, branch 21, Pagadian City on May 12, 2016, docketed under criminal case number 12830-2k16, with no bail recommended for his temporary liberty. Suspect is temporarily detained at Pagadian City Police Station lock-up cell for proper disposition.

On May 17, 2016, at about 8:00 am, PNP personnel of Pagadian City Police Station led SPO3 Carlos Omentic, warrant server together with PO3 Marieson Ganta under the direct supervision of PSUPT MICHAEL P PALERMO, Officer-In-Charge, proceeded to Purok Kawayan, Barangay Balangasan, Pagadian City to served and effected the arrest warrant of Rizanel Jimena, 26 years old, female, single, resident of same place. Suspect was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of three (3) counts Estafa, issued by Honorable Pablito S. Pielago Jr., Presiding Judge of MTCC, branch 02, 9th Judicial Region, Pagadian City, docketed under criminal case number 17382,17383 and 17384, with recommended bail-bond amounting to six thousand pesos (Php 6,000.00) for her temporary liberty. Suspect is temporarily detained at Pagadian City Police Station lock-up cell for proper disposition.

Wanted Person in Dumingag
           On April 29, 2016 at about 10:00 pm, PNP elements of Dumingag Municipal Police Station led by P03 Elvin Rosales, conducted operation against wanted person at barangay Soguilon, Siayan, Zamboanga del Norte that resulted in the arrest of Moncito Tablate, 34 years old, married, farmer, resident of same place. Suspect is arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Honorable Jaime Caberte, Presiding Judge, 9th Judicial Region, branch 23, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur for the crime of murder docketed under criminal case number 2016-10-3136 dated march 30, 2016 with no bail-bond recommended. Suspect is temporarily detained at Dumingag Municipal Police Station for proper disposition.

Wanted Person in Aurora

            On April 29, 2016 at about 6:30 am, PNP elements of Aurora Municipal Police Station led by PSI HEIDEL B TE-ELAN conducted operation against wanted person at Barangay Sapa, Lubuc, Aurora, Zamboanga Del Sur that resulted in the arrest of Jongjong Perales (Aurora MPS top no. 2 most wanted person), 29 years old, single, jobless, resident of same place. Suspect is arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Honorable Ernesto Mve Laurel, Presiding Judge of RTC, branch 30, Aurora, ZDS, docketed under criminal case number 10-10, 741 for the crime of murder with no bail-bond recommended. Suspect was arrested after tedious negotiation undertaken by PNP Aurora personnel together with his relatives who prompted himself to surrender to the PNP authorities. Suspect is temporarily detained at Aurora Municipal Police Station for proper disposition.
