Stabbing Incident

MOLAVE - Stabbing incident transpired on or about 7:00 PM at Purok Lapu-Lapu, Barangay Maloloy-on, Molave, ZDS wherein victim identified as Paulino Yecyec Ebo, 52 years old, married, truck driver and a resident of said place was stabbed by suspect identified as Julieto Alcaria, of legal age, single, jobless and a resident of Purok Masaysay Street, Brgy Maloloy-on, Molave, ZDS. Victim sustained stabbed wound on his right leg and was brought to Salug Valley Medical Center for medical treatment. Suspect fled towards unknown direction after the incident. Motive of the incident is still to be determined.

Arrest of Wanted Persons

PAGADIAN CITY - On September 29, 2016, at about 9:00 AM, One (1) Wanted Person identified as Jed Samayla Y Dela Cerna, 31 years old, married and a resident of Barangay Sta. Lucia, Pagadian City was arrested by personnel of Pagadian CPS during a police operation (Service of Warrant of Arrest) at Datoc Street, Brgy Sta. Lucia, Pagadian City. Subject person has pending warrant of arrest for the crime of Direct Assault docketed under CC Nr 17475  issued by Hon. Joel G. Vercide, Presiding Judge, MTCC, Branch 01, Pagadian City with bail bond of P6,000.00. Arrested person now temporarily detained at Pagadian CPS lock-up cell awaiting final adjudication from the court.

Serving of Warrant of Arrest

MARGOSATUBIG - On September 29, 2016, at about 10:00 AM, one (1) Wanted Person identified as one (1) Victor Angca  Y Yano, 43 years old, male, married, farmer and a resident of Purok Anahaw, Brgy. Kalian, Margosatubig, Zamboanga del Sur was arrested by joint personnel of Margosatubig MPS and Dimataling MPS during a police operation (Service of Warrant of Arrest) at Margosatubig Regional Hospital, Barangay Poblacion, Margosatubig, Zamboanga del Sur. Subject person has pending warrant of arrest for the crime of Child Abuse docketed under CC Nr 16-045 issued by Hon. Ruben N Banse, Presiding Judge, RTC9, Branch 29, San Miguel, ZDS with bail bond of P80, 000.00. Arrested person is now under the custody of Dimataling MPS for proper disposition.

Serving of Warrant of Arrest

DUMALINAO - On September 29, 2016, at around 11:15 AM, one (1) Wanted Person identified as Hernan Dela Cruz Y Paraiso, 48 years old, married, and a resident of Barangay Sebuca, Dumalinao, ZDS was arrested by elements of Pagadian CPS during a police operation (Service of Warrant of Arrest)  at In front of Cathedral Church situated at Ariosa Street, Barangay San Francisco, Pagadian City by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of Estafa docketed under CC Nrs 12511-2K15 with bail bond of P24,000.00 and 12512-2K15 with bail bond of P34,000000 issued by Hon. Dennis P. Vicoy, Presiding Judge, RTC9, Branch 20, Pagadian City. Arrested person now temporarily detained at Pagadian CPS lock-up cell awaiting final adjudication from the court.

Enforcement of Special Laws

DIMATALING - On September 29, 2016, at about 7:00 AM, a Search and Seizure operation (Implementation of eight (8) Search Warrant Nrs 16-005 (Viol for RA9165) & 16-006 (Viol for RA10591) against Aidam Pandugao, 16-007 (Viol for RA10591) & 16-008 (Viol for RA9165) against Jecjec Tuyco, 16-009 (Viol for RA9165) & 16-010 (Viol for RA10591) against Cosme Helaga, and 16-011 (Viol for RA9165) & 16-012 (Viol for RA 10591) against Jojo Hilaga)  was conducted by joint personnel of PAIDSOTG, ZSPPC, 2nd MC, RPSB9, and Dimataling MPS at Sitio Lasak, Barangay Buburay, Dimataling, ZDS. The operation resulted to the arrest of one (1) Cosme Polangcos Helaga, 54 years old, married and Junifer Basmayor Hilaga alias "Jojo", 32 yrs old, married both a residents of said place. Confiscated items from the possession and control of Cosme Polangcos Helaga: a. One (1) unit cal..45 pistol Remington w/ serial nr 237156; b. One (1) unit magazine of cal.45; c. Three (3) pcs empty shells for cal 5.56; d. Three (3) pcs empty shells for cal. 7.62; e. One (1) pc live ammunition for cal. 5.56 M16 rifle; and f. Five (5) pcs live ammunition for cal.22. From the possession and control of Junifer Basmayor Hilaga: a. one (1) unit cal.30 carbine w/ serial no. 3017032; b. One (1) unit mag assy for cal. 30mm carbine; c. Eleven (11) pcs live ammunition for cal.30; d. One (1) pc live ammunition for cal. 9mm; and e. Improvised illegal drug paraphernalia was also confiscated in the house of Jecjec Tuyco and Aidam Pandugao. Arrested persons and recovered evidences now under the custody of PAIDSOTG for proper disposition.

Drug Buy Bust Police Operation

MAHAYAG - On September 29, 2016, at about 1:30 PM, a Drug Buy-bust operation was conducted by personnel of Mahayag MPS led by PO3 Sunny T Asingua, team leader at Purok 1, Barangay Poblacion, Mahayag, ZDS that resulted to the arrest of one (1) Julius Manunday Gomez, 38 years old, married, tricycle driver and a resident of Purok 2, Barangay Balamban, Mahayag, ZDS who was actively engaged in selling dangerous drugs locally known as shabu. Confiscated from his possession and control are the following: a. One (1) small heat sealed transparent plastic sachet of suspected shabu; b.Three (3) small heat sealed transparent plastic sachets of suspected shabu; c. Six (6) rolled aluminum foils; d. One (1) small transparent cellophane; and e. Two (2) pcs P100.00 bill and one (1) piece fifty-peso bill amounting to P250.00. Arrested person and recovered evidences now under the custody of Mahayag MPS for proper disposition.

Vehicular Accident

DUMALINAO - MVTA transpired OOA 10:40 PM of September 26, 2016 along the National Highway of Prk. Panaghiusa, Brgy Sumadat, Dumalinao, ZDS wherein one single MC color red, raider 110, with plate number 6132 KQ, registered to John Ryan Rubio of Prk. 4, Bag-ong Kaplag, Ubaldo Laya, Iligan City, LDN and driven by Opena Abdul Retardo, 20 yo, a resident of Limas, Tigbao, ZDS accidentally hit/bumped one pedestrian identified as Gabino Gargar of legal age, resident of purok Talaba, Brgy Camanga, Dumalinao, ZDS. Victim and driver of single MC sustained injuries and were brought to ZDSMC Dao, Pagadian City for medication but unfortunately victim was declared DOA by the attending physician while the driver was also admitted for medication. Subject single was brought to Dumalinao MPS for proper disposition.

TABINA - OOA 9:30 AM of September 27 2016, PNP personnel of Tabina MPS led by SPO4 Richard M Gonzales, MESPO conducted operation against Wanted Person at District Lumbia, Brgy Culabay, Tabina, Zambonga del Sur that resulted to the arrest of one (1) Grace T. Reduca, 33 years old, married and a resident of Brgy Culabay, Tabina, Zamboanga del Sur. Subject person has a standing Warrant of Arrest charged for the crime of ADULTERY docketed under Criminal Case Number 16-2225-T, issued by Hon. Joel G. Vercide, Presiding Judge of 7TH MCTC Dimataling, Zamboanga del Sur. Recommended bail bond for his temporary liberty is Php12,000.00.

PAGADIAN CITY - OOA 3:30 PM of September 27, 2016, one (1) WP identified as GILBERT LAURETE y COLLADOS, 51 years old, married and a resident of Block 12, Lot 17, Phase 3, Upper Alta Tierra, Tiguma, Pagadian City was arrested by PNP personnel of Pagadian CPS led by SPO3 Carlos D Omentic at his residence by virtue of a warrant of arrest for the crime of BIGAMY docketed under CC Nr 13102-2K16, issued by Hon. Dennis P Vicoy, Presiding Judge of RTC, Branch 20, Pagadian City. Recommended bail bond for his temporary liberty is ₱40,000.00.

MARGOSATUBIG - OOA 8:20 PM of September 27, 2016, joint elements of PIB ZSPPO, Margosatubig MPS, Mabuhay MPS and 53rd IB conducted police operation (Service of WOA) at Purok Baluno, Brgy Guinimanan, Margosaubig, ZDS and arrested one Elidio Sigba y Cudium, 53 yo, farmer, married and a resident of Purok Baluno, Brgy Guinimanan, Margosaubig, ZDS. Suspect is listed as top 5 MWP of Mabuhay MPS and charged for the crime murder issued on October 31, 2012 by Hon Josefino P Bael of (9th judiacial region branch 31, Imelda, ZSBY under CC no. I-4867 at Ipil, ZSBY.

PAGADIAN CITY - OOA 5:30 PM of September 27, 2016, PNP personnel of Pagadian CPS led by PI Mario Regidor conducted Police Operation on the Service of Warrant of Arrest at Rizal Avenue corner Balesteros Road, Brgy. Balangasan, Pagadian City that resulted to the arrest of one EDWIN ALEGRIA, of legal age, married and a resident of Brgy. Balangasan, Pagadian City by virtue of a warrant of arrest for Violation of PAR. (a & c) of R.A 10951, docketed under CC Nr 13052-2K16 issued by Hon. FELIX B RODRIGUES Jr, Presiding Judge of RTC, Branch 18, Pagadian City. Recommended bail bond for his temporary liberty.

Hacking incident

VINCENZO SAGUN - On September 23, 2016, at about 9:00 PM, a Hacking incident transpired at Purok Mindahila, Barangay Kapatagan, Vincenzo Sagun, ZDS wherein victim identified as MARIO CEBALLOS y BONGCAC, 26 years old, single, farmer and a resident of Barangay Maraya, V Sagun, ZDS was hacked by suspect ident as FLORENCIO MACASA @ JAGUAR, of legal age, single, farmer and a resident of same place with the use of a bolo. Victim sustained hacked wounds on his head and severe injuries on the different parts of his body and was immediately rushed to Margosatubig Regional Hospital (MRH) for medical treatment.  Motive of the incident still to be determined. 

Arrest of Wanted Persons

LABANGAN - On September 23, 2016, at 2:00 PM, Severn (7) Wanted Persons identified as GUIARIA TARUC y UNGAD, IBRAHIM UNGAD y SALIBO, CARASUM BALATUCAL y UNGAD, UMAL UNGAD y SALIBO, MUHAMMAD ALI MUSA y UNGAD, SALVANON UNGAD y SALIBO and ANISA MUSA y UNGAD, all of legal age were arrested by personnel of Labangan Municipal Police Station during a police operation (Service of Warrant of Arrest) at Barangay New Labangan, ZDS for the crime of Grave Coercion docketed under CC Nr 1624-L issued by Hon. Norlinda R Amante-Descallar, Acting Presiding Judge, MCTC9 of Labangan-Tukuran, ZDS with bail bond of P12,000.00 each. Arrested person were temporarily detained at Labangan MPS lock-up cell but were immediately released after posting a bail for their temporary liberty.

On September 23, 2016, at 3:00 PM, One (1) Wanted Person identified as NESTOR MALARAN y ALBARICO, 33 years old, male, farmer and a resident of Purok 10, Barangay Poblacion, Lakewood, ZDS was arrested by personnel of Lakewood Municipal Police Station during a police operation (Service of Warrant of Arrest) at Purok 4, Brgy Poblacion, Lakewood, ZDS for the crime of Child Abuse (2 counts) docketed under CC Nrs 12653-2K16 and 12654-2K16 issued by Hon. Benjamin R Lanzadares, Presiding Judge, RTC9, Branch 22, Pagadian City with bail bond of P80,000.00 each. Arrested person now temporarily detained at Lakewood MPS lock-up cell awaiting for final adjudication from the court.

On September 23, 2016, at 5:45 PM, one (1) Wanted Person identified as ROGELIO BUHIAN y CALUNOD, 57 years old, married, farmer and a resident of Purok, Barangay Liasan, Pitogo, ZDS was arrested by personnel of Pitogo Municipal Police Station during a police operation (Service of Warrant of Arrest) at said place for the crime of Murder docketed under CC Nr 16-042 issued by Hon. Ruben N Bance, Presiding Judge, MCTC, Branch 29, San Miguel, ZDS. Arrested person now temporarily detained at Labangan MPS lock-up cell awaiting for final adjudication from the court.

Illegal Drugs

LABANGAN - On September 23, 2016, at 8:30 AM, one (1) JERIC PARAGAN y ESPRECION, 15 years old, out of school youth, jobless and a resident of Purok Pag-asa, Barangay Lantian, Labangan, ZDS was turned-over by Hon. Reymondo Ortez, Brgy Captain to Labangan Municipal Police Station for having confiscated in his possession six (6) sachets of white crystalline substance believed to be shabu and four (4) aluminum foil. Arrested minor was then turned-over to DSWD of Labangan represented by Solamarie D Bago, RSW and witnessed by his guardian Lita P Escobar. Recovered evidence will be forwarded to ZSPPO Crime Laboratory for proper disposition.

Shooting Incident

PAGADIAN CITY - A shooting incident transpired at Purok Malunggay, Banale, Pagadian City on or about 9:45 o’clock in the evening of September 21, 2016, wherein the victim was identified as one Noel Sumampong Luna aka “Baldo”, 44 years old, male, married, and a resident of Purok Gemelina, Banale, Pagadian City. Investigation revealed that on or about 9:41 o’clock in the evening of September 21, 2016, the victim was watching a Basketball tournament at Purok Malunggay, Banale, Pagadian City. However, there were allegedly two (2) unidentified male persons both wearing white t-shirts and short pants went to the presence of the victim, and that the other suspect held the victim while the other pin pointed his undetermined short firearms to the victim(Noel). Allegedly the victim fought against the two (2) unidentified suspects and he ran across the basketball court headed towards downgraded road to Banale Aide Compound. But unfortunately, he was being followed by the suspects and that he was being shot several times that causes to his instantaneous death. The victim sustained GSW on the different parts of his body. Recovered from the crime scene were four (4) live ammunitions and nine (9) spent shells for caliber .45 pistols.

Shooting Incident

PAGADIAN CITY - On or about 06:30 PM of September 21, 2016 this station received cellular phone call from concern citizen informing that a shooting incident transpired at F. Consolacion Street corner Rizal avenue, Purok Acasia, Barangay Balangasan, Pagadian City, wherein victim identified as one (1) Sali Dacula Y Dacula, male, 49 years old, married, self-employed and a resident of the aforesaid place. Investigation disclosed that at about 06:15PM of same date, while victim was busy on fixing the glass cover of his wooden stall at the sidewalk in front of his residence, a riding in tandem male suspects on board black Honda XRM RS 125without plate number alighted near the victim. Subsequently, the back rider approached the victim and shot him several times using undetermined short firearm hitting the latter. Said victim sustained the following gunshot wounds,to wit: One (1) gunshot wound at the right side portion of the head near the ear; and Two (2) gunshot wounds at the throat.  Immediately right after the incident, suspects hurriedly fled towards upper grade portion of Consolacion Street, this city. Recovered from the crime scene weretwo (2) fired cartridge cases of caliber .45. Investigation further revealed that based on one of the son of the victim who is present during the killing of his father, the former described the suspects among others, as follows: Driver - Long blonde hair, fair complexion, normal built and wearing blue sweat shirt with hood; Gunman –fair complexion, normal build, wearing black jacket with hood and red handkerchief covered some portion of his face particularly the nose and mouth. Victim was rushed to Borbon hospital but was declared DOA by his attending physician. As of his moment, the family of the victim is planning to bring the cadaver of the victim to the original address of the victim at Kumalarang, ZDS. This station is now conducting follow-up operation for possible identification of the fleeing suspects. Motive of the incident is still to be determined.

Arrest of Top # 8 Illegal Drugs Watch List in Molave

MOLAVE - A drug buy-bust operation was conducted by Molave MPS personnel led by SPO1 Abraham Apat Jr. at Barangay Maloloy-on, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 10:45 PM of September 21, 2016. This resulted to the arrest of one June Ray Pahang y Pitoy (Top # 8 Illegal Drugs Watch List), 30, male, single, jobless and a resident of Yangco St., Prk Venus, Brgy Maloloy-on, Molave, ZDS. Confiscated from his possession and control are one (1) sachet of shabu, four (4) pcs One Hundred peso bills buy-bust money and one (1) unit Samsung cellular phone.

Arrest of Wanted Person

SAN PABLO - One Wanted Person identified as Jomar Ansag Lemosnero, 27, married, carpentry and masonry by occupation, a resident of Purok Tangke, Barangay Poblacion, San Pablo, Zamboanga Del Sur was arrested by personnel of San Pablo MPS led by PO3 RODERICK C. RETUYA at about 8:45 AM of Sep 2016 at Purok Tangke, Barangay Poblacion, San Pablo, ZDS by virtue of a WOA for the Crime of Rape (3 Counts) docketed under CC Nr 12768 - 2K16, 12769-2K16 and 12770-2k16 issued by Hon. Benjamin R Lanzaderas, Pres Judge of RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 22, Pagadian City with no bail bond recommended for his temporary liberty.

REPORTED INCIDENTS - September 21, 201

Shooting Incident

DINAS – Please be informed that at about 6:30 pm of September 19, 2016, a person of Marhom Diwa personally reported to Dinas MPS that 6:30 pm of same date a shooting incident transpired at Barangay Guinicolalay Zamboanga Del Sur, wherein the victims identified as Kabir Tawdil Ansang, Samod Tawdil and Abdul Raman Ansang was shot by unidentified suspects. Upon receipt of said report PNP elements of Dinas MPS lead by PSI Jaworski Arellano osngal together with 53^rd IB Base at Miguel, San Miguel, ZDS lead by 2Lt. Abner C Pilando, immediately proceeded to the crime incident. Initial investigation disclosed that while the victims were traveling on board by a motorcycle from Pagadian City going back to their residence Brgy. East Migpulao and upon reaching at Purok 1 crossing of same place allegedly they were shot by an unidentified suspects hiding on the grassy portion, and with no apparent reason they were shot several times using high powered firearms. As result, both victims sustained multiple gunshot wounds on the different parts of their bodies that caused the untimely death of the two victims. While Abdul Raman was hit on his right thigh and was brought to RHU Dinas for immediate medical treatment and subsequently forwarded to Mendero Hospital Pagadian City. Recovered from the crime scene were nine (9)  fired cartridge case and eleven (11) live ammunition of caliber 30, five (5) fired cartridge case of cal. 5.56, one (1) empty shell of cal. 45  and one empty clip of caliber 30. Cadaver of the two victims was now at their respective houses. PNP elements of Dinas MPS together with 53^rd IB PA conducting hot pursuit operation against the fleeing of the suspects for possible arrest.

REPORTED INCIDENTS - September 20, 2016

Cadaver Found

DIMATALING - A Cadaver was found at Purok 3 Brgy Sumpot, Dimataling, Zamboanga del Sur on September 19, 2016, at around 7:00 AM. The victim was identified as Julio Gabinete, Alias “Fighter” Or “Nonoy”, more or less 50 years old, fishing worker owned by certain Edot Maagad of Poblacion, Tabina, and accordingly a resident of Zamboanga City, was struck using a piece of round hard wood  more or less twenty seven (27) inches long. Investigation further disclosed, that prior to the incident victim and his two (2) co-workers believed to be the suspects, namely; Ronel Brigula, 23 years old more or less, single and a resident of Purok 3 of same barangay and a certain alias “JASON”, 23 years old more or less, single and a resident of Abong-abong, Tabina, ZDS, were at the house of certain Edna Perez Dayondon of said place, more or less at  7:00 o’clock in the evening of September 18, 2016 and having drinking spree session thereat. That, at about 11:00 o’clock in the evening of same date victim and his two (2) co-workers left to the house where they were drinking and went to their fishing boat, when arrived at the bushes area particularly at the creek suspects allegedly smash the victim particularly on the head which resulted to his instantaneous death. Recovered at the crime scene a piece of round hard wood more or less twenty seven (27) inches long with blood on the tip, believed to be weapon used by the suspects. Responding team was conducting hot pursuit operation for possible arrest but suspects fled to unknown place after the incident.  Investigator on case PO1 Iresidel O. Osayan with CP number 09076166963. 

Dead Body Found

DIMATALING - A dead body of a male person was found at Purok 3 Brgy Sumpot, Dimataling, Zamboanga Del Sur, at about 6:30 AM of September 19, 2016. The victim was identified as Julio Gabinete, aka “nonoy” more or less 50 years old, worker of a fishing vessel and a resident of Zamboanga City. The information was received by Dimataling MPS thru a cellular phone call from a concern citizen. PNP team of Dimataling MPS led by SPO4 Leopoldo O Ordeniza, MESPO, immediately proceeded to the reported place discovery to verify the veracity of the report and to conduct investigation. Initial investigation conducted by Dimataling MPS disclosed that prior to the discovery, the victim was last seen having a drinking spree with his two (2) co-worker identified as Ronel Brigula, a resident of Purok 3, Brgy Sumpot, Tabina and a certain alias “Jason” (TNU) and a resident of Brgy. Abong-abong, Tabina, at about 7:00 PM of September 18, 2016 at the house of one Edna Perez Dayondon of the aforementioned place and together left the place at about 11:00 PM of same date. The following day at about 6:30 AM of September 19, 2016 the victim was discovered lifeless at the aforementioned place. Recovered at the crime scene was a piece of round hard wood measuring more or less twenty seven (27) inches long with blood stain on the tip, presumably used in the commission of the crime. Dimataling MPS is now exerting effort to locate the two (2) co-workers/companion of the victim for further investigation but failed to locate as of this report.

Motor Vehicular Accident

DUMALINAO - Motor vehicle traffic accident transpired at Brgy Paglaum, Dumalinao, Zamboanga Del Sur, particularly fronting Dumalinao Parish Church at about 9:12 AM of September 19, 2016 wherein one pedestrian identified as one Sheena Remollena, 15 years old, grade 9 student and a resident of Brgy Balongating, Guipos, Zamboanga Del Sur was accidentally bumped by a single MC Honda XRM Blue with PN LQ1069, driven by Jessie Templa Linghag, 44 years old, driver by occupation and a resident of Purok Rizal, Pob. San Miguel. Investigation conducted by Dumalinao MPS disclosed that said vehicle was traversing from Municipality of San Miguel ZDS bound to Pagadian City and upon reaching at the aforesaid place, accidentally bumped the said pedestrian while crossing at the said road. Victim was rushed to Jamelarin Hospital, Pagdian City for medical treatment whiles the driver and his driven vehicle was brought before Dumalinao MPS for disposition.

Fire Incident

LABANGAN - Fire Incident transpired at about 1:50 PM of September 18, 2016 at Lower Campo Islam, Labangan, Zamboanga Del Sur, wherein the abandon house owned by Raysan Mamaludin Ansang was totally razed by fire.  Said    house was made of wood materials with   estimated   cost   of   Php 20,000.00.  Immediately personnel of Labangan MPS and     Bureau of   Fire   Personnel from Pagadian City responded   to the incident. Fire-out declared at about 2:10 PM of same   date.   Fire   investigator   is    now   conducting   investigation to determine the cause of said   incident.

Hacking Incident

RAMON MAGSAYSAY - Hacking incident transpired at Purok 2, Brgy Upper Laperian, Ramon Magsaysay, Zamboanga del Sur at about 5:20 PM of September 18, 2016 wherein victim identified as one Reme Enero y Buton, 50 years old, married, farmer and a resident of said place was hacked with the used of bolo by a certain Felix Dionsay y Lumayag, 62, married, farmer and a resident of Brgy. Gapasan, Ramon Magsaysay, ZDS. Victim sustained hacked wounds on his neck, arm fit and on the different parts of his body that caused to his untimely death. Suspect was arrested by the responding personnel of Ramon Magsaysay MPS led by SPO4 Jocelyn Tamparong Dionsay. Recovered from the crime scene was one (1) bolo measuring 21 inches long to include the handle and scabbard owned by the suspect. Motive of the incident is still to be determined. KUMALARANG - One Wanted Person identified as Ronald Lofranco Y Sarda @ Boyet (Top 6 Drug Watch List in Municipal Level) 31 years old, married, driver and a resident of Purok Alibang-bang, Brgy, Poblacion, Kumalarang, Zamboanga del Sur was arrested by Kumalarang MPS led by SPO1 Abdulnasser A. Benito under the direction of PI ALFON B BELLOAN, OIC at about 2:41 PM  of September 18, 2016 by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest for Violation of R.A 9165 (Section 11 & 12) issued by Hon. Romeo T Descallar, Presiding Judge of Regional Trial Court, 9th Judicial region Branch 19, Pagadian City docketed under Criminal Case No. 13011-2k16 & Criminal Case No. 13012-2k16. Bail bond recommended for his temporary liberty is Php200, 000.00 for Sec. 11 and Php40, 000.00 for Sec.12.

Arrest of Two alleged Carnnapers.

PAGADIAN CITY - Motor vehicular traffic accident transpired at Purok Dos, Barangay Bogo, Pagadian City at about 7:30 PM of September 17, 2016. PNP Traffic elements of PCPS responded to the reported place of incident. The driver identified as one Marlon Benabaye y Beton, legal age, single, and a resident of Purok 4, Barangay Manga, Pagadian City together with his live-in partner Joan Antigua Limoran. Upon conducting investigation thereat, suddenly one Arnel Gallega attested and positively identified that said single MC was the reported carnapped MC and the driver was positively identified as the one who pointed him a firearm and stole from his possession. Then and there we immediately held the driver and look for any pertinent documents of said MC but he failed to produced, while Arnel Gallega unquestionably produced some documents pertaining to the ownership of said single MC. Thereafter, we took the arrest of the two suspects and subsequently informed them their basic rights as afforded by the law and brought them to Pagadian CPS for proper disposition including the carnapped single MC. The suspects are now temporarily detained at locked-up cell of this station while waiting for appropriate charges files against them.

Anti-Drugs Police Operation

MARGOSATUBIG - A Drug Buy-bust operation was conducted by elements of SAIDSOTF Margosatubig MPS under the supervision PCI ANDREW TUCLUS LIMOD, OIC at about 11:00AM of September 18, 2016, through Intel-driven operation at Kerlan Videoke House, Barangay Poblacion, Margosatubig, Zamboanga Del Sur. The operation resulted to the arrest of Drug watch list personality: Rex Majid Sawi a.k.a “Muksir”: 25 years old, jobless, married and a resident of Purok Dama de Noche, Brgy. Poblacion, Margosatubig, ZDS. Recovered from his possession and control are to wit; three (3) pieces of heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu; three (3) pieces sliced rolled aluminum foils; two (02) pieces disposable lighters color blue and light blue and Two (2) one hundred pesos bills with Serial Number numbers BY828126 and KR108926 as buy bust money. Arrested subject person is now under the custody of this office while necessary papers are being made for filing appropriate charges against him.

Confiscation of Unregistered Pump boat

TABINA - Joint operation of Inspection of an unregistered Pumb Boat of Tabina, ZDS in coordination with the Local Government unit was conducted by PNP personnel of Tabina MPS led by PI JUNAR C YAP, OIC together with 2Lt ABNER C PILANDO, Bravo Company, 53rd IB, PA with cp number 09185829857 on or about 8:00am of September 18 2016. The PNP personnel and elements of Philippine Army checked/inspected all fishing vessel including the documents for fishing operation with the present of the owner/operator. The operation resulted to the confiscation of 12 engines and was brought to this office for proper disposition while the said owners/operators are processing for their fishing boat registration.

Arrest of Wanted Persons

PAGADIAN CITY - One (1) wanted person identified as Jesus Carwana Nano aka Tata, 42 years old, married, farmer a resident of Purok Talisay, Barangay Pedulunan, Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur was arrested by joint PNP personnel of Pagadian CPS and Lapuyan MPS on September 17, 2016 at about 1:30 pm at Barangay Tiguha, Lapuyan,  Zamboanga del Sur  by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Hon. Rolando l. Goan, presiding judge of RTC 9, Branch 21, Pagadian City for the crime of murder docketed under criminal case number 12184-2k15. Arrested person is temporarily detained at Pagadian CPS lock-up cell waiting for final adjudication from the court.

KUMALARANG - One (1) wanted person identified as Herwil Macarate Gemeniano, 21 years old, single, a resident of Purok Malinawon, Barangay poblacion, kumalarang, zamboanga del sur, was arrested by pnp personnel of Kumalarang MPS on September 17, 2016 at about 10:06 am at said place by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Hon. Pablito S. Pielago Jr, presiding judge of RTC 9, Branch 2, Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur for the crime of attempted homicide docketed under criminal case number 17472. Arrested person is temporarily detained at Kumalarang MPS lock-up cell waiting for final adjudication from the court.

Jobless Held in Checkpoint for Drugs

A jobless man was held by operatives of Aurora MPS after he was caught in possession of an illegal drug in a checkpoint in Purok Sagrada, Barangay Poblacion, Aurora, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 11:00 AM of September 15, 2016. He was identified as Geovanie Bontia y Tabudlong aka “Baning”, 29 years old, single, jobless and a resident of Purok Sagrada, Barangay Poblacion. Confiscated from his possession were two (2) heat sealed transparent plastic sachets of white crystalline substance and two (2) folded aluminum and (1) pc of disposable lighter color orange. Suspect is presently detained at the said police station.

SHOOTING INCIDENT

On or about 7:30 AM of September 13, 2016, Shooting Incident transpired at Purok Dumalian, Barangay Lourdes, Pagadian City wherein the victims suffered multiple GSWs were identified as;

a. Hon. Marianita Agbonesa Pitogo-(Killed), 36 years old, married, resident and Baranggay Captain of Purok Durian, Lison Valley, Pagadian City;

b. Renato Magdadaro Malantig-(Killed), 40 years old, married, (Common-law-husband of Hon. Pitogo) and also residing at Purok Durian, Lison Valley, Pagadian City;

c. Rosalinda Gonzaga Enodio-(Killed), 38 years old, married and a resident of Purok Manga, Lison Valley, Pagadian City;

d. Rosalita Agbonesa Cagas-(Killed), 38 years old, married and a resident of Purok Durian, Lison Valley, Pagadian City;

e. Rowell Gonzaga Edoquio-(Killed), 36 years old, married and a resident of Purok Durian, Lison Valley, Pagadian City; and

f. Susan Manusay Hunis-(Wounded), 30 years old, married and a resident of Purok Lanzones, Lison Valley, Pagadian City.

        3. Initial Investigation disclosed that the victims departed from the house of Hon. Pitogo aboard a Military type Jeep, driven by victim Renato with the rest as passengers going to Dao, Pagadian City to attend an activity relative to “Megayon Festival” upon reaching the muddy and curved area of the road along Purok Dumalian, Barangay Lourdes, Pagadian City, the victims were attacked/waylaid by unidentified persons believed to have positioned themselves at the shoulder of the road using bushes and grasses as cover, hitting the different parts of their bodies that resulted to their instantaneous deaths. Victim Susan Manusay Hunis, suffered GSWs in her leg and thigh but survived the attack and was rushed by a passing single MC (Habal-Habal) to Zamboanga Del Sur Medical Center, Dao, Pagadian City for medical treatment. The suspects believed to have ran down the cliff as their exit after the commission of the crime

        4. The Crime Scene was processed by the Zamboanga Del Sur Crime Laboratory Office and collected and now under their custody the following pieces of evidence;

                a. 09 pcs fired cartridge cases for Caliber 5.56; and

                b. 07 pcs fired cartridge cases for Caliber .30

please be informed that at about 8:15 AM on September 10, 2016. a shooting incident transpired at Purok Santan, Barangay Sta. Maria, Pagadian City, Zambaonga Del Sur, immediately alert team personnel of pagadian cps proceeded to the place of incident to verify the veracity of the report.initial investigation disclosed that the victims identified as Expedito Cadelina Ongos, 39 years old, married and resident of Barangay Nazareth, Pagadian city was shot to death while Remigio Lapinig Barcoma, 29 years old, married a resident of purok santan, santa maria, pagadian city sustained gun shot wounds and was brought to the hospital for medical attention. suspects are still unidentified and motive to the incident is yet to be determine. pagadian cps is now conducting a follow up operation to identify and possibly arrest the suspects

Report on the Robbery Incident
Please be informed that on September 10, 2016 at about 8:45AM, one Elmer Esmade, 39 years old, male, married, Filipino, elders of Jehovah’s Witnesses

Please be informed that at about 6:30 am on September 10, 2016, hacking and stabbing incident transpired at Purok 6, Barangay Buburay, Dimataling, Zamboanga Del Sur. PNP team of Dimataling MPS immediately responded to the veracity of the report. Investigation disclosed that victim identified as Agustin Sanjorjo Capangpangan, 47 years old, married, farmer, and a resident Of Purok 8, Barangay. Buburay, Dimataling, ZDS, wherein the suspect was the elder brother of the victim as Casto Sanjorjo Capangpangan, 57 years old, married, farmer, and resident of same place. Victim sustained multiple stab and hack wounds that resulted to his untimely death. Further investigation revealed that, the victim visited the house of his brother bringing bottles of fighter wine. While having a drinking spree together with his live-in partner the suspect accidentally bump the victims live-in partner which their quarrel begun. that in the morning of September 10, 2016 at about 06:00 am, Mrs. Bebilita Gadiano went back to her house and she discovered that the victim was already bathe in his own blood while suspect was sitting beside the victim’s dead body. Suspects was arrested by the responding team and subsequently brought to Dimataling MPS for proper disposition and for filing of appropriate charges against the suspect.
