Vehicular Traffic Accident

DUMALINAO - Vehicular traffic accident transpired along the National Highway, Purok Marang, Barangay Sebucao, Dumalinao, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 7:30 PM of March 03, 2017. wherein single mc Honda XRM 125, color blue with plate number sa 8132 driven by Abdul Hamid Caparoso Fernandez, 45 years old, businessman, with back rider Maranatu Sabuero Fernandez, (wife), 38 years old, teacher by occupation, and his 2 daughter Jay Love Sabuero Fernandez, 5 years old and Jara Sabuero Fernandez, 16 years old, student, a resident of Tickwas, Dumalinao was accidentally hit a cow. Investigation conducted by Dumalinao MPS that the single mc Honda XRM 125 was traversing from Pagdian City bound to Brgy Tickwas, Dumalinao, upon reaching of the place of incident suddenly the cow crossed the road. As a result, the driver and back rider sustained injuries and was rush to Dumalinao Municipal Health Center for immediate medication. the vehicle is now temporarily held by Dumalinao MPS for safe keeping.

Robbery Incident

PAGADIAN CITY - Robbery incident transpired at Broca Street, San Jose District, Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 10:20 PM of March 3, 2017wherein the victims Jaena Riz Angcot Ambos, 15 years old, single, student, of above mentioned place and Christine Babes Arcilla Daohog, 15 years old, single, student, and a resident of Purok Mansanitas, Barangay Dipaya, Labangan, Zamboanga Del Sur. Investigation conducted by Pagadian CPS disclosed that the victims were staying outside their boarding house at the place of incident were one unidentified male suspect at knife point demanded their cellular phones and carted Samsung j5 color gold and Oppo neo 7 color white with estimated valued p16,980.00. Suspect fled to FS Pajares Avenue, Pagadian City. The Pagadian CPS conducted follow up investigation to identify and arrest of the suspect and recovery the stolen item.

OPERATIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORTS

Arrest of Wanted Person

TAMBULIG - Combined elements of Tambulig MPS and Bonifacio MPS conducted joint manhunt operation at Purok Kalitondan, Barangay Tungawan, Tambulig, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 05:00 PM on March 03, 2017. This lead to the successful arrest of Rommel Manais Gamos, alias “Ommie” (Most Wanted Person Rank No.1 Provincial Level (Misamis Occidental PPO) 41 years old, married, farmer and  presently residing at the above mentioned place. Accused was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest issued and signed by Sylvia A. Singidas-Machacon, RTC Presiding Judge, 10th Judicial Region, Branch 16, Tangub City dated 21 march 2006. For the crime of Multiple Murder docketed under cc# tc-2005-066, no bail bond recommended. Arrested subject person is presently detained at Bonifacio Municipal Police Station, Bonifacio, Misamis Occidental while waiting for commitment order of the court.

Campaign against Illegal Gambling

PAGADIAN CITY - Operatives of Pagadian City Police Station, Regional Intelligence Division 9 and RPSB9 conducted massive/synchronized entrapment operation against persons involved/engaged in the operation of Suertres at Purok Malinawon, Barangay Santiago, Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 7:00 PM of March 3, 2017. This resulted to the arrest of Andelyn Sario Fat, 31 years old, female, resident of Purok Malinawon, Barangay Santiago, Susan Mabilo Dequito, 57 years old, female, resident of Purok African Daisy, Barangay Santiago, Eduardo Francisco Fernandez, 23 years old, male, resident of Purok 3 Tugas, Barangay Balangasan, Teresita Abarquez Bente, 54 years old, female, resident of Purok Nazareth, Barangay Buenavista, Eusebio Archeval Panilagan, 33 years old, male, resident of Purok Tugas, Barangay Balangasan, all from Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Sur. Confiscated from their possession and control were: assorted, tally sheets and other suertres paraphernalia’s and money and/or proceeds of suertres with an aggregate amount of Php12,450.00. All arrested subject person is presently detained at Pagadian CPS for proper disposition.
