Hacking Incident

DUMALINAO - Hacking incident transpired at Purok Basakan, Barangay Sumadat, Dumalinao, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 7: 00 PM of April 30, 2017. Initial Investigation conducted disclosed that a victim identified as Reynaldo Bonggol y Rusiana 40 yrs old, farmer and a resident of said place was stabbed by Lorencio Cueme y Patis, 46 years old, fish vendor and a neighbor of victim. He was able to evade the hacking and got a piece of wood and struck the suspect hitting on his hand. Investigation further revealed that the motive was personal grudge. . Responding PNP personnel arrested the suspect for the crime of attempted homicide to include the live –in partner identified as Fatima Damada y Tumog (Rosalie), 41 years old, also a fish vendor for the crime of direct assault against a female Police Officer when confronted about the incident. Suspects were separately detained at lock –up cell at Dumalinao MPS while an inquest case is being filed against them.

Vehicular Accident

PAGADIAN CITY - Vehicular accident occurred at Barangay Baloyboan, Pagadian City at about 4:30 in the afternoon of May 1, 2017. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that one (1) passenger Tricycle, Kawasaki CT 100’s, with Cab # 013, bearing plate no. 090108, driven by the owner identified as Roberto Lacasa y Bacsarpa, 50 years old, male, widow, Filipino, a resident of Purok Padayhag-2, Tukuran, Zamboanga del Sur, together with his seven (7) passengers namely: Anders Manacap y Econas, 52 years old, male, married, Filipino, a resident of Panabo, Davao del Sur; Enriquita Albano y Mangoy, 37 years old, female, married, Filipino, a resident of Purok Malinawon, Gubac, Pagadian City; Elvin Albano y Apac, 39 years old, male, married, Filipino, a resident of Purok Malinawon Gubac Pagadian City; Lovely Keith albano y Mangoy, 3 years old, female, Filipino a resident of Purok Malinawon, Gubac Pagadian City; Rnante Babao y Manacap, 37 years old, male, married, Filipino a resident of Brgy. Militar Tukuran Zamboanga Del Sur; Mae Ann Babao Mancap, 12 years old, female, single, Filipino a resident of Brgy. Militar Tukuran Zamboanga Del Sur; and (7) Rolando Babao Manacap, 41 years old, male, married, Filipino, a resident of Brgy. Militar Tukuran Zamboanga Del Sur. It was further disclosed that the said vehicle was traversing along the barangay road of Barangay Gubang, Pagadian City heading to the Municipality of Tukuran, Zamboanga del Sur and upon reaching at the left bend downgraded portion of the road at Purok Tisa, Baloyboan, Pagadian City, said Passenger Tricycle was accidentally losses his break and the driver lost control of his driven motorcycle and accidentally fall down and rolled twice into a road gutter. After the impact, the seven (7) passengers sustained serious physical injuries and were brought to Zamaboanga Del Sur Medical Center for medical treatment and one of the passenger identified as Mr. Andres Mancap y Econas was pronounced dead on arrival by the attending physician. The aforesaid tricycle driver sustained minor injury and was arrested by the responding PNP traffic personnel of Pagadian City and now temporarily detained at the station lock-up cell for proper disposition.

Arrest of Wanted Person

TIGBAO - Operatives of Tigbao MPS conducted police operation on the service of warrant of arrest at Purok Pechay, Barangay Begong, Tigbao Zamboanga Del Sur at about 4:30 in the afternoon of May 1, 2017. This resulted to the arrest of Remon Sollano Y Deguit, 19 years old, single, student, residing at the above-mentioned place. . Subject person was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest for the crime of reckless imprudence resulting to homicide and physical injuries docketed under Criminal Case No. 3390-T, issued by Hon. Pacifico T. Cimafranca Jr., Presiding Judge of 8th Municipal Circuit Trial COURT, 9th Judicial Region, Dumalinao, Zamboanga del Sur, dated April 11, 2017. The recommended bail bond for his temporary liberty is Twelve Thousand Pesos (Php12, 000.00).  Said accused is now temporarily detained at Tigbao MPS lock-up cell while waiting commitment order from the court.

Pacifico T. Cimafranca Jr., Presiding Judge Of 8th Municipal Circuit Trial Court, 9th Judicial Region, Dumalinao, Zamboanga Del Sur, dated april 11, 2017 with recommended bail bond of twelve thousand pesos (php12, 000.00) for his temporary liberty. Said accused is now temporarily detained at Tigbao MPS lock-up cell while waiting commitment order from the court.
