Dead Body Found in Dumalinao
Dead Body Found in Dumalinao
A male dead body was
found at around 7:44 AM of April 14, 2015 in Barangay Rebokon, Dumalinao. The
victim was identified as Elias Guillena Y Ramoga, 42, married, farmer and a
resident of said place. He was found lying lifeless at said place and sustained
gunshot wounds at his head of unknown Cal of firearm. Accordingly, the victim
was last seen at the store of Jinky Lopez located of same barangay at 8:00 PM
of April 13, 2015 together with Marlon Tumatob and Lando Hiyan. The victim was
discovered dead by his younger brother identified as Libey Guillena at 6:00 AM
of April 14, 2015 at the aforementioned. The elements of Dumalinao MPS are now
conducting follow-up investigation to possibly identify the suspect/s and its
motive of killing the victim.

Jobless Nabbed in Tabina for Physical
Injury
A jobless man was
arrested for the crime of less serious physical injury in Barangay Baya-Baya,
Tabina at about 2:45 PM of April 14, 2015. Arrested man was identified as Arnel
B Gapol, 30 years old, single, jobless, resident of said place. He was arrested
by virtue by warrant of arrest for the crime of less serious physical injury
issued by Presiding Judge Maria Teresa R. Pangilinan, docketed under criminal
case number 14-2196-t dated 18th day of February 2015. Suspect is now
temporarily detained at Tabina MPS locked- up cell awaiting court disposition.
Tabina MPS Nabs Jobless For Physical
Injury
A jobless man was
arrested for the crime of physical injury in Barangay Culabay, Tabina at about
12:15 PM of April 14, 2015. The Tabina Police identified the arrested as Albert
Denoyo, 29 year old, single, jobless, a resident of mentioned place. He was
arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of for the crime of less
serious physical injury issued by Presiding Judge Maria Teresa R. Pangilinan
docketed under criminal case number 14-2196-t dated 18th day of February 2015.
The accused is now temporarily detained at Tabina MPS locked dash up cell
awaiting court disposition.
Shooting in Midsalip
Shooting incident
occurred at about 10:40 AM of April 15, 2015 at Sitio Guayan, Barangay Piwan,
Midsalip. The victim was identified as Ronnie Cotongan, 48, married and also
resident of same place. He was shot to death by unidentified suspect with the
use of a homemade shotgun. Investigation conducted revealed that the victim was
sleeping inside his house together with his wife when shot once by unidentified
suspect hitting only the victim on his left armpit while his wife identified as
Felia Cotongan jumped into the window. The victim sustained nine (9) pellet
wounds below his left armpit causing his untimely death while suspect fled
towards unknown direction after the incident. The motive of the incident is
still to be determined by the investigator of Midsalip Police Station.
Hold-up in Molave
Hold- up incident
occurred at about 11:40 AM of April 15, 2015, wherein victim identified as Gary
Taguran, salesman of mighty corporation allegedly stated that they were being
robbed and hold- up along the National Highway, Barangay Blancia, Molave,
Zamboanga Del Sur while parking near a sari-sari store just beside the highway
of the aforesaid place by two unidentified suspects who carted away an
estimated amount of twenty five thousand (P 25,000.00) pesos and undetermined
quantity of cigarettes. The Molave MPS now conducting follow dash up investigation
and hot pursuit operation against the suspects.
Dead Body Found in Pagadian
A dead body was found
at Purok Mabait, Barangay Poloyagan, Pagadian City. the unidentified male lifeless body was found
at vast prairie area with both hands tied at back and on the state of rigor
mortis estimated to be three (3) days dead and incurred multiple gunshot wounds
on different parts of his body. He was wearing black shirt, white short pants,
dark complexion, approximately 5’5 in height, more or less 30-35 years of age
and medium body build. The cadaver was found by Edgar Frasco Y Endrino, 37, at
about 7:00 AM of April 15, 2015, while he was harvesting coconut fruits.
Accordingly, he urinates at the aforesaid area when he saw a dead body thereat.
According to the residence in the area, at about 10:00 o’clock in the evening
of April 12, 2015, some residents nearby heard multiple guns fired on the said
vicinity and it was ignored. The Pagadian City Police Station is now conducting
follow - up investigation for possible identification of the victim and the
suspect.
Attempted Robbery in Pagadian
An attempted robbery
occurred at about 8:15 PM of April 15, 2015, wherein a rural transit bus number
1268 was robbed at Barangay Bulatoc, Pagadian City. the rural bus was traveling
from Cagayan to Pagadian City when an unidentified male suspect pretending a
passenger of the said bus and upon reaching at the dark area of said Barangay
more or less 500 meters to the integrated Bus Terminal, the said male suspect
asked for his change for his five hundred pesos (P 500.00) to the conductor and
the conductor gave him his change but suddenly the suspect immediately pulled
out a hunting knife and declared hold - up but the conductor resisted. They
scuffled wherein the conductor able to pushed the suspect out of the bus. The
suspect run towards the dark portion of the said place and was able to hide
himself to the PNP responding team from Pagadian City Police Station, however,
no amount of money or property was taken by the suspect.
Snatching in Pagadian
Snatching incident
occurred at about 9:45 PM of April 15, 2015 in Barangay San Francisco, Pagadian
City. The victim was identified as Centuna Catalan Y Varques, 50, college
instructor of SMC College and a resident of Sunrise Village, Barangay Tiguma,
Pagadian City. Accordingly, her shoulder bag was taken and snatched by
unidentified male suspect while she was waiting for a tricycle at the terminal
near Mabuhay Bazar when the suspect grabbed her brown shoulder bag on board on
unknown type of single motorcycle driven by unidentified male person. The
victim resisted but she was dragged on the pavements of the road and the
suspects successfully got the shoulder bag and fled to unknown direction after
the incident. The suspects carted away the cash amounting to more or less six
thousand pesos (P 6,000.00), one Nokia cellphone worth of twelve thousand pesos
(P 12,000.00), one my phone cellphone worth of one thousand pesos (P 1,000.00),
one DBP ATM. The Pagadian City Police is now conducting discreet investigation
to possibly identify and arrest the suspect.
