Male Dead Body Found in Pagadian
A male dead body was found at about 10:38 PM of September 3, 2015 at
Barangay Muricay, Pagadian City. The Pagadian City Police identified the man as
Mariano Sabellano Y Galbo, 17 years old, single, jobless, resident of Purok
Lumboy, Tuburan District, Pagadian City. He was found lying lifeless and
sustained blunt wounds on his head and believed to be stroked using hard object
by an unidentified suspect/s. based on the initial investigation conducted by Pagadian
City Police disclosed that based on the statement of one of the security guards
on duty at Pagadian City Airport revealed
that said victim was driving a Yamaha mio color white/black with no plate number with attached marking on
the plate “playboy” and was seen passing four (4) times using said single mc at
the abovementioned place. Recovered at the crime scene are one coil spring grip
panel and one live ammunition of caliber 45 pistol. The Pagadian City Police
now conducted follow- up operation to possibly identify and arrest the suspect.

Woman Nabbed for Estafa in Pagadian
A wanted person was arrested at Purok Kahayag, Dumagoc, Pagadian
City at about 12:50 PM of September 2, 2015. The Pagadian City Police
identified the arrested man as Mariafe Villalas y Carillo. She was nabbed by
virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Hon.Pablito S. Pielago, Jr, Presiding
Judge of MTCC 9th Judicial Region Branch 02,
Pagadian City with criminal case
no. 17137-17141 (5 counts) for Estafa (under Art. 315, 1(b) of the RPC).
Suspect was properly informed of her basic rights afforded by the Philippine
Constitution and was brought to this station for proper disposition. She is now
temporarily detained at the lock-up cell of the mentioned police station while
waiting for court final adjudication.
Rape Suspect Collared in Dumingag
A wanted man was arrested by Dumingag Police in Purok 2, Barangay
Salvador, Dumingag, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 7:00 PM of September 2, 2015. He
was identified as Renato Yanoyan. He is now under the custody of Dumingag
Police Station. The suspect was arrested based on the warrant of arrest for the
crime of Rape (1st count to 20th counts), docketed under Criminal Case #
2014-10-2734 and CC # 2014-10-2753 dated 05 August 2014 with no bail bond
recommended, duly signed by Hon Jaime B Caberte, Presiding Judge of Regional
Trial Court, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 23, Molave, Zamboanga del Sur. He was
brought to Dumingag MPS for his temporary confinement while waiting for the
commitment order from the issuing court.
3 Nabbed for Drugs in Margosatubig
Three individuals listed in the Drug Watch List were collared
during police operation conducted by Zamboanga Sur Police Office-Provincial
Intelligence Branch, PDEA, Margosatubig Police and Naval Intelligence Group at
Barangay Poblacion, Margosatubig, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 1:00 PM of
September 3, 2015. Arrested were Julasbi Dacula Y Fernandez, 25, married, fisherman;
Usman Manabilang Y Imbingan a.k.a. toto, 35, married, fisherman and Noron
Mawalaw Y Jano, 58, married, fisherman. Confiscated from them were ten (10)
small size heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline
substance believed to be shabu; three (3) medium size heat dash sealed
transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to
be shabu; and one (1) medium size heat dash sealed transparent plastic sachet
containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu (buy-bust
item) with a total of estimated weight
of 50 grams; one (1) digital weighing scale; two (2) pcs 500.00 buy-bust money;
two (2) pcs green lighters; two (2) scissors; several cut of aluminum foils
and several pack of transparent plastic
cellophane. The three arrested suspects are now temp detained at Margosatubig
MPS lock -up cell awaiting court disposition.
Campaign against Illegal Fishing
in Margosatubig
The Police elements of Margosatubig Police Station led by Police
Chief Inspector Jonathan P. Lladoc conducted seaborne patrol operation at Dumangquillas
Bay fronting Barangay Talanusa, Margosatubig, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 7:40
PM of September 3, 2015. This resulted to the interception of one (1) unit fishing
boat locally known as “tare-tare” and arrest of five (5) suspects identified as
Valerio Macahis Y Gantalao, 38 years old; Arnold Jerusalem Y Galorio, 38 years
old; junie Gabatcha Y Canoy, 36 years old; Caloy Hugo Y Ebag, married and Margcelino
Ganabis Y Gerolaga, 48 years old, all resident of Barangay Igat Island, Margosatubig,
Zamboanga Del Sur. Confiscated from their possession and control are one (1)
unit fishing boat locally known as “tare-tare”, fishnet and assorted fishes
weighing more or less eighty (80) kilos. The arrested persons were immediately
brought to Margosatubig Police Station for proper disposition of the case.
2 Held in Aurora Police Checkpoint for
Drugs

Inspector Heidel Batulog Te-elan conducted checkpoint along national highway of
Barangay Anonang, Aurora, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 12:00 PM of September 3,
2015. This resulted to the interception of one unit Toyota Revo colored green bearing
plate number wfs-424 and arrest of suspects identified as Philip Nayve Y
Labrador, 49 years old, jobless and Marlon Ceniza Y Batoctoy, 42 years old, married,
napocor employee. The vehicle was flagged down along national highway of barangay
anonang, aurora by the PNP elements of Aurora MPS, however, when being confronted
by the police officer, the driver/suspect identified as Philip Nayve Y Labrador
got out from his driven vehicle and utter words that his coming from Maranding,
Lanao Del Norte purposely to buy ducks for a birthday celebration. He then pretended
to urinate at the shoulder of the road but he was caught in the act of
dropping/throwing something on the road pavement. When being verified it turns
out to be transparent cellophane containing six (6) sachets of white crystalline
substance believed to be shabu. The said person along with his companion
identified as Marlon Ceniza Y Batoctoy were put under arrest and are now
temporarily detained at Aurora Police Station while an appropriate case for
violation of RA 9165 is being prepared for filing in court against them. The vehicle
is now under the custody of said police station for proper disposition.
