Vehicular Traffic Accident

MAHAYAG - Vehicular traffic accident transpired at provincial road of Purok 3, Brgy Balamban, Mahayag, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 10:45 am on june 30, 2017wherein (v1) single mc Honda xrm 125 black/red bearing plate number 6304qi driven by Orlando Unabia Cajote, 51 years old, married, with back rider Eva Cajote Salinas, 62 years old, separated and both residents of Purok 3, Brgy Balamban, Mahayag, Zamboanga Del Sur and single mc Honda xrm125 without plate number and driven by Nonito Bajeta Canumay, 33 years old, and a resident of Purok 7, Brgy Pugwan, Mahayag, Zamboanga Del Sur. Investigation conducted disclosed that v1 suddenly traverse/cross the said road and merge the flow of traffic coming purok 3, brgy balamban, mahayag, zamboanga del sur going to Brgy Poblacion, Mahayag, Zamboanga Del Sur and accidentally hit/bumped v2 traveling Brgy Poblacion, Mahayag, Zamboanga Del Sur heading to Brgy San Jose, Mahayag, Zamboanga Del sur. as a result, both driver sustained injuries together the back rider and was brought to salug Valley Medical Center, Molave, However, the back rider transferred to Medina Hospital Ozamis City, Misamis Occidental but at around 3:35 pm of same date died while undergoing medical treatment. Both motorcycles involved were brought to Mahayag Police Station for proper disposition.

Project Double Barrel

PAGADIAN CITY - Drug Enforcement Unit of Zamboanga Del Sur PPO conducted an anti-illegal drug operation at San Francisco District, Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 1:00 PM of June 30, 2017. The operation resulted to the arrest of Roy Daral Jumahadi, 37 years old, married, an active member of CAFGU, and a resident of Purok Leon Kilat, San Pedro District, Pagadian City. Recovered from his possession and control were; three (3) heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu and one (1) five hundred (p500.00) peso bill mark money. He is presently detained at ZDSPDEU detention cell for filing of appropriate charges in court.
