Shooting incident in Pagadian City
On or about 8:10
in the morning of September 22, 2015, A concerned citizen call informing
Pagadian City Police Station through cell phone call that there was shooting
incident transpired at Purok Malamboon, Barangay Gubac, Pagadian City. PNP
elements of Pagadian City Police Station led by PI JULIETO ASENIERO, OD,
together with duty investigator under the direct supervision and control of
PSUPT GLENN MACARIO DULAWAN, COP, immediately proceeded to the placed of
incident. Upon arrival thereat, one lifeless body of MELCHOR LISONDRA y PANOY
CMM 41 years of age, farmer, Filipino and a resident of Purok Makiangayon,
Gubac, Pagadian City. Initial investigation revealed that at about 7:30 in the
morning of same date, while the victim driven his single MC, Kawasaki Furry en
route from Lower Sibatang Elementary School going back to his residence and
while traversing thereat upon reaching at Purok Malamboon, Barangay Road, one
unidentified motorcycle riding criminals shot the victim which caused to his
untimely death. The victim sustained multiple gunshot wounds on different parts
of his body. The unidentified suspects fled towards to unknown direction.
Further investigation conducted revealed that based on the previous record of
the victim found out that on December 2, 2013, said victim has a criminal case
nos. 16824 for Serious Physical Injuries but said cased were Dismissed
Provisionally last June 18, 2014 at Pagadian City, Philippines-Presiding Judge
Joel G.Verde. Ocular investigation/inspection conducted revealed that no fired
cartridge shell recovered at the crime scene. Motive of the incident are still
under investigation as well as the identity of the suspect. Investigator on

HACKING INCIDENT IN AURORA
On or about 8:35
in the afternoon of September 22, 2015, Aurora Municipal Police Station
received a cellphone call from Mrs. Badat Abao, concern citizen, informed that
hacking incident transpired at Purok Cabatingan, Barangay Monte Alegre, Aurora,
Zamboanga Del Sur. Immediately, PNP team of said station spearheaded by PSI
Heidel H Te-Elan, OIC, proceed to the said place to conduct investigation.
Investigation conducted disclosed that on or about 8:20 in the evening of
September 22, 2015, hacking inc transpired at abovementioned place. The victim
identified as one Jerick Apoya Y Booc, 31 years old, single, jobless, and the
suspect identified as one Clemente Apoya Y Seno, (father of the victim), 64
years old, married, driver, both resident of aforesaid place. Furthermore,
while the victim arrived at their house, was drunk and got wild and boxed the
suspect many times, a misunderstanding ensued between the suspect (Clemente)
and the victim (Jerick) that prompted the suspect to hack the victim using a
bolo. As a result hereof the victim sustained multiple hack wound on his
different part of his body. Immediately thereafter the victim was brought to
Aurora Community Emergency Hospital situated at Barangay Cabilinan, Aurora
Municipality but subsequently transferred to Provincial Medical Center, Dao,
Pagadian City for medication. The suspect was arrested at his residence and was
brought to Aurora MPS for appropriate criminal charges against him in court.
BURGLARY INCIDENT IN PAGADIAN CITY
On or about
10:00 in the evening of September 21, 2015 one April Rose Amacna Maspara, 22
years old, female, single, a resident of Ballesteros Village, Balangasan
District, Pagadian City personally came to Pagadian City Police Station and
reported that on or about 4:00 in the afternoon of September 21, 2015 she
discovered that their house situated at the above-mentioned place was allegedly
robbed/ransacked by unidentified person. Investigation conducted disclosed that
the unidentified suspect/s gained entry and exit at the ceiling of their
kitchen and destroyed it. Allegedly suspect/s carted away, one (1) unit camera
(Kodak) worth Four Thousand Pesos (Php 4,000.00) two (2) units cellular phone
(Nokia music express and Nokia n70) worth Fifteen Thousand Pesos (Php
15,000.00) and one (1) unit globe tattoo broadband worth nine hundred ninety
nine pesos (Php 999.00) with an overall total amount of Nineteen Thousand Nine
Hundred Ninety Nine pesos (Php 19,999.00). Pagadian City Police Station is
conducting follow-up investigation for possible identification and apprehension
of the unidentified suspect/s. Investigator on case is PO1 Noel L Bande
