Arrest of Wanted Person
MARGOSATUBIG - Elements
of Margosatubig MPS conducted manhunt operation on most wanted person at Barangay
Lumbog, Margosatubig, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 4:00 PM of April 17, 2017.
This resulted to the arrest of Marlon Cometa Pascolado, 29 years old, male,
fisherman, and a resident of Purok Nangka, Barangay Lumbog, Margosatubig, by
virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Hon. Arnol M. Diabo, Presiding Judge,
MCTC Branch 15, Margosatubig, Zamboanga Del Sur, dated 30th day of march 2017
for the crime of acts of lasciviousness docketed under cc# 17-0064-m, bail bond
recommended amounted to twelve thousand pesos (₱12,000.00). Arrested subject
person is presently detained at Margosatubig MPS for proper disposition.
