PNP elements of Pagadian City Police Station conducted buy-bust
operation at Purok Lacturan, San Pedro District, Pagadian City at about 4:00 PM of September 25, 2017. This resulted
in the arrest of David Novida Ong, a resident of Fernan Street, Purok Golden
Shower, San Pedro District, Pagadian City. Confiscated from his possession were
one (1) plastic sachet of shabu and one (1) piece two hundred peso (₱200.00)
bill marked money with serial number cs684181 and one (1) piece one hundred
peso (₱100.00) bill marked money with serial number cx573325. Said suspect is
detained at PDEA detention cell while a case for violation of r a 9165 is
prepared by the investigator.
