2 Gun
for Hire Personalities Killed in Police Operation
MOLAVE,
Zamboanga Del Sur (Feb. 6, 23019) – The
Combined police operatives of Regional Intelligence Division 9, 902nd
Maneuvering Company of RMFB 9 and Molave Municipal Police Station conducted a
counter-strike and/or stop and frisk operation along the National Highway,
Brgy. Culo, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 2:45 PM of February 4, 2019.

Regional Director said that the successful operation was resulted to the
neutralization of two gun-for-hire personalities identified as:
Melvin Louie Pasok Bongabong alias
Bobong and
Ernesto L. Briones.
The operation, after the duo when
subjected to a stop and frisk by a number of police operatives drew their
firearms and aims at the police operatives, thereby posing imminent danger/threat
to the life of the said intelligence officers, thus compelling the police
operatives to take some shots at the suspects.
The operation emanated upon receipt of
a critical report that the above named suspects were about to perpetrate a
crime and/or gun-for-hire hit at the above-stated vicinity.
Recovered from Melvin Louie Bongabong
(back rider): one (1) unit Caliber .38 revolvers with several ammunitions.
Recovered from Ernesto L. Briones were: one (1) unit Caliber .38 revolvers with
several ammunitions and several identification cards.
Based on intelligence reports, the
herein-named subjects are affiliated with Parojinog crime syndicate,
particularly associated with the certain “Quiapo” (Ozamiz City Police Office
High Value Target) heavily involved in robbery, carnapping, illegal drugs and
contract killing (Gun-for-hire activities).
The Molave MPS in coordination with the
Zamboanga Del Sur PPO SOCO team immediately conducted processing of the crime

Stabbing
Incident
AURORA,
Zamboanga Del Sur (Feb. 5, 2019) - Stabbing incident transpired at Purok 1, Brgy.
La Victoria, Aurora, Zamboanga Del Sur at
about 1:30 PM of February 4, 2019.
Initial investigation conducted
disclosed the victim identified as Vivian Tubio Y Tibor, 52 years old, female,
housewife, married and a resident of Purok 1, Brgy. La Victoria Aurora, Zamboanga
Del Sur had a conversation with her mother identified as Eleuteria Dioquino y
Catane and her neighbor Gina Lozada at the waiting shed in front of her
mother’s house, the suspect identified as Lucy Paciencia Y Tubio, 49 years old,
female, housewife and also resident of the aforesaid place suddenly arrived and
drew her small bolo wrapped with a jacket and attacked the victim but the victim
able jumped out of the waiting shed.
However, the victim was trapped between
the shed and the bamboo fence and she was stabbed by the suspect two (2) times
hitting her stomach and buttocks. Luckily, the victim able to escape and entered
the house of her mother;
Then after the incident, the suspect
went to the National Highway and voluntarily surrendered to the Police Officers
who happened to pass by the area to conduct mobile patrol and turned-over her
small bolo used in the commission of the offense and the victim was brought to
Aurora Community Emergency hospital located at Brgy. Cabilinan, Aurora,
Zamboanga Del Sur.
Motive of the incident believed to be
love triangle. Subsequently the suspect was brought to Aurora MPS for proper
disposition.
Carnapper
Arrested in Checkpoint
MOLAVE,
Zamboanga Del Sur (Feb. 6, 2019) – The
Combined elements of Ipil MPS, Zamboanga Sibugay PPO, RMFB9, Molave MPS and
Liloy MPS conducted Intel Driven Operation from Pagadian City to Municipality
of Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur chasing the subject aboard a military type Jeep on
February 5, 2019 at about 4:30pm.
The operating team informs the Molave
MPS of the ongoing operation and immediately conducted random checkpoint along
national road of Brgy Blancia, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur.
The operation was resulted to the
arrest of Jaidamie Lizz Villaspin Tan, female, 36 years old, a resident of
Purok 1, Fatima, Liloy, Zamboanga Del Norte.
The arrest was made by virtue of
Warrant of Arrest dated January 19, 2019, docketed under Criminal Case Number
I-7200 for Violation of R.A. 10883 (Carnaping) issued by Presiding Judge RTC
branch 36, Ipil Zamboanga Sibugay, with recommended bail bond of three hundred
thousand pesos (Php300,000.00).
Arrested person was brought to Molave
MPS for documentation and proper disposition.

Suspect Arrested
TAMBULIG,
Zamboanga Del Sur (Feb. 5, 2019) -
Police Personnel of Mahayag Municipal Police Station and Tambulig Municipal
Police Station conducted joint manhunt operation on Most Wanted Person at Purok
3, Brgy Tiparak, Tambulig, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 2:45 PM of February 04,
2019.
The operation was resulted to the
arrest of Roselito Aponi a.k.a Rosil, 34 Years old, married, jobless and a
resident of Purok 3 Brgy, Salug Daku Mahayag, Zamboanga Del Sur.
He was arrested by virtue of Warrant of
Arrest docketed under Criminal Case # 2018-10-3592 issued by Presiding Judge of
RTC 9th Judicial Region, Branch 23, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur for the crime of
Rape with no bail bond recommended. ]]
Said wanted person temporarily detained
at Mahayag MPS for proper disposition.
