Stabbing Incident

MOLAVE - Stabbing incident transpired on or about 7:00 PM at Purok Lapu-Lapu, Barangay Maloloy-on, Molave, ZDS wherein victim identified as Paulino Yecyec Ebo, 52 years old, married, truck driver and a resident of said place was stabbed by suspect identified as Julieto Alcaria, of legal age, single, jobless and a resident of Purok Masaysay Street, Brgy Maloloy-on, Molave, ZDS. Victim sustained stabbed wound on his right leg and was brought to Salug Valley Medical Center for medical treatment. Suspect fled towards unknown direction after the incident. Motive of the incident is still to be determined.

Arrest of Wanted Persons

PAGADIAN CITY - On September 29, 2016, at about 9:00 AM, One (1) Wanted Person identified as Jed Samayla Y Dela Cerna, 31 years old, married and a resident of Barangay Sta. Lucia, Pagadian City was arrested by personnel of Pagadian CPS during a police operation (Service of Warrant of Arrest) at Datoc Street, Brgy Sta. Lucia, Pagadian City. Subject person has pending warrant of arrest for the crime of Direct Assault docketed under CC Nr 17475  issued by Hon. Joel G. Vercide, Presiding Judge, MTCC, Branch 01, Pagadian City with bail bond of P6,000.00. Arrested person now temporarily detained at Pagadian CPS lock-up cell awaiting final adjudication from the court.

Serving of Warrant of Arrest

MARGOSATUBIG - On September 29, 2016, at about 10:00 AM, one (1) Wanted Person identified as one (1) Victor Angca  Y Yano, 43 years old, male, married, farmer and a resident of Purok Anahaw, Brgy. Kalian, Margosatubig, Zamboanga del Sur was arrested by joint personnel of Margosatubig MPS and Dimataling MPS during a police operation (Service of Warrant of Arrest) at Margosatubig Regional Hospital, Barangay Poblacion, Margosatubig, Zamboanga del Sur. Subject person has pending warrant of arrest for the crime of Child Abuse docketed under CC Nr 16-045 issued by Hon. Ruben N Banse, Presiding Judge, RTC9, Branch 29, San Miguel, ZDS with bail bond of P80, 000.00. Arrested person is now under the custody of Dimataling MPS for proper disposition.

Serving of Warrant of Arrest

DUMALINAO - On September 29, 2016, at around 11:15 AM, one (1) Wanted Person identified as Hernan Dela Cruz Y Paraiso, 48 years old, married, and a resident of Barangay Sebuca, Dumalinao, ZDS was arrested by elements of Pagadian CPS during a police operation (Service of Warrant of Arrest)  at In front of Cathedral Church situated at Ariosa Street, Barangay San Francisco, Pagadian City by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of Estafa docketed under CC Nrs 12511-2K15 with bail bond of P24,000.00 and 12512-2K15 with bail bond of P34,000000 issued by Hon. Dennis P. Vicoy, Presiding Judge, RTC9, Branch 20, Pagadian City. Arrested person now temporarily detained at Pagadian CPS lock-up cell awaiting final adjudication from the court.

Enforcement of Special Laws

DIMATALING - On September 29, 2016, at about 7:00 AM, a Search and Seizure operation (Implementation of eight (8) Search Warrant Nrs 16-005 (Viol for RA9165) & 16-006 (Viol for RA10591) against Aidam Pandugao, 16-007 (Viol for RA10591) & 16-008 (Viol for RA9165) against Jecjec Tuyco, 16-009 (Viol for RA9165) & 16-010 (Viol for RA10591) against Cosme Helaga, and 16-011 (Viol for RA9165) & 16-012 (Viol for RA 10591) against Jojo Hilaga)  was conducted by joint personnel of PAIDSOTG, ZSPPC, 2nd MC, RPSB9, and Dimataling MPS at Sitio Lasak, Barangay Buburay, Dimataling, ZDS. The operation resulted to the arrest of one (1) Cosme Polangcos Helaga, 54 years old, married and Junifer Basmayor Hilaga alias "Jojo", 32 yrs old, married both a residents of said place. Confiscated items from the possession and control of Cosme Polangcos Helaga: a. One (1) unit cal..45 pistol Remington w/ serial nr 237156; b. One (1) unit magazine of cal.45; c. Three (3) pcs empty shells for cal 5.56; d. Three (3) pcs empty shells for cal. 7.62; e. One (1) pc live ammunition for cal. 5.56 M16 rifle; and f. Five (5) pcs live ammunition for cal.22. From the possession and control of Junifer Basmayor Hilaga: a. one (1) unit cal.30 carbine w/ serial no. 3017032; b. One (1) unit mag assy for cal. 30mm carbine; c. Eleven (11) pcs live ammunition for cal.30; d. One (1) pc live ammunition for cal. 9mm; and e. Improvised illegal drug paraphernalia was also confiscated in the house of Jecjec Tuyco and Aidam Pandugao. Arrested persons and recovered evidences now under the custody of PAIDSOTG for proper disposition.

Drug Buy Bust Police Operation

MAHAYAG - On September 29, 2016, at about 1:30 PM, a Drug Buy-bust operation was conducted by personnel of Mahayag MPS led by PO3 Sunny T Asingua, team leader at Purok 1, Barangay Poblacion, Mahayag, ZDS that resulted to the arrest of one (1) Julius Manunday Gomez, 38 years old, married, tricycle driver and a resident of Purok 2, Barangay Balamban, Mahayag, ZDS who was actively engaged in selling dangerous drugs locally known as shabu. Confiscated from his possession and control are the following: a. One (1) small heat sealed transparent plastic sachet of suspected shabu; b.Three (3) small heat sealed transparent plastic sachets of suspected shabu; c. Six (6) rolled aluminum foils; d. One (1) small transparent cellophane; and e. Two (2) pcs P100.00 bill and one (1) piece fifty-peso bill amounting to P250.00. Arrested person and recovered evidences now under the custody of Mahayag MPS for proper disposition.
