REPORTED INCIDENTS – (July 29–30, 2016)

Shooting Incident

A shooting Incident transpired transpired at Purok Pag-laum, Barangay Mabuhay, Molave, Zamboanga del Sur on July 28, 2016 at about 7:30 AM. The victim identified as SAMY PARAGAT Y SOLOMON, 24 years old, male, married, resident of Purok Anibong, Brgy. Parasan, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur  was shot several times using caliber 45 pistol by an unidentified suspect. Victim sustained gunshot wound on his left leg and was rushed to Blancia hospital of Molave Municipality for immediate medical treatment. The suspect immediately fled towards unknown direction after the incident. The PNP elements of Molave Municipal Police Station conducted thorough investigation and follow-up operation to possibly identify, locate and arrest the suspect.

Stabbing Incident

A stabbing Incident transpired at Purok 6, Barangay Libertad, Dimataling, Zamboanga del Sur on July 28, 2016 at about 10:30 PM. The victim identified as RONALD MACASLING y CALISO, 34 years old, married, construction worker and resident of said place was stabbed to death using a knife by suspect DANNY LUMINDING y OMETER, 31 years old, farmer, married, and resident of same place. The victim sustained several stabbed wounds on the different parts of his body which resulted to his instantaneous death, while suspect voluntarily surrendered to Barangay Chairman Gilbert Yecyec of Libertad, Dimataling, ZDS and subsequently turn-over to Dimataling MPS for detention and filing of appropriate case.

Arrest of Wanted Person. 

The PNP personnel of Vincenzo Sagun Municipal Police Station received the living body of accused identified as Charlemagne Karl Lagmay Reales, 25 years old, single, male, resident of Barangay Waling-Waling, Vencinzu Sagun, Zamboanga del Sur on July 28, 2016 at about 1:00 PM.  The accused voluntarily surrendered to Vencinzu Sagun MPS for his pending warrant of arrest for traffic violation, docketed under criminal case number M16-04-140, issued by Hon. Judge Eleuteria Badoles-Algodon, Presiding Judge of MTCC Branch 2, 10th Judicial Region, Cagayan de Oro City. The bail bond recommended is fixed to P2,000.00 for his temporary liberty. The accused was subsequently turn-over by PO3 Jonathan Tabunan to Cagayan de Oro City on July 28, 2016.

Neutralization of Wanted Person

The PNP team this station led by PO3 Dennis J Canalija – Intel PNCO under the direct supervision of PCI LEE ERIC S HUMPA – COP, proceeded to Purok Talisay, Pag-asa, Dumalinao, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 12:30 o’clock in the afternoon of July 29, 2016  and successfully arrested one Wanted Person Jeffrey Opao Saldavia, 32 y/o, married and a resident of aforesaid place for a crime of Estafa with Criminal Case No. 11980-2k15 issued by Hon. Dennis P Vicoy – Presiding Judge of 9th Judicial Region, Branch 20 with temporary bail recommended to the amount of P16,000.00.

REPORTED INCIDENTS - July 24 – 27, 2016

Campaign Against Wanted Person

In relation to Project “TOKHANG”, at around 08:00 o’clock in the morning, July 23, 2016, illegal drugs personalities from Barangay Diwan, Mahayag, Zamboanga del Sur gathered at the vicinity of Mahayag Municipal Police Station and voluntarily submitted themselves for said project. Therein, one (1) male personality identified as Glenn Reyes Taladro, 26 years old, married and a resident of Purok Calope, Barangay Diwan, Mahayag, Zamboanga del Sur was arrested after Intensive background investigation conducted by the personnel of Mahayag MPS, the said person has a pending Warrant of Arrest for Violation of Section 2 of Republic Act 9262, docketed under Criminal Case Number 2016-10-3184, issued by Hon. Jaime B. Caberte, of RTC Branch 23, Molave, Zamboanga del Sur with bail bond fixed in the amount of P60, 000.00. Immediately, PNP elements of Mahayag MPS composed of SPO2 Julito Tajor Pamalaran and PO1 Jerry Steven Antiquina Dagooc under the direct supervision of PCI HOMER TRAGICO DUMALAG, Chief of Police, effected the arrest of said person. The said accused is now temporarily detained at Mahayag MPS lock-up cell awaiting commitment order from the issuing court.

SHOOTING INCIDENT

Please be informed that on July 25, 2016 at around 5:10 pm, at Purok Mauswagon, Barangay Blancia, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur, one Cyril Tapinit Masayon, 24 years old, male, married, habal-habal driver and a resident of purok saging-saging, Barangay Culo, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur was shot to death by two unidentified persons with the use of caliber .45 pistol based on recovered one live ammunition recovered at the crime scene. Victim sustained lone gunshot wound on his body that resulted to his instantaneous death. Investigation conducted disclosed that victim was having a fistfight against the suspect when one of the suspects shot the victim. Suspect carted away one motorcycle XRM color black and wallet containing money and pertinent document owned by the victim then fled after the incident toward the direction of municipality of Tambulig, Zamboanga Del sur. follow-up investigation is now conducting by Molave MPS for possible identity and arrest of the suspect as well to determine the motive of the incident.

SHOOTING INCIDENT

Please be informed that on July 25, 2016 at around 7:20 AM, at Purok Gawasnon, Brgy. Begong, Tigbao, Zamboanga Del Sur, one Sonny Boy Morales Jumawid, 37 years old, married and a resident of Purok Enriquez, Barangay Begong, Tigbao, Zamboanga Del Sur was shot to death by two riding criminals with the use of caliber .45 pistol based on two (2) spent shells recovered at the crime scene. Victim sustained two gunshot wounds on his head that resulted to his instantaneous death. Investigation conducted disclosed that victim was fetched two (2) student passengers when suspects appeared on board a motorcycle kymco “pony and shot the victim then fled toward unknown direction. Follow-up investigation is now conducting by Tigbao MPS for possible identity and arrest of the suspect as well to determine the motive of the incident.

THEFT INCIDENT

Please be informed that on July 24, 2016 at around 9:35 AM, at Mecolong, Dumalinao, Zamboanga Del Sur, one Mark Jason Fernando, 25 years old, single, and a resident of Purok Crossing, Brgy. Mecolong, Dumalinao, Zamboanga Del Sur was took away a pregnant pig own by Adonis Abella, of legal age and also a resident of same place.Investigation conducted disclosed that the suspect took and later sold the stolen pregnant pig to Sofronio Lumantaw of Purok Bagong Silang, Tina, Dumalinao, ZDS in the amount of 5,000.00 pesos when the suspect was caught and arrested by barangay official of aforesaid place and turned over to the responding elements of Dumalinao MPS. Arrested person is now temporarily detained at Dumalinao MPS detention cell for proper disposition.

CAMPAIGN AGAINST WANTED PERSON

Please be informed that on July 25, 2016 at around 9:00 pm, at Barangay Bag-Ong Baroy, Sominot, Zamboanga Del Sur, joint elements of Ramon Magsaysay MPS and Sominot MPS conducted manhunt operation that resulted to the arrest of one William Dabalos Lato JR., 23 years old, single and resident of said place. Subject person was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Hon. Ronald Caramba Tolentino, presiding judge, 10th MCTC, Ramon Magsaysay- Sominot- Midsalip docketed under criminal case number rm-3241 for the crime of direct assault with recommended bail bond amounting to twelve thousand pesos (P12, 000.00) for his temporary liberty. Arrested person is now temporarily detained at Ramon Magsaysay MPS detention cell for proper disposition.

Report On Wanted Person

The PNP elements of Ramon Magsaysay Municipal Police Station led by PI BENJAMIN C NAPIGKIT, Officer In Charge, conducted operation against wanted person at about 3:00 pm of July 20, 2016, that resulted in the arrest of Ruel Cervantes Cruz, 39 years old, married, a resident of Purok Tinago, Barangay Campo 5, Ramon Magsayay, Zamboanga Del Sur. The said suspect was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of rape issued by Honorable Analyn F. Ramas-Costanilla, Presiding Judge of branch 30, RTC, Aurora, Zamboanga Del Sur, dated June 27, 2016, docketed under criminal case number 16-10-1316, with recommended bail-bond amounting to one hundred twenty thousand pesos (₱120,000.00) for his temporary liberty and for statutory rape, docketed under criminal case number 16-10, 1317, with no bail recommended. Suspect is temporarily detained at Ramon Magsaysay Municipal Police Station lock-up cell for proper disposition. Report On Wanted Person

The PNP personnel of Molave Municipal Police Station led by PO3 Abraham D Apat Jr., conducted operation against wanted person at Barangay Madasigon, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 9:00 am of July 20, 2016, that resulted in the arrest of Silvestre Compayan, Rosalie C Relampago and Cherly C Etorma. The suspects were arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of qualified theft, issued by Honorable Jaime B Caberte, Presiding Judge of branch 23, RTC, 9th Judicial Region, dated june 17, 2016, docketed under criminal case number 2016-10-3167, with recommended bail-bond amounting to twenty thousand pesos (₱20,000.00) each for their temporary liberty. The said suspects were temporarily detained at Molave MPS lock-up cell for proper disposition.

Campaign against Illegal Drugs and Loose Firearms

A joint PNP elements of PAIDSOTF-ZDS together with the Zamboanga del Sur Provincial Public Safety Company (PPSC) and Labangan Municipal Police Station implemented Search and Seizure operation at Purok 4, 5, 6 and 7, all of barangay Dalapang, Labangan, ZDS at about 4:30 AM of 15 July 2016, by virtue of Search Warrant with numbers 70-2k16,71-2k16 and 72-2k16 against AHBAB ABBAS for violation of RA 10591, RA 9516 and RA 9165. Search Warrant’s with numbers 73-2K16 and 74-2K16 against NORDIN G. MASLA alias KOTIS for violation RA 10591 and RA 9165. Search Warrant numbers 75-2K16,76-2K16 and 77-2K16 against NORHATA ABBAS alias PAULA MONTAHA ABBAS and OMAR SUGADOL for violation of RA 10591, RA 9516 and RA 9165. Search Warrant numbers 78-2K16-79-2K16 and 80-2K16 against ABU ALIL ABBAS for violation of RA 10591, RA 9516 and RA 9165. Search Warrant numbers 81-2K16, 82-2K16 and 83-2K16 against SAMSODIN SILONGAN for violation RA 10591, RA 9516 and RA 9165. Search Warrant numbers 84-2K16 against ABDUL RACMAN TALUMPA for violation of RA 10591 and Search Warrant numbers 85-2K16 against MOHIDIN TALUMPA alias KIDI for violation of RA10591 that resulted to the arrest of the above subject NORDIN MASLA alias KOTIS, NORHATA ABBAS alias PAULA and MONTAHA ABBAS. All of the subjects of the search are listed on the top Watchlist in Labangan, ZDS for above said violations. Confiscated from the possession and control of suspect NORDIN MASLA one (1) unit caliber .45 pistol COLT with SN 594620 with one (1) magazine containing two (2) pieces live ammunitions and one (1) medium sized transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected SHABU, while confiscated from the possession and control of suspect’s NORHATA ABBAS alias PAULA and MONTAHA ABBAS one (1) medium sized transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected SHABU.

Recovery Of Hand Grenade

The PNP personnel of Mahayag Municipal Police Station received a report from Hon. Je Mantos of Brgy. Daniel C. Mantos, Mahayag, ZDS at around 9:00 o’clock in the morning of July 15, 2016, that his neighbor Camilo Babanto turned-over to him a one (1) unit of alleged hand grenade whom accordingly left by unidentified male lending collector. Upon receipt of the report, Mahayag MPS immediately coordinated and asked the assistance from Pagadian City Bomb Squad for the recovery of said explosive. At about 10:00 AM of the same date, PO2 Renie Povadora Dagupan, EOD arrived and recovered the said explosive and positively identified as Grenade Hand Fragmentation M26. The recovered hand grenade is now under the custody of the aforementioned EOD personnel for proper disposition of the case.

Campaign Against Illegal Drugs

The PNP Team of Tabina Municipal Police Station led by PI JUNAR CLAMONTE YAP, OIC in coordination with PDEA-ZDS conducted buy-bust operation at Purok Sanib Langis, Barangay Poblacion, Tabina, Zamboanga del Sur at around 4:00 pm of 15 July 2016, that resulted to the arrest of one (1) Basarun Lopes Budas,  27 yo, single, jobless, a resident of  Purok 7, Barangay Poblacion, Dimataling, ZDS. Confiscated from his possession and control twenty (20) pcs heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected shabu, Fifty Two (52) pcs rolled aluminum foil and one (1) pc Five Hundred Peso Bill (Php 500.00) with serial number GK771804 as marked money. Said accused is now temporarily detained at Tabina MPS lock-up cell while a case for Violation of R.A 9165 is being prepared for immediate filing in court.

REPORTED INCIDENTS - July 9–13, 2016

Stabbing Incident:

A stabbing incident transpired at Purok Osmena, Sto. Nino Distict, Pagadian City at about 12:15 am of July 8, 2016, victim identified as Alberto Calunsag Trinidad, Sr., 48 years old, married, private security guard and driver of armor vehicle of Veterans Bank, resident of Purok Magsaysay, Sto. Nino District, Pagadian City was stabbed by unidentified suspect with the use of a bladed weapon. Investigation disclosed that the victim together with his friends alias “spring” and “dodong” were having drinking spree at Gernma store located at the above-mentioned place. At that juncture, more or less six (6) unidentified teenagers arrived purposely to buy at said store when the victim engaged a heated verbal confrontation that resulted to a fistfight between the two groups. One of the teenagers suddenly stabbed the victim on his stomach and leg. After the incident, the teenagers ran away to unknown direction while the victim rushed to Pagadian City Medical Center and later referred to Zamboanga Del Sur Medical Center, Dao, Pagadian City for medical treatment. Investigator on case is PO2 Mizrach Lapid, with contact number 09129350611.

Campaign Against Wanted Person:

The PNP personnel of Pagadian City Police Station led by SPO3 Carlos Omentic, warrant server, proceeded to Purok Talisay B, Barangay Kawit, Pagadian City at about 8:40 am of July 11, 2016 to serve the arrest warrant against Analyn Pelones Salazar, 29 years old, male, married, resident of same place. Suspect was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of grave slander issued by Honorable Pablito S. Pielago, Presiding Judge of branch 2, RTC, Pagadian City, docketed under criminal case nummber 17425, with recommended bail-bond amounting to four thousand pesos (Php 4,000.00) for his temporary liberty. Suspect is temporarily detained at Pagadian City Police Station lock-up cell for proper disposition.

The PNP elements of Tukuran Municipal Police Station led by PO3 Irvin Andoy, under the direct supervision of PCI GILZEN NINO MANESE conducted operation against wanted person at Purok Dablo, Barangay Tagulo , Tukuran, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 9:00 pm of July 10, 2016, that resulted in the arrest Bengy Tiranti Maratas, 30 years old, single, resident of same place. The suspect was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of carnapping, issued by Honorable Benjamin R. Lanzaderas , Presiding Judge of branch 21, 9th RTC, Pagadian City, docketed under criminal case number 12774-2k16, with recommended bail-bond amounting to one hundred twenty thousand pesos (Php 120,000.00) for his temporary liberty. Suspect is temporarily detained at Tukuran Municipal Police Station lock-up cell for proper disposition.

Voluntary Surrender Of Top 8 Most Wanted Person And Top 5 Drug Personalities In Dimataling Municipality:

On July 11, 2016 at about 2:00 pm, the top 8 most wanted person and the top 5 drug personality in the municipality of Dimataling, Zamboanga Del Sur identified as Ceasar Malanao Ramirez Jr., aka “Untong”, 29 years old, male, single, resident of Purok 1, Barangay Salawagan, Dimataling, Zamboanga Del Sur voluntary surrendered to PNP personnel of Dimataling Municipal Police Station. The suspect has standing warrant of arrest for the crime of murder, issued by Honorable Felix Rodriguez, Presiding Judge of branch 29, RTC, Pagadian City, docketed under criminal case number 15-095. The accused was brought to Zamboanga Del Sur Provincial Jail for his confinement.

REPORTED INCIDENTS - July 7, 2016

Encounter Incident That Transpired At Purok 7,Barangay Supon, Bayog, Zamboanga Del Sur

On July 5, 2016, at about 3:15 pm, the AFP 44th IB, 53rd IB and PNP Bayog conducted a joint operation with the security personnel of LGU Bayog and civilian volunteers of the said barangay who serve as a guide on the said operation. That on said time, the operating team encountered more or less twenty five (25) heavily armed men believed to be members of CPP/NPA.  Firefight lasted for two (2) hours that resulted to the KIA of one (1) CVO member and two (2) unidentified NPA members. Recovered from the crime scene were one (1) unit caliber 5.56 mm m16 rifle inserted with one (1) magazine, several subversive document medicines, medical paraphernalia and several belongings.

Report On Shooting Incident

A shooting incident transpired at Purok 2, Barangay Poblacion, Mahayag, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 9:00 am of July 6, 2016, wherein victims identified as Bryan Gecale Landeza, 18 years old, single and Dioscoro Cabillon, 25 years old, single, both residents of Barangay Lower Salud Daku, Mahayag, Zamboanga Del Sur and known to be involved in illegal drugs who were shot by an unidentified motorcycle riding criminals who immediately fled towards the direction of Dumingag, Zamboanga Del Sur. Victims were brought to LTMPC hospital for medication. Motive of the incident is believed to be drug related.

REPORTED INCIDENTS - July 5, 2016

Shooting Incident

The PNP personnel of Mahayag Municipal Police Station led by PO3 Arlie M. Gumba, team leader, under the direct supervision of PCI HOMER TRAGICO DUMALAG, Chief Of Police, responded to the shooting incident transpired at Purok 1, Barangay Balamban, Mahayag, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 8:30 pm of July 3, 2016, wherein the victim identified as Christopher Mamporte Sabroso, aka "Blackwing", 41 years old, married, resident of same place was shot to death by unidentified person. Victim was a drugs watch list personalities in the municipality of Mahayag, Zamboanga Del Sur. Upon body searched at Mahayag Municipal Hospital by the hospital aide recovered at his left waist portion of his pants were four (4) rolled believe to be aluminum foil. The case is under follow-up investigation by Mahayag Municipal Police Station for the possible identification and arrest of the suspect.

REPORTED INCIDENTS - July 4, 2016

Lambat-Sibat (Implementation Of Search Warrant)

The PNP elements of Bayog Municipal Police Station led by PI GLENN C POLESCAS, Officer-In-Charge, implemented search warrant at about 3:30 pm of July 2, 2016,  number 68-2k16 for violation of RA 9165 (cultivation of cannabis sativa) issued by Honorable Romeo T. Descallar, Presiding Judge of branch 19, RTC 9, Pagadian City at the residence of Wilfredo Cabantoc Calduza aka “Boy Tisoy”, in Purok 3, Barangay Bobuan, Bayog, Zamboanga Del Sur. Suspect was listed as top 8 sibat target drug personalities of Bayog, Zamboanga Del Sur. The operation resulted in the confiscation of twenty (20) stems of cultivated canabis sativa (marijuana) plants at the terrace of said house planted in a poly bag. During the implementation of search warrant, the suspect was not around and it was witnessed by Barangay Chairman Marciano L Duran and Barangay Kagawad Romer M Lianza of said barangay. The case is under follow- up investigation of Bayog Municipal Police Station for the possible arrest of the suspect while the confiscated items were brought to said police station for proper disposition.

REPORTED INCIDENTS - July 02, 2016

Report On Neutralization of Wanted Person

The PNP personnel of Aurora Municipal Police Station led by PSINSP HEIDEL B TE-ELAN, OIC conducted manhunt operation at Purok Gimelina, Barangay Kauswagan, Aurora, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 1:30 pm of June 30, 2016, which successfully arrested Armando Hungcada Gungob, 44 year old, married, farmer a resident of said place. Subject person has a standing warrant of arrest issued by Hon. Annalyn Ramas-Costanilla, Presiding Judge, RTC branch 30, Aurora, Zamboanga Del Sur charged for violation on RA 9262, docketed under criminal case number 16-10, 1308 with bail bond fixed at sixty thousand pesos (₱60,000.00). Accused is temporarily detained at Aurora MPS locked-up cell awaiting commitment order from the court for proper disposition.

Neutralization of Wanted Person

On June 30, 2016 at about 9:30 am, a three (3) wanted persons identified as Mark Anthony Dongallo Bulaclac, 30 years old, married, businessman, a resident of Purok Calubi, Barangay Poblacion, Aurora, Zamboanga Del Sur, Renie Melendres Castanares, 32 years old, married and Kris Sapine Castanares, 32 years old, married, both caretakers and resident of Barangay Lubid Aurora, Zamboanga Del Sur after tedious negotiation conducted by PNP personnel of Aurora Municipal Police Station led by PSI HEIDEL BATULOG TE-ELAN, OIC, suspects voluntarily surrendered to Aurora MPS. Subject persons has a standing arrest warrant duly signed and issued by Hon. Annalyn Ramas-Costanilla, Presiding Judge, RTC br-30, Aurora, Zamboanga Del Sur charged for the crime of theft, docketed under criminal case number 16-10, 1310 with bail bond fixed at thirty thousand pesos (₱30,000.00). The accused is subsequently posted bail for their temporary liberty.

That on June 29, 2016, at about  11:00 am, Barangay Chairman Melchor Yorsua of Sumpot and Barangay Chairman Wilfredo  Deocampo of Buburay, all of Dimataling, Zamboanga Del Sur, appeared at Dimataling Municipal Police Station and voluntarily turned-over four (4) drug users namely Noel Sibuco Zapanta, 26 years old; Jose Cajotor Bab Jr., 24 years old; Loliboy Saquin Pacania, 38 years old; and Nilo Sibuco Zapanta, 24 years old, all married and residents of Barangay Sumpot, Dimataling, Zamboanga Del Sur. this accomplishment was made possible through massive and aggressive campaign conducted by Dimataling Municipal Police Station against illegal drugs.

LAMBAT-SIBAT (VOLUNTARY SURRENDER OF ILLEGAL DRUG USERS)

That on June 29, 2016,  Barangay Chairman Melchor Yorsua of Sumpot and Barangay Chairman Wilfredo  Deocampo of Buburay, all of Dimataling, Zamboanga Del Sur, personally appeared at Dimataling Municipal Police Station and voluntary turned-over fourteen (14) drug users in the barangay. This accomplishment was made possible through massive and aggressive campaign conducted by Dimataling Municipal Police Station against illegal drugs. Surrendered drug users were subjected to procedures of re-surrendered drug user/pushers.

LAMBAT-SIBAT (VOLUNTARY SURRENDER OF ILLEGAL DRUG USERS)

That on June 28, 2016, at about 3:30 PM, nineteen (19) persons were voluntary surrendered to Lapuyan Municipal Police Station and manifested that they were (pushers) selling illegal drugs and willing to support the war against illegal drugs and will stop their illegal activities.

That on June 29, 2016, at about 1:30 PM, PNP elements of Provincial Anti-Illegal Drugs Special Operation Task Force (PAIDSOTF), Zamboanga Del Sur under the supervision of  PCI ROMMEL ETBEW, action PCO together with the Pagadian City Police Office in coordination with the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (pdea) conducted drugs buy-bust operation at the vicinity of Purok Sunshine, Santiago District, Pagadian City  that resulted in the arrest of Faisal Cabugatan Khong Alias Fai, male, 34 years old, married, jobless, resident of same place when suspect agreed  to sell to PO3 Ritche Ornopia who posed as buyer of one (1) heat sealed transparent sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu in exchange of three hundred peso (php 300.00) with serial numbers fs467565 wt751100 and qp758691. confiscated from the suspect were one (1) transparent plastic license card holder containing four (4) pieces small heat sealed sachet’s containing white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu and two (2) pieces small rolled aluminum foils. Suspect is temporarily detained at PDEA lock- up cell for proper disposition.

CAMPAIGN AGAINST ILLEGAL DRUGS

That on June 29, 2016, at about 1:00 pm, pnp intelligence personnel of Pagadian City Police Station led by pi harry r velez, deputy chief intelligence officer conducted drug buy-bust operation at Purok Sunshine, Barangay san Pedro, Pagadian City that resulted in the arrest of Hilda Nacario Ampak A.K.A “hilda”, 43 years old, male, married, housewife resident of same place. confiscated from the possession and control were seven (7) sachets of suspected shabu, one (1) coin purse and two (2) pieces one hundred peso (Php 100.00) bill as marked money, bearing serial numbers wf271051 and ug865616. Suspect was temporarily detained at Pagadian City Police Station lock-up cell for proper disposition. Investigator on case is PO2 Erwin B Andale, with contact number 09177733782.

CAMPAIGN AGAINST ILLEGAL DRUGS

That on June 29, 2016, at about 6:15 pm, pnp personnel of Tambulig Municipal Police Station led by po3 Janson Managbanag Abanil-intelligence pnco, conducted drug buy-bust operation at Purok 4, Barangay Upper Tiparak, Tambulig, Zamboanga Del Sur that resulted in the arrest of Mark Angelou Hiparva Ferrer, 21 years old, single, laborer and Ricardo Trosa Same, 38 years old, married, both residents of same place. confiscated from their possession and control were six (6) heat sealed transparent sachets of suspected shabu, six (6) rolled aluminum foils and three (3) pieces two hundred peso (Php 200.00) bill with serial numbers ba088139, ab272420 and ao92755) as marked money. Suspects were temporarily detained at Tambulig Municipal Police Station lock-up cell for proper disposition. REPORTED INCIDENTS - July 1, 2016

DEAD BODY FOUND

On June 29, 2016, at about 6:00 AM, PNP elements Tukuran Municipal Police Station received a radio call from Barangay Kagawad Mama Magumpara, Camanga, Tukuran, Zamboanga Del Sur informing that one (1) cadaver of unidentified male person was found at Purok Gumamela, Barangay Camanga, Tukuran, Zamboanga Del Sur. PNP elements of said police station together with Dr. Kizmar Arani Pueblos, Tukuran Municipal Health Officer, proceeded to the reported place of incident to verify the report and upon arrival thereat, responding PNP elements found a cadaver of unidentified male person lying in prone position with one gunshot wound at the back portion of his head as examined by the attending physician. The victim is wearing polo shirt with blue stripes and blue pants and approximately 30-35 years old, 5’4” in height. Said cadaver was brought to Gamalinda Funeral Homes, Pagadian City. SHOOTING INCIDENT

That on June 29, 2016, at about 2:30 PM, PNP elements of Dinas Municipal Police Station received a report informing that a shooting incident transpired along the national coastal road, Purok 1, Barangay East Migpulao, Dinas, Zamboanga Del Sur, wherein victims identified as Rodelio Digan, Barangay Kagawad of Guiniculalay, Dinas, Zamboanga Del Sur and Angelito Pampangan, active CAFGU member assigned at Barangay Nian, CAFGU detachment, Dinas, Zamboanga Del Sur. investigation disclosed that both victims were riding their motorcycle from Poblacion, Dinas going to Barangay Guiniculalay, Zamboanga Del Sur and upon reaching at aforesaid place, they were shot by the suspects identified as Anwar Ansang and Fermin Muhamar, both members of Nhor Ambul Group. Victims sustained multiple gunshot wounds on the different parts of their bodies that resulted to their instantaneous death while suspects fled to unknown direction after the incident. PNP elements of PPSC led by PSUPT ROMEL A. NACIONGAYO, company commander together with PIDMB personnel headed by PCI JONATHAN P LLADOC and Provincial SOCO team proceeded at the place of incident to conduct follow-up operations and crime scene investigation; the responding team coordinated with incumbent ex-officio provincial board Member/Pagadian City Vice-Mayor - elect Ernesto Mondarte and 53rd Infantry Batallion Based at Guipos, Zamboanga Del sur. Special Investigation Task Group (SITG) to conduct focus investigation of the incident was activated. The case is under follow-up investigation by Dinas Municipal Police Station for the possible arrest of the suspects. motive of the incident is yet to be determined.
