INCIDENT REPORT - December 28, 2017

Vehicular Accident

MOLAVE - Vehicular incident transpired along National Highway, Barangay Blancia, Molave Zamboanga Del Sur on December 27, 2017 at about 4:10 PM wherein Pedestrian identified as Isidro Tecson Pongyan, legal age, married, driver and fish vendor a resident of Balamban, Mahayag was died instantly due to serious multiple injuries in different part of his body. Upon received a report PNP elements of Molave MPS immediately proceeded to the place. initial investigation conducted disclosed that victim was traversing from Mahayag and bound to Pagadian City and when he reached at above-mentioned place he accidentally sideswiped and run over by Isuzu van color white bearing plate NO AAQ-7403 owned by Sanyang Intertrade Corporation of Cagayan de Oro City, driven by Roldan Obsioma Loplop, legal age and a resident of El Salvador, CDO.  Driver was voluntarily surrendered to Molave MPS and presently detained at said station for proper disposition.

Arrest of Wanted Person

TABINA - PNP personnel of Tabina MPS conducted police operation on service of warrant of arrest at Barangay Culabay, Tabina, Zamboanga del Sur on December 27, 2017 at about 2:30 PM. This resulted to the arrest of Ely Razonado Lood, male, 41 years old, married and a resident of Barangay New Oroquieta, Tabina, Zamboanga del Sur for the crime of Violation of Section 5 (i) of R.A. 9262 docketed under CC#17-017 dated July 17 2017 issued by Hon Ruben N Bance, Presiding Judge, RTC 9TH Judicial Region Branch 29, San Miguel, ZDS with bail recommended twenty four thousand (24,000.00).

Vehicular Accident

KUMALARANG - A vehicular incident transpired along national highway particularly at Sitio Dacon, Brgy. Poblacion, Kumalarang, Zamboanga Del Sur on December 27, 2017 at about 09:02 AM wherein Red Metallic Van Hyundai Grace, bearing Plate No. WKL 931, driven by Robert Delatore Diez, 38 years old, married, resident of Ditay, Diplahan, ZSP was accidentally bumped a pedestrian identified as Abdil Azis Latayada Imam, 4 years old, resident of same place. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that while said vehicle traversing along national highway en route from Diplahan, bound for Pagadian City but upon reaching at the aforementioned place accidentally bumped  the said pedestrian who abruptly across the road thereat said victim minor sustained severe injuries at his chest, shoulder and other parts of his body and then immediately rushed by the driver on board on a vehicle involved to Saint John Hospital, Buug, but declared dead on arrival by the attending physician. The driver voluntarily surrendered to Buug MPS and then was brought before to Kumalarang MPS together with the vehicle involved for proper disposition.

Vehicular Traffic Accident

DUMALINAO - Vehicular Traffic Accident transpired along the National Highway of Purok Malinawon, Barangay Paglaum, Dumalinao, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 1:30 AM of December 27, 2017 fronting Dumalinao Public Market involving Rural Bus and utility vehicle ford color red. Upon received a report PNP elements of Dumalinao MPS proceeded to the place of incident. Investigation conducted disclosed that both vehicle were traversing in same direction from Barangay Camanga Road bound to Pagadian City wherein utility vehicle ford with plate no ACB 6078 and driven by Dinah Cagampang Sapong , 53 years old , married , a resident of Alta Tierra, Tiguma, Pagadian City was traversing ahead the Rural Bus with plate no JVN-220 ,cab no 9522, driven by Jude Acaso Amantiad, 39 years old , married, a resident of Purok Madasigon,  Barangay Poblacion, Kapatagan Lanao Del Norte. That upon reaching the place of incident, the driver of rural bus manifested that his driven bus losses its brake an accidentally meet into contact to the ahead utility vehicle ford as a result both vehicle incurred damages and was brought to Dumalinao MPS for proper disposition.

  

INCIDENT REPORT - December 25, 2017

Fire Incident in Margosatubig

MARGOSATUBIG - Fire incident transpired at Agora Public Market, Poblacion, Margosatubig, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 1:23 AM of December 24 2017, wherein three stall were involved, to wit: stall number b19-dry goods store owned by Isanna Daliel Balilo property damage was estimated in the amount of five hundred thousand pesos (500.000.00) more or less. Stall number a17-grocery store owned by Jonaire Canuto Andujar property damage was estimated in the amount of two hundred thousand pesos (200.000.00) more or less. Stall number a18-dry goods store owned by Alyasa Mindalano Ameril property damage was estimated in the amount of ten thousand pesos (10,000.00) more or less. Initial investigation conducted by the BFP disclosed that, three (3) stall were caught by fire. after one hour the BFP declared fire out, the cause of fire still to be determined and the total damage of fire was estimated to seven hundred ten thousand (P710,000.00) pesos. No reported casualties/injured during the incident.

Gun-for Hire Personality Killed in Counter Strike Operation in Pagadian  

PAGADIAN CITY - Combined elements of Pagadian City Police Station, 902nd Regional Mobile Force Battalion 9, resident agents of Regional Intelligence Division 9 and Zamboanga Delo Sur PPO Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit conducted counter-strike operation / dragnet operation at Purok Tangigue, Barangay White Beach, Pagadian City or about 4:30 PM of December 24, 2017. This is in response to an urgent intelligence information indicating that a crime is about to be perpetrated by a gun-for-hire personality identified as Abdulnash A. Sumampong, Filipino, 31 years old, male, married, domiciled at Sitio Luguimit, Margosatubig, Zamboanga Del Sur and with home address at Barangay Poblacion, Payao, Zamboanga Sibugay. In the said operation, the above-mentioned suspect, in a regular stop-and-frisk measure, opted to engage the operating PNP personnel in a brief gunfight resulting to the untimely death of the suspect. No casualty on the part of the PNP operating personnel. The scene was then process by the responding SOCO team from Zamboanga Del Sur Provincial Crime Laboratory, based at Camp Abelon, Lumbia, Pagadian City. Recovered from the scene the following evidence, to wit: one (1) piece grenade hand fragmentary m67,;  one (1) unit caliber .45 pistol of the suspect with serial number 472817; two (2) pieces fired cartridge case (fcc) of alleged cal.45;  five (5) pieces fired cartridge case (FCC) of alleged 9mm; three (3) slugs; three (3) pieces heat-sealed transparent white plastic sachets containing of shabu (recovered from the possession of the suspect);two (2) pieces folded strip of aluminum foils (also recovered from the possession of the suspect); one (1) unit Honda XRM 110 single motorcycle without plate number of the suspect; and several personal belongings of the above-mentioned suspect. Upon the conduct of inspection to the cadaver of the suspect at the morgue of Gamalinda Funeral Home, said cadaver sustained several gunshot wounds at the chest and abdomen.  Investigator on case is Po3 Joel Limbo with CP number 09101750106.

Rape Suspect Arrested in Aurora

AURORA - Operatives of Aurora Municipal Police Station conducted police operation at Purok Dahlia, Brgy. Poblacion, Aurora, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 10:50 PM of December 23, 2017. This led to the arrest of Jesus Caballero Y Bermudo, 45 years old, with live-in partner, carpenter/mason by profession and a resident of Sitio Tagodalo, Brgy Bayabas, Aurora, Zamboanga Del Sur. The accused has standing warrant of arrest for the Crime of Rape through Sexual Assault under article 266-a par. (2) in relation to R.A 7610, issued by Hon. Analyn F Ramas Costanilla, Presiding Judge, RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 30, Aurora, Zamboanga Del Sur, under criminal case # 17-10,1475 with recommended bail of one hundred twenty thousand pesos (P120,000.00). The said person is now temporarily held at Aurora MPS while waiting his commitment order to Ramon Magsaysay District Jail for proper disposition.

Cadaver Found in Mahayag

MAHAYAG - A male person was found floating at the creek particularly at Purok 6, Barangay Delusom, Mahayag, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 7:30 AM of December 24, 2017. Mahayag MPS identified the cadaver as Silmon Lopey Y Santos, 47 years old, married, jobless and a resident of Purok 5, Barangay Poblacion, Mahayag, Zamboanga Del Sur. Said person was last seen by his son last December 22, 2017 at around 9:00 PM at the vicinity of his father-in-law at Purok 6, Barangay Delusom, Mahayag. That around 7:30 AM of December 24, 2017, victim was found floating lifeless at the creek side of the abovementioned place. Rural health Unit Representative Officer Arvin Vale revealed that the victim suffered no injuries, no signs of foul play but purely a victim of drowning incident caused by severe tropical storm vinta. That prior to the incident, Mahayag MPS did not receive any report of missing person from the time he was missing. 

INCIDENT REPORT - December 20, 2017

Arson Incident

DUMALINAO - An arson incident occurred at Purok Lapu-Lapu, Barangay Tickwas, Dumalinao, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 5:30 AM of December 18, 2017, wherein the house of Margie Siringan Aninion and Ariel Calago Aninion was burned by Elube Ongi Monong also known as Vicente “Titing” Maghinay, a resident of Purok Lapu-Lapu, Brgy. Tickwas, Dumalinao, Zamboanga Del Sur.  Dumalinao MPS together with the Brgy. Chairman of Tickwas responded to said place and successfully arrested the subject person for maliciously/intentionally burned the house of victim. The owner of the house/victim Margie Siringan Aninion was threatened by the suspect to kill prior to the incident, while the motive of the incident is hatred. The suspect is now temporarily detained at Dumalinao MPS for proper disposition.

Dead Body Found

PAGADIAN CITY - The person of Edgar Aposaga Sales, 59 years old, male, married, Regional Director of TESDA Region 9 and a resident of Purok 4, Barangay Carangan, Ozamiz City, was found lifeless inside his rented staff house located within OLT School Campus, Ballesteros, Barangay Balangasan, Pagadian City. Investigation disclosed that based on Victor Barredo Y Tudio, driver of late Engr. Edgar Sales that on or about 7:00 AM of December 19, 2017, he discovered the latter already dead on his bed. Investigation further revealed that upon the conduct of investigation, said cadaver was free from any wounds, abrasions and or contusions as potential indications of intentional death. The Pagadian CPS has requested the City Health Officer of Pagadian City for the post-mortem examination of the aforementioned cadaver. Said cadaver now lies at Saint Peter Funeral Homes, Barangay Santo Nino, Pagadian City and was scheduled to transfer at Saint Peter Funeral Homes-Tangub Branch after the conduct of post mortem examination. INCIDENT REPORT - December 18, 2017

Shooting Incident

KUMALARANG - Shooting incident transpired at the river of Sitio Sawa, Brgy, Poblacion, Kumalarang, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 8:40 AM of December 17, 2017. The victim was identified as Esmael Modabpil Olangkaya, 21 years old, single, fisherman and a resident of said place. He was shot by unidentified suspect. Investigation conducted disclosed that the victim was on his way home on board in a bangca after harvesting some crabs in a fishpond at said place when suddenly unidentified perpetrator/s shot with the use of undetermined caliber of firearm. Victim sustained lone gunshot wound at his lower right abdomen and was immediately rushed to Kumalarang Rural Health Unit for immediate medical treatment and later was referred to Zamboanga Del Sur Medical Center, Dao Pagadian City for proper.

Shooting Incident

SAN PABLO - Shooting incident transpired in Purok Boulevard, Marcos Village, San Pablo, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 9:50 AM of December 17, 2017. The victim was identified as Edgardo Pis-An Romerosa, 53 years old, single, fisherman, residing in Purok Boulevard, Marcos Village, San Pablo, Zamboanga Del Sur. He was shot by suspect identified as Helmer Hemillian Dapat, 50 years old, widower, CAFGU member assigned at Barangay Marcos Village, San Pablo, Zamboanga Del Sur. Investigation conducted disclosed that the victim and the suspect had heated arguments due to minor misunderstanding, when the victim tried to attack the suspect that prompted the latter to drew the 9mm pistol and shot the victim hitting on his left chest and was immediately brought to Zamboanga Del Sur Medical Center at Dao Pagadian City for immediate medical attention while the suspect voluntarily submitted himself to San Pablo MPS right after the incident. Motive of the incident believed to be personal grudge. Recovered from the suspect one pistol colt MK IV with serial number 524398 with one (1) magazine inserted with one (1) live ammunition. Suspect is presently detained at San Pablo MPS for proper disposition.

INCIDENT REPORT - December 17, 201

Shooting Incident

PAGADIAN CITY - Shooting incident transpired at Barangay Datagan, Pagadian City at about 12:00 PM of December 16, 2017 wherein the victim was immediately brought at Zamboanga Del Sur Medical Center, Barangay Dao, Pagadian City for medical treatment. The victim was identified as Ronnie Ongos Idiang (wounded), 45 years old, male, married and resident of Purok Saging 1, Barangay Datagan, Pagadian City. He sustained one (1) gunshot wound in his abdomen. further investigation disclosed that on or about 12:00 PM of the same date, the victim on board a single motorcycle and reach at the wall of the Datagan Elementary School and noticed one (1) unidentified male person urinating at the wall. When the victim was near, the said male person turned back and suddenly drew firearms from his waist and shot the victim. The victim was able to drive his single motorcycle and drive away and seek for help while the suspect walked away going to the grassland of the aforementioned place. at the crime scene, the bystanders turned over one (1) piece empty shell of caliber 45 pistol and one (1) piece deformed case to be turned over to pnp crime laboratory for ballistic comparison.

Robbery Hold- Up Incident

MOLAVE - A robbery hold up incident transpired at Petrol Gasoline Station located along Rizal Avenue, Barangay Madasigon, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 7:03 PM on December 15, 2017  wherein four (4) an unidentified suspects armed with caliber 45 pistol onboard two (2) single mcs Honda XRM robbed the above-mentioned employees of gasoline station. Investigation conducted disclosed that the above-mentioned riding in tandem suspects arrived at the gasoline station and suddenly disembarked from their driven single motorcycles and declared hold up and gun pointed the following employees/workers of said gasoline station, to wit:  Dennis Padigos, a pump boy and took away his sling bag containing a cash money amounting to more or less (php10,000.00) ; Ricky Agas, a pump boy and took away his sling bag containing a cash money amounting to (php 3,000.00) ; Eilen Dayondon, a cashier and Charmie Santander, a pump girl, who were outside the gasoline station were also gun pointed and took a cash money (Php 2,000) ; and a total of (php 15, 000.00) cash money were being taken by the unidentified suspects. further investigation conducted disclosed that the security guard of said gasoline station Jhunrey Fernandez and pump boy Rugen Abarquez were also gun pointed by the suspects but no money were taken. Immediately thereafter, the suspects fired their firearms twice at the area and immediately fled towards Mahayag Municipality of this province. One (1) fired cartridge case of caliber 45 pistol was recovered at the crime scene. PNP personnel of Molave MPS conducted thorough investigation and man hunt operation to possibly identify, locate and arrest the fleeing suspects.

Found Male Dead Body

BAYOG - A male dead body was found at River Bank of Purok 2, Barangay Depore, Bayog, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 12:30 PM on December 15, 2017. The victim was later identified as Ryndo Candao Sumabay, 25 years old, farmer and resident of Purok 1, Barangay Dimalinao, Bayog, Zamboanga Del Sur. Accordingly, prior to the incident, victim and his father were on their way home from their farmland and forcibly crossed the flooded river and thereby the victim was carried away by the strong current of water. The cadaver now lies at the residence of his father of said place.  The investigator is PO3 Harvey Jay G Embudo with CP no. 09753355471.

Robbery Suspect Arrested

RAMON MAGSAYSAY - Operatives of Ramon Magsaysay MPS conducted police manhunt operation against wanted person at Sitio Bag-Ong Silao, Barangay Laperian, Tukuran, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 10:00 AM of December 14, 2017. This resulted in the arrest of Anito Comeros Armesin, 52 years old, male, married, farmer with and with postal address at Barangay Upper Laperian, Ramon Magsaysay. This is by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Hon. Loreto C. Quinto,Presiding Judge, RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 30, Aurora, Zamboanga Del Sur, charged for the Crime Of Robbery in an inhabited house docketed under cc # 00-10-158, dated  June 14, 2004 with a recommended bail bond amounting to twenty thousand pesos (Php20, 000.00) for his temporary liberty. the accused is now temporarily detained at said police station while awaiting for proper court disposition.

Man Arrested in Molave for Estafa

MOLAVE - Operatives of Molave MPS conducted operation against wanted person at Barangay Mabuhay, Molave Zamboanga Del Sur at about 5:45 PM of December 14, 2017. This resulted in the arrest of Francis Eric S. Balaba, 22 years old, male, single, and resident of Don Carlos, Bukidnon. This is by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of 7 counts estafa under cc # 2017-10-3418 to 2017-10-3424, issued by Hon. Jaime B. Caberte, Presiding Judge, Rtc, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 23, Molave dated September 4, 2017 with respective bail bond to wit: criminal case no. 2017-10-3418 and 2017-10-3420 has Php 16,000.00 pesos; criminal case no. 2017-10-3419 has php 15,000.00 pesos; criminal case no. 2017-10-3421 has php 23,000.00 pesos; criminal case no. 2017-10-3422 has php 18,000.00 pesos; criminal case no. 2017-10-3423 has Php 19,000.00 pesos; and criminal case no. 2017-10-3424 has Php 14,000.00 pesos, for his temporary liberty. Arrested accused is now temporarily detained at Molave MPS lock-up cell while waiting for his final adjudication from court.

Found Male Cadaver

PAGADIAN CITY - An unidentified naked male cadaver with an estimated age of 10-12 years old and already under the state of decomposition was found at the River Bank of Purok 4, Barangay Deborok, Pagadian City at about 10:30 AM of December 14, 2017. Upon arrival at the said barangay, said police team accompanied by barangay officials of the aforementioned place, then proceeded to the reported site. Upon arrival in the river bank of where the cadaver was discovered, responding investigators then conducted ocular inspection to the decayed body. Investigation revealed that, the cadaver believed to be killed somewhere and thrown to the river by unidentified suspect/s based on the hack wounds present at the back of the head and severe damaged in the face and forehead (opened skull). Said cadaver was discovered on or about 6:00 Am of the same date by Matias Cato Ganaway, 62 years old, male, married, farmer and a resident of the same place.

INCIDENT REPORT - December 14, 2017

Man Arrested in Lakewood for Sexual Abuse       

KUMALARANG - Combined elements of Kumalarang MPS and Lakewood MPS conducted police operation against wanted person (service of warrant of arrest) at Purok-7, Barangay Tubod, Lakewood Zamboanga Del Sur. at about 1:45 PM of December 13, 2017. The operation resulted in the arrest of Rolly Samporia, male, 38 years old, married farmer and a resident of Purok 6, Brgy. Picanan, Kumalarang, Zamboanga Del Sur. This is by virtue of warrant of arrest docketed under cc# 13642-2k17 for the crime of other sexual abuse, issued by Hon. Benjamin R. Landazeras, Presiding Judge, RTC Branch 22, Pagadian City, issued on September 19, 2017, with bail bond recommended amounted to one hundred eighty thousand pesos (Php 180,000.00). The accused is presently detained at Kumalarang MPS for proper disposition.

TUKURAN - Elements of Ramon Magsaysay MPS conducted police manhunt operation on campaign against wanted person at Sitio Bag-Ongsilao, Barangay Laperian, Tukuran, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 3:00 PM of December 13, 2017. The operation resulted in the arrest of Anito Comeros Armesin, 52 years old, male, married, farmer a residence of Barangay Upper Laperian, Ramon Magsaysay. This is by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Hon. Loreto C. Quinto,Presiding Judge, RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 30, Aurora, Zamboanga Del Sur, for the crime of robbery in an inhabited house docketed under cc# 00-10-158, dated June 14, 2004 with a recommended bail bond amounting to twenty thousand pesos (php20, 000.00). The arrested subject person is presently detained at at Ramon Magsaysay MPS for proper disposition.

Vehicular Traffic Accident

GUIPOS - Vehicular traffic accident transpired at Purok 5, Barangay Poblacion, Guipos, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 9:30 AM of December 13, 2017, wherein passenger van Hyundai Starex color blue with plate number jhc101, and driven by Tirso Sinding Andam, 46 years old married, and a resident of Purok Bagong Silang, Pitogo, Zamboanga Del Sur was accidentally bumped a pedestrian identified as Epepanio Fuentes, 80 years old, widow and a resident of Purok 5, Poblacion, Guipos, Zamboanga Del Sur. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that the said vehicle was traversing from Municipality Of Pitogo going towards Pagadian City that upon reaching at Purok 5, Barangay Poblacion, Guipos the victim Epepanio Fuentes suddenly crossed the road and was accidentally hit by the said vehicle. The victim sustained multiple injuries on the different part of his body and was immediately brought by the driver to Zamboanga Del Sur Medical Center, Dao, Pagadian City for medical treatment but at about 9:50 AM same date it was pronounced dead by his attending physician. Meanwhile, on December 13, 2017 and about 12:00 PM the driver Tirso S. Andam voluntarily surrendered and temporarily detained to Guipos MPS for proper disposition.

Cadaver Found in Tambulig

TAMBULIG - A dead body of a male person was found at Purok Subdivision, Barangay Sumalig, Tambulig, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 3:30 PM of December 13 2017. The dead person was identified as Rogelio Eyas Quindao, 62 years old, married, a resident of Barangay Migpangi, Bonifacio, Misamis Occidental and fishpond operator at Purok Subdivision, Barangay Sumalig, Tambulig, Zamboanga Del Sur. He was found by his family at the hole of charcoal drier covered by a mosquito net located in the area of his operated fishpond. Said victim sustained lacerated wound in the left ear and body. According to medical officer, the said person was dead for about more than 24 hours for his body was already bloated. The dead body was brought by his family to St. Peter Funeral Homes in Tangub City. PNP personnel of Tambulig MPS conducted follow investigation for the possible witnesses and arrest of the suspect.

INCIDENT REPORT - December 13, 2017

Shooting Incident

DINAS - Shooting incident transpired at Purok 3, Sitio Bubog, Barangay Nian, Dinas, Zamboanga Del Sur. at about 4:35 PM of December 12, 2017. Dinas MPS identified the victim as Nestor Galleros, legal age and resident of the above-mentioned place. He was shot twice using caliber 45 pistol by his younger brother identified as Rechelo Galleros. Victim sustained gunshot wound on his leg and was rushed to Chavez Medical Clinic for medical treatment. Investigation conducted disclosed that prior to the incident, victim was at his residential house of said place and about to go to his coconut kiln, when his younger brother arrived at said place believed to be under the influence of alcohol. The suspect challenge and invited victim/brother for a trouble and subsequently a heated argument ensued between them. While on the course of their heated argument, the suspect suddenly pulled out and drew his caliber 45 pistol towards the victim and fired twice hitting the victim’s leg. Suspect fled immediately towards his residence of said place, while victim was rushed to Chavez Medical Clinic for medical treatment, while the motive of the incident is believed to be a family feud. PNP personnel of Dinas MPS conducted follow-up operation to possibly locate and arrest the fleeing suspect. Appropriate case is now being prepared for filing in court. The investigator on case is Po3 Albert R. Hemillian with CP number 09482927054. 

Robbery Incident

AURORA - Robbery Hold-up incident occurred at the Caltex Gasoline Station located at Purok Lajoma, Brgy. San Jose, Aurora, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 6:00 PM of December 12, 2017 perpetrated by three unidentified suspects riding a single mc XRM. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that one single motorcycle XRM, color black with three (3) riders gas up at Caltex Gasoline Station owned by Archie Yongco. Subsequently, one of the back rider wearing jacket with hood armed with a gun went inside the cashier’s booth and told the cashier identified as Annaliza Tubio Tuba, 37 years old, married, a resident of Purok Bagong Lipunan, Brgy. Poblacion, Aurora, Zamboanga Del Sur, in a vernacular to quote “tulis ni! ablihi! ablihi!. the suspect took the cash money of the gasoline station amounted to twenty thousand pesos (P20, 000.00) and sling bag of the cashier (Annaliza) containing one (1) unit cellphone (Samsung) and her wallet with two thousand pesos (P2,000.00) and BIR ID and immediately fled heading towards Sitio Loverslane, Barangay San Jose, Aurora, Zamboanga Del Sur. The aurora MPS is still conducting a hot pursuit operation and in-depth investigation relative to the incident for possible identification and arrest of suspect/s.

Murder Suspect Arrested in Pagadian

PAGADIAN CITY - Operatives of Pagadian City Police Station together with 902^nd Regional Mobile Force Battalion 9 conducted police operation (service of arrest warrant) at Sam’s fast food and bakeshop located at Brgy. Santiago, Pagadian City at about 5:15 PM of December 12, 2017. This resulted in the arrest of Joliber Tizon Castillano, 22 years old, with live- in partner and resident of Purok Tabing Ilog, Barangay Balangasan, Pagadian City. This is by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of murder, docketed under criminal case number 13698-2k17, dated December 5, 2017 issued by Hon. Romeo T Descallar, Presiding Judge, RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 19, Pagadian City with no bail bond recommended. Subject person is now temporarily detained at Pagadian City Detention Center awaiting court disposition. 

Vehicular Traffic Accident

PAGADIAN CITY - Vehicular accident occurred at B. Aquino Street, Corner Broca Street, Brgy. San Jose District, Pagadian City at about 8:50 PM of December 11, 2017, wherein one Kawasaki barako passenger tricycle with plate # JX-9554, with cab number 0920 driven by Mario Carreon Gomonit with postal address at Ozamis City, Misamis Occidental was  accidentally hit by one Mitsubishi (sedan) with plate number of LME 420 driven by Brian Molinas Villadares Of Tukuran, Zamboanga Del Sur, both vehicles incurred damage while passengers of motorized tricycle identified as follows: Cherlane Joy Mendisabal Mabilog, 14 years old, female; Mikyla Banay Banay Molas, 15 years old, female, Alsam Jamdain Sakam, 17 years old, male, Arcon Coroz Teh, 17 years old, male, all athletes and delegates from Isabela City, wherein all passenger’s sustained injuries and was brought to Hofeliña Hospital for medical treatment.

Shooting Incident

DIMATALING - Shooting incident transpired at Purok 9-A Barangay Poblacion, Dimataling, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 8:05 PM of December 11, 2017. The victim was identified as Arao Bonga Y Salibo, 58 years old, married, Barangay Councilor of Poblacion, Peace and Order Chairman and a resident at Purok 9-A, Barangay Poblacion, Dimataling, Zamboanga Del Sur. Investigation conducted disclose that the victim was watching Television (TV) sitting the chair beside the window when suddenly unidentified suspect appeared outside and without any apparent reason shot the victim several times by using allegedly M16 rifle based on the 16 empty shells recovered from the crime scene. He sustained multiple gun shots wounds to his head and right shoulder which resulted to his instantaneous death while suspect fled heading towards the direction of Purok 7 of same place after the commission of the crime. The Dimataling MPS now conducted manhunt operation against the fleeing suspect and thorough investigation in order to identify the assailant. Motive of incident believe to be a personal grudge/family feud. Investigator on case is PO3 Francisco P Pague Jr with CP number 09301765895. 

Stray Bullet Incident

PAGADIAN CITY - A 13-year old grade 7 student was allegedly hit by a stray bullet on her right leg while riding inside the a motorcycle (BAO-BAO) passing along Sagun Street, Gatas District, Pagadian City last December 9, 2017. During the incident, the victim was with companion a 16 years old, male, single, Grade 8 student of Napolan, National High School and a resident of Purok Sentro, Napolan, Pagadian City. According to the witness, allegedly the driver of the said motorcycle stopped along the street and watched the riot along the road which suddenly a stray bullet hit the said minor. The victim was still confined at Hofileña Hospital Pagadian City and still undergoing medical treatment.

Stabbing Incident

MARGOSATUBIG - Stabbing incident transpired at Purok Bougamel, Barangay Poblacion, Margosatubig, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 9:30 PM of December 8, 2017. The victim was identified as Daniel Musa Jakirani, 36 years old, driver and a resident of said place. He was stabbed by suspect identified as Elezer Madridondo Nacuda. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that, while victim was inside their residence suspect suddenly went inside his house and without any provocation stabbed the victim on his back and left shoulder with the use of a bladed weapon. Immediately victim was then brought to Margosatubig Regional Hospital by his family for medical treatment. Motive of incident is still to be determined, while suspect was arrested by PNP elements of Margosatubig MPS, after conducted hot pursuit operation. Arrested suspect is now detained at said station for proper disposition.

Arrest of Wanted Person

MOLAVE - PNP elements of Molave MPS conducted police operation against wanted person at Barangay Dipolo, Molave Zamboanga Del Sur at about 9:00 AM of December 8, 2017. This resulted in the arrest of Jean Claude N Singayen, 20 years old, single, jobless and Jessryl R Cayetano, 21 years old, single and a resident of the above mentioned place. This is by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of attempted murder under cc # 2017-10-3442, issued by Hon. Jaime B. Caberte, Presiding Judge, RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Branch Branch 23, Molave dated October 24, 2017 with bail bond recommended of sixty thousand (Php 60,000.00) pesos each. Both accused are now temporarily detained at Molave MPS for proper deposition.

Service of Warrant Of Arrest 

KUMALARANG - Joint police operation was simultaneously conducted by 902nd Maneuver Company of Regional Mobile Forces Battalion together with the personnel of CIDG Zamboanga Del Sur, Kumalarang MPS and Provincial Highway Patrol Group (HPGZDS) at Purok Orchid And Purok Masadyaon both at Barangay Poblacion Municipality Of Kumalarang, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 5:50 AM of December 8, 2017. Said search was conducted by virtue of search warrant nr. 38-2k17 (illegal possession of firearms and ammunitions) against Zahak Lasa Pangulima, as target number 1 arrested and confiscated/seized from his possession are following items to wit; one (1) unit cal. 45 pistol with sn. b74275; one (1) piece magazine for cal. 45; six (6) pieces live ammunition for cal. 45 and one (1) holster for cal. 45. While search warrant nr. 39-2k17 (illegal possession of firearms and ammunitions) against Usman Anas Angar as target number 2-arrested and also confiscated/seized from his possession were the following items to wit: one (1) unit colt m16 rifle with sn: 4638192; four (4) piece magazine for m16 rifle; eighty (80) pieces live ammunition Cal 5.56 and one (1) handheld radio ic o2n. During the implementation and confiscation, query was made relative to the possession of firearms and ammunitions yet subject persons failed to present license to possess firearms and ammunitions and any legal documents which resulted in their arrest.

INCIDENT REPORT - December 7, 2017

Stabbing Incident

MOLAVE - Stabbing incident transpired at Yangco Street, Purok Golden Shower, Barangay Makuguihon, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 6:00 AM of December 6, 2017. The victim was identified as Jaymark Suertes Villaber, 21 years old, single, trisikad driver and resident of Ramos St., Purok Bulawanon, Madasigon, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur. Victim sustained approximately twenty six (26) stabbed wounds on his head, hands and body. Most stab wounds concentrated in the hands which most likely that the victim had tried to defend himself. Investigation disclosed that based on the statement of the security guard on duty at ADH apartment identified as Reynante Badilla disclosed that at about 2:30 AM of the same date, they saw a tricycle with body number 019 driven by the victim with three (3) passengers moving from Kamagong Street and upon reaching the corner of Yangco Street turned left towards the end of Yangco St. and at the back of Sacred Heart Diocesan School was a completely dark area. A minute later, he heard someone shouting and followed by three (3) unidentified persons running away from the area believed to be the perpetrators or the passengers of the victim. PNP personnel of Molave MPS conducted thorough investigation and follow up operation to possibly identify, locate and arrest the suspects responsible in the incident.

Homicide Suspect Arrested

LABANGAN - Elements of Labangan MPS conducted police operation against wanted person at Purok 3, Sta. Cruz, Labangan, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 11:30 AM of December 06, 2017. This resulted in the arrest of Elias Alegarme Jr, 22 years old, male, single, a resident of Purok 3, Sta. Cruz, Labangan, Zamboanga Del Sur, by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of attempted homicide with cc # 1674-l issued on nov.28 2017 at 9th circuit trial court of Labangan Zamboanga Del Sur, issued by Hon.Norlinda R. Amante Descallar, Acting Presiding Judge MCTC 9th Judicial Region, Labangan Zamboanga Del Sur, with bail bond recommended of (Php 12, 000.00) for his temporary liberty. Robbery Ransacked Incident

PAGADIAN CITY - Robbery ransacked incident occurred at the house of Lilibeth Largo Ortiz, 39 years old, female, married, self-employed, a resident of Purok Esmeralda, San Jose District, Pagadian City.  Investigation disclosed that around 6:00 PM of December 3, 2017 that the victim arrived at their residence and found out that the padlock holder of the house was destroyed using an unknown tool and the things inside were dis-arranged and the padlock of the door of the store was also destroyed. the unidentified suspect/s were able to carted away one (1) unit of videoke cd player estimated more or less fifteen thousand (Php 15,000.00) pesos and one (1) unit videoke amplifier estimated more or less fifteen thousand (Php 15,000.00) pesos and cash that was put inside a cash box amounting to more or less four thousand (Php 4,000.00) pesos. Further investigation disclosed that around 8:00 pm of same date, a female witness approached the victim and revealed that around 1:00 pm of the same date, she saw one (1) unidentified female person near the door of the house and was trying to unlock the said padlock. PNP personnel of Pagadian CPS conducted thorough investigation to possibly locate and identify the suspect.

Farmer Held for Attempted Homicide   

MARGOSATUBIG - Elements of Margosatubig MPS conducted police operation (service of arrest warrant) at Purok Doña Aurora, Poblacion Margosatubig, Margosatubig, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 5:00 AM of December 4, 2017. This resulted in the arrest of Rudy Alvarez Ang, legal age, male, farmer and resident of Purok Doña Aurora, Poblacion  Margosatubig, Margosatubig Zamboanga Del Sur. This is by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of attempted homicide, docketed under cc # 0068-m, dated 20 September 2017, issued by Hon. Arnold Minao Diabo, Presiding Judge, MCTC Branch 15, 9th Judicial Region, Margosatubig, Zamboanga Del Sur with bail bond recommended of twelve thousand pesos (₱12,000.00). Subject person is now temporarily detained at Margosatubig Municipal Detention Center awaiting court disposition.

RA 8550 Violator Arrested

PAGADIAN CITY - Operatives of Pagadian CPS conducted manhunt operation at Purok Lacturan, Brgy. San Pedro, Pagadian City at about 3:00 PM of December 4, 2017. This resulted in the arrest of Bon Ryan Mondivon Capayas, 29 years old, male, live-in, fisherman and a resident of Purok Lacturan, Brgy. San Pedro, Pagadian City. This is by virtue of warrant of arrest for  the violation of R.A. 8550 docketed under cc # 3350 issued on July 20, 2017 issued by Hon. Pacifico T Cimafranca Jr., Presiding Judge, 8th MTCC Dumalinao- San Pablo-Tigbao-Guipos, 9th Judicial Region, Dumalinao, Zambonga Del Sur, with four thousand pesos (Php4, 000.00) pesos bail bond recommended for his temporary liberty. The accused is now temporary detained Pagadian CPS lock-up cell while waiting for court disposition.

Murder Suspect Arrested

MARGOSATUBIG - Combined elements of Intel Branch-Zamboanga Del Sur PPO and Margosatubig MPS conducted police operation re serving of warrant of arrest at Purok Baluno, Brgy, Guinimanan, Margosatubig, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 9:10 PM of December 4, 2017. This resulted in the arrest of Luis Tayurang Gantalao, 52 year old, male, married and a resident of aforementioned place by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Hon. Edilberto G. Absin, Presiding Judge, RTC Branch 29, 9th Judicial Region, Pagadian City for the crime of murder under cc # 06-052-m-18 dated 8th day of March 2007 with no bail recommended. The accused is now temporary detained at Margosatubig MPS for booking and profiling and subsequent turnover to the above-mentioned court.

INCIDENT REPORT - December 1, 2017

Fire Incident

DINAS - Fire incident transpired at Purok 3, Barangay Legarda Tres, Dinas, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 7:25 PM of November 29, 2017. The Dinas Municipal Police Station called-up the officer-in-charge of BFP about the incident, wherein Municipal Fire Marshal immediately proceeded to the area together. The burned structure was a residential house made of light materials and was already razed to the ground by fire when the responding authorities arrived. The house is owned by Argie A. Tagudin situated around 200 meters more or less from the Barangay Road To Ignacio Garrata, Dinas, Zamboanga Del Sur. Initial investigation disclosed that the owner Mr. Argie A. Tagudin together with his family left there house and went to the house of their relative for a sleep over due to the threat of Mr. Artemio Redoblado who had a personal grudges with Argie A. Tagudin. Personnel of Labangan MPS then invited Artemio Redoblado for interrogation and now temporarily detained at the lock-up cell of Dinas Municipal Police Station for proper disposition. No firefighting operation and suppression involved.

Hacking Incident

LABANGAN - Hacking incident transpired at Purok Dahila, Barangay Pulacan, Labangan, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 8:10 PM of November 29, 2017. The victim was identified as Ricky Serbiano Gonzales, 44 years old, male, Filipino, married, and a resident of Purok Dahlia, Upper Pulacan, Labangan, Zamboanga Del Sur. He was hacked at his residence at Purok Dahlia, Upper Pulacan, Labangan, Zamboanga Del Sur, by the suspect identified as Eugenio Ybanez Aberin, 26 years old, male, Filipino, single, and a resident of the same place of incident, which resulted to several injuries at different parts of the victim and brought to Zamboanga Del Sur Medical Center for medical treatment. further investigation revealed that the suspect was under the influence of liquor and has personal grudge to the victim and hacked him many times with the use of a bolo and fortunately the latter was able to grabbed a limber (cock cage) and made it as shield. While said suspect continue hacking him and fell on the ground until he was able to pick up a bottle and mauled unto the head of Eugenio Y. Aberin (suspect) that caused the latter to stopped chasing the victim and also fell to the ground. The elements of Labangan MPS conducted hot pursuit operation which resulted in the arrest of the suspect at the residence of his aunt and found out that it has also sustained wound at his head due to the act of self-defense made by the victim. Said suspect was brought to Zamboanga Del Sur Medical Center for treatment and further detained at the lock-up cell of Labangan MPS for proper disposition.

Dead Body Found

MIDSALIP - A blood stain believed to be a human blood scattered along the Brgy Road of Purok 2 Brgy. Tuluan, Midsalip, Zamboanga Del Sur at around 6:00 AM of November 29, 2017. The Labangan MPS immediately proceeded to the aforementioned place. upon arrival thereat, the responding team started tracking the blood stain and more or less 1 km away from the barangay road of said place together with the barangay officials and concerned residents and found there at an excavation, wherein responding personnel dig up and retrieved a male dead body buried about 4 feet and covered on a trapal, colored blue/orange with sliced wound on his neck and was later identified as certain haybee “tnu” and a resident somewhere in Lanao Del Sur. on the other hand, at around 10:00 AM of same day, intelligence operatives were travelling on board their single motorcycles towards Brgy. Tuluan from Poblacion Midsalip Looking for the possible presence of the suspect, while they were negotiating along the barangay road of Brgy. Canipay Sur said of said municipality, they observed a man and a woman walking and acting suspiciously towards their direction. The two operatives asked their identification and the woman presented her 4ps ID, and was identified as Raisah Aleem Panggaga, 38 yrs. old, farmer, married and a resident of Brgy. Saguiran, Lanao Del Sur and the man also presented his NBI clearance inside his black bag pack, identified as Lucman Riga Lontoa (suspect), 36 yrs. old, married, farmer and a resident of Brgy.Pawak Lanao Del Sur. That during the interview, reveals that they were a couple both Islam in religion and no one knew them in the said barangay. Because of that information revealed, the two operatives then, decided to bring them to the police station for further investigation. At the height of the investigation, Lucman Lontoa admitted to the police authorities that he killed Haybee-victim and covered the body with trapal then buried at Purok 2 of Brgy. Tuluan. Furthermore, he killed Haybee because he is a paramour of his wife Raisa Panggaga. Raisa Panggaga also admitted that prior to the incident, she saw haybee and his husband lucman lontoa fighting because of her but she didn’t saw how his husband killed haybee as she hide in the hut near to the said place. Afterwards, Lucman Lontoa’s black pack bag was searched and found inside a gray t-shirt with a blood stain and a blue muddy maong pants. As an aftermath thereof, suspect Lucman Lontoa was detained to the detention cell of Labangan MPS while an appropriate case is now being filed against the suspect. Stabbing In Siocon

JOSEFINA - Stabbing incident transpired at Sitio Karayagan, Barangay Ubt, Josefina, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 12:01 AM of November 29, 2017. The victim was identified as Danilo Sino Lumigao, single, farmer and a resident of Sitio Karayagan, Barangay Upper Bag-Ong Tudela, Josefina, Zamboanga Del Sur. He was stabbed by suspect identified as Edgar Gumilos Lumigao, 56 years old, married, farmer and a resident of said place. The suspect was voluntarily surrendered to the responding PNP personnel of Josefina MPS. Victim was brought to Mahayag Municipal Hospital for medical treatment. The arrested subject person is presently detained at Josefina MPS for proper disposition.

INCIDENT REPORT - November 29, 2017

Shooting Incident  

KUMALARANG - An alleged shooting incident transpired at Purok Malinawon, Brgy, Poblacion, Kumalarang, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 10:54 AM of November 28, 2017. The victim was identified as a certain Modrika Olanda Abubacar, 35 years old, married, self-employed and a resident of Purok Waling-Waling, Brgy, Poblacion, Kumalarang. Accordingly, he was riding his single motorcycle XRM 125 together with his wife when shot by two (2) unidentified perpetrators on board an undetermined single motorcycle wherein the driver was wearing a helmet while the back rider/hit man, who was wearing black jacket, was the one who shot the victim with the used of caliber 45 pistol. This is based on three (3) empty shells recovered at the crime scene. Victim sustained three gunshot wound one (1) at his head and two (2) at his chest which resulted his untimely death. Suspects fled to National Highway of Kumalarang, Zamboanga Del Sur after the commission of the crime. Motive of the incident is still to be determined. The cadaver was brought by the immediate family concern to their house/place due to the reason that victim’s religion was Islam. The investigator on case is PO3 Mohaliden Akil Layugan with CP # 09054142138.

Suicide Incident

AURORA - Suicide incident transpired at the far flung barangay particularly at Purok Pag-Asa, Brgy. Gubaan, Aurora, Zamboanga Del Sur. Investigation conducted disclosed that on or about 8:00 AM of November 28, 2017, the victim identified as Obaldo Paler Balusada, 48 years old, single, a resident of Purok Pag-Asa, Brgy. Gubaan, Aurora, Zambonga Del Sur, a care taker of the farmland owned by Fausta Noval, was found dead beside his house by Jose Seblero Biaño, hung with plastic twine (straw) tied around on his neck. Further, prior to the incident on or about 1:00 PM of November 27, 2017 the victim had a drinking session together with Francisco Lood at the store owned by Francisco Lood located also at the aforesaid place and the victim went home at around 3:30 pm of the same date. The aurora MPS is still conducting deeper investigation in relation to the incident.

Shooting Incident

DIMATALING - Shooting incident transpired at around 7:15 PM of November 27, 2017 at Purok 2, Barangay Tiniguangan, Dimataling, Zamboanga Del Sur particularly at the house of Mrs. Elizabeth Claraval. The victim was identified as Welfredo Veral Atiz, 62 years old, married, farmer and resident of Purok 3, Brgy. Tiniguangan, Dimataling, Zamboanga Del Sur, while the suspect was son in law of the victim identified as Usama Gumikas a.k.a. tog, 48 years old, Maguindanao tribe, married, farmer and resident of Purok 3, Brgy. Tinigunagan, Dimataling, Zamboanga Del Sur. Investigation conducted disclosed that prior to the incident, the victim was watching television at the house of Mrs. Elizabeth Claraval of the above-mentioned place of incident, when suddenly the suspect arrived armed with undetermined caliber of short firearm and without any apparent reason shot the victim. As a result, the victim sustained gunshot wound on his left shoulder and was rushed to Zamboanga Del Sur Medical Center for medical treatment. Suspect fled towards the Barangay Old, Poblacion, Dimataling Municipality onboard his single mc. recovered from the crime scene was one (1) slug of undetermined caliber of firearm. PNP personnel of Dimataling MPS conducted manhunt operation for the possible arrest of the fleeing suspect, while appropriate case is now being prepared for filing in court against the suspect. Motive of the incident was believed to be personal grudge. The investigator on case is Po3 Francisco P Pague Jr with CP no. 09301765895.

The victim was Zarre Ramayrat Jalen, 49 years old, farmer, with live-in partner and resident of the above-mentioned place was shot to death by an unidentified suspect using caliber 45 pistols. PNP personnel of Mahayag MPS conducted thorough investigation and follow up operation to possibly identify, locate and arrest the suspect.

INITIAL INVESTIGATION CONDUCTED DISCLOSED THAT ON OR ABOUT 04:20 PM OF THE SAME DATE, VICTIM IDENTIFIED AS ANN JORNALES FLORES, 30 YEARS OLD, SINGLE, CASHIER, TEMPORARILY RESIDING AT PUROK MAGDADARO, BRGY. UPON REACHING AT ABOVE-MENTIONED PLACE DRIVER MANAGED TO OVERTOOK THE AHEAD RUNNING ONE UNIDENTIFIED MOTORCYCLE SINGLE AND ACCIDENTALLY GOT INTO CONTACT TO EACH OTHER WHICH CAUSED THE HONDA WAVE TO RUN UNCONTROLLED AND ACCIDENTALLY BUMPED TO THE OPPOSITE RUNNING KAWASAKI MOTOR CAB DRIVEN BY EDMUNDO HANOLGUE MANIGO 60 YEARS OLD, MARRIED AND RESIDENT OF TUNGAWAN, TAMBULIG, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR HOLDER OF PDL NO KO9-84-001411PD DRIVER OF UNIDENT MOTORCYCLE SINGLE FLED TO UNKNOWN DIRECTION. A CASE OF RECKLESS IMPRUDENCE RESULTING TO MULTIPLE HOMICIDE AND DAMAGE OF PROPERTY WILL BE FILED AGAINST THE DRIVER.

Shooting Incident

Shooting incident transpired at Purok 4, Barangay Lower Panikian, Pitogo, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 2:00 PM of October 10, 2017. The victim was identified as Artemio Candelanza, 60 years old, farmer, married and resident of the above-mentioned place. investigation conducted disclosed that victim was on his house of above-mentioned place when two (2) unidentified suspects/riding in tandem criminals onboard single mc Honda wave, color blue with white combination, no plate number, suddenly arrived at his house and subsequently shot the victim several times using undetermined caliber of firearm. As a result, victim sustained five (5) gunshot wounds in his abdomen and was brought to the hospital for immediate medical treatment, suspects fled towards unknown direction after the incident. PNP personnel of Pitogo MPS conducted thorough investigation and follow-up operation to possibly identify, locate and arrest the fleeing suspects.

Hacking Incident

Hacking incident transpired at Sitio Lasak, Brgy Buburay, Dimataling, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 8:30 PM of October 9, 2017. The victims were identified as Apolinario Bayobay Baroro, 81 years old, married, farmer and Oliver Botero Baroro, 32 years old, farmer/carpenter, both of same places. Investigation conducted disclosed that prior to the incident, at around 8:30 PM of same date, both victims (father and son) were celebrating the birthday of oliver together their family and were having a drinking spree and a heated arguments ensued between them that resulted to a duel using a bolo. Both sustained minor injuries in the different parts of their bodies and immediately rushed to the said health center. Right after their treatment, both were brought to Dimataling MPS for proper investigation and disposition. Recovered from the crime scene bolo (pinote) used by Oliver.

Joint PNP personnel of Zamboanga Del Sur PPO and Margosatubig MPS conducted joint anti-illegal drug buy-bust operation at Elago Street, Purok Rose, Poblacion, Margosatubig, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 1:30 PM on October 10, 2017.  The operation resulted in the arrest of Nenita “Nening” Dealco Basit, 40 years old, widow, female and resident of the above-mentioned place. Confiscated from his possession and control was one (1) plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu and three (3) pieces one hundred peso bill as buy bust money with serial numbers es327566, cv059454 and cb438198. The suspect is now temporarily detained at PDEA detention center, while appropriate case for violation of RA 9165 is now being prepared for filing in court.

The operation resulted in the arrest of Neil “Nonoy” Simbajon Rivera, 31 years old, single, male and resident of the above-mentioned place. confiscated from his possession and control were one (1) plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance believe to be shabu and three (3) pieces one hundred peso bill buy-bust money with serial numbers bq735833, bc729724 and dq500591. The arrested subject person is now temporarily detained at PDEA detention center, while appropriate case for violation of RA 9165 is now being prepared for filing in court.
