REPORTED INCIDENT - August 28, 2017

Dead Body Found

PAGADIAN CITY – a dead body was found floating along the coastal area near the port Area Barangay Sta. Lucia, Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 7:50 AM of August 27, 2017. Initial investigation disclosed that evening night of August 25, 2017, the victim arrived from his worked as laborer of NDC fish boat. According to his companion named Jemark Doña Ladion, when the victim arrived at the port area, he invited to have a drinking spree together with Jemark Ladion, a certain Doli and a certain Saymor. After their drinking spree, at about 12:00 midnight they went to their boat docked on the port area. The victim last seen was seating at the side portion of the boat. Early morning of august 26, 2017, Jemark Ladion look the whereabouts of the victim until such time at the victim was recovered floating at the sea bed.  The victim identified as Jesun Orlanes Mayol, 24 years old, male, single and resident of Purok Munoz, Barangay Tabuan, Tukuran, Zamboanga Del Sur. The victim was turned over to Gamalinda Funeral Homes, Tuburan, Pagadian City.

REPORTED INCIDENT - August 27, 2017

Man Held for Carrying Unlicensed Firearm

TABINA  – On or about 4:05 pm of august 25, 2017, a concern citizen called-up through PNP hotline number of Tabina MPS, that an unidentified person, having a drinking spree at oyoa’s videoke house located at Port Area, Purok Saniblangis, Poblacion, Tabina, was seen carrying a short firearms bragging his drinking companions.  The responding Tabina police saw the said person carrying a short firearm, thus, prompting the responders to effect arrest upon the suspect which was later identified as Marlon Gadunan Ojas, 31 years old, fisherman and a resident of San Pedro District, Pagadian City. Upon verification of the documents of said firearms, the suspect failed to present a license to possess or a permit to carry firearm outside his residence. confiscated from his possession and control was a caliber 45 pistol 1911a1, norinco with serial number 492785, one (1) magazine loaded with eight (8) live ammunitions. Arrested person is temporarily detained at Tabina lock-up cell for proper disposition while a case for violation of ra 10591 is being prepared.

ABERIN Conducted the Joint PNP-AFP Press Conference held at ZSPPO Conference Room, Camp Abelon, Lumbia District Pagadian City. In the occasion, The PNP-AFP issued the Official Statement on the death of CPL  Rodilo Bartolome PA “The AFP And PNP leadership condole with the bereaved family of the late Cpl Rodilo Bartolome Of ‘Bravo’ Coy, 53IB,1ID,PA.

The AFP and PNP top officials in this province have a constant communication with each other and assures you that it was an isolated case. Steps were taken to prevent similar incident. Presently, the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group 9 is handling the investigation of the case while the AFP and PNP leadership is looking on the welfare of the bereaved family of CPL Rodilo Bartolome. The AFP and PNP relation is very strong and will remain partners in the fight against crime and terrorism. The regional leadership of the AFP and PNP is asking all its personnel in the province for sobriety and to remain calm as the investigation is on-going. Also, to the public to avoid making speculation especially in social media. The CIDG9 assures us of an impartial investigation”. The conference was attended by different tri- media personalities of Zamboanga Peninsula. Activity ended successfully at about 4:30 PM of same date.

Arrest of Wanted Person

Zamboanga Del Sur- elements of Dimataling MPS lconducted police operation on wanted person (service of arrest warrant) at Purok 4, Barangay Kagawasan, Dimataling, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 09:30 PM of August 25, 2017. This resulted in the arrest of Boy Monsor Budas, 29 years old, married, a resident at Purok 6, Brgy Poblacion, Dimataling. This is by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of double attempted murder, docketed under cc#17-008. Issued on July 17, 2017 by Hon. Ruben N. Bance, Presiding Judge Of Branch 29, San Miguel, Zamboanga Del Sur with bail bond recommended amounted to one twenty thousand pesos (php120, 000.00).the arrested subject person is presently detained at Dimataling MPS for court disposition. 

REPORTED INCIDENTS - August 25, 2017

Shooting Incident

Shooting incident had transpired at Rizal Street, Balangasan District, Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 8:20 PM of August 23, 2017. The  victims were identified as Juanito Del Monte Salado, 37 years old, a resident of Purok Nido, Barangay Gatas, Pagadian City and his live-in partner identified as Hanajane Duhaylungsod Buhion, 21 years old, a resident of Zone 6, Barangay Tiguma, Pagadian City, both of Zamboanga Del Sur. Initial investigation disclosed that the victim on board on his driven motorized tricycle bearing plate number JY 3544 together with his live-in partner were on their way home, upon reaching at JH Enterprise Incorporated located at the aforementioned place they were shot by unidentified riding in tandem criminals on board Honda Mio motorcycle color black. Juanito Del Monte Salado III sustained several gunshot wounds on his body that caused his untimely death while his live-in partner sustained a lone gunshot wound on her left arm. His live-in partner was brought to Borbon Hospital for treatment while Juanito Del Monte Salado III was brought by his relatives at St. Peter Funeral Homes, Located At Barangay Sto. Niño, Pagadian City. The suspects fled towards Sitio Kapalaran, Barangay Balangasan, Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Sur after the incident. Recovered at the crime scene were five (5) fired cartridge case of caliber .45 pistols and two (2) slug of same caliber. Motive of the incident is personal grudge. Investigator-on-case is PO2 Mizrach Sumampong Lapid with contact number 0910 653 8891.

Arrest of Wanted Person

Elements of Pitogo MPS le conducted manhunt operation at Purok 5, Barangay Balong-Balong, Pitogo, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 3:30 PM of August 23, 2017. This resulted in the arrest of Anita Mandao, 51 years old, married a resident of the above-mentioned place.  Suspect was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of grave threat issued by Hon. Jonnabel Tabunda, Presiding Judge of MCTC 7, Dimataling, Zamboanga Del Sur docketed under criminal case number 17-2246-p with recommended bail-bond of twelve thousand (12,000.00) pesos for her temporary liberty. He is temporarily detained at Pitogo MPS for proper disposition.

Arrest of Wanted Person

Elements of Molave MPS conducted manhunt operation at Rizal Street, Barangay Makuguihon, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 7:15 PM of August 23, 2017. This resulted in the arrest of Jan Karlo Jacalan, 28 years old, single a maintenance worker of Philippine National Bank and a resident of Barangay Culo, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur. This is by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of consented abduction issued by Hon. Jaime Caberte, Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 23, 9th Judicial Region, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur Dated May 4, 2017 docketed under criminal case number 2017-10-3370 with recommended bail-bond of ten thousand (₱10,000.00) pesos for his temporary liberty. He is now temporarily detained at said police station for proper disposition.

Elements of Dumalinao MPS conducted manhunt operation at Purok Maisan, Barangay Sebucao, Dumalinao, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 10:30 AM of August 24, 2017. This resulted in the arrest of Marites Macapas, 37 years old, married, a resident of the above-mention place. He was arrested for the crime of grave oral defamation issued by Hon. Pacifico T. Cimafranca, Jr, Presiding Judge of 9th Judicial Region, Zamboanga Del Sur  docketed under criminal case number 3404-d with recommended bail-bond of twelve thousand (₱12,000.00) pesos for her temporary liberty. He is now temporarily detained at Dumalinao MPS for proper disposition.

REPORTED INCIDENTS - August 24, 2017

Shooting Incident

On August 23, 2017 at about 3:45 PM, the passenger dispatcher at Brgy. Monte Alegre, Aurora, Zamboanga Del Sur identified as Oscar Asuelo arrived at Community Police Assistance Center (COMPAC) based at above-mentioned barangay and reported that an unidentified male person armed with a gun was sighted at the store owned by Dencia Magdadaro, located at Purok Magdadaro, Barangay Monte Alegre, Aurora, Zamboanga del Sur. Upon receipt thereof, PO2 Ronald D. Zeros and PO1 Michael C. Bullanday, responded to the above-mentioned place onboard single MC. However, upon arrival of the responding Police Officers in the area, the unidentified male person suddenly drew a Cal .45 pistol moving towards them that prompted the Police Officers to shoot him and neutralized the said person.  As a result thereof, subject person sustained gunshot wounds on the different part of his body that resulted his instantaneous death; upon verification, the unidentified male person was identified later as CPL Rodillo Bartolome y Torres, 33 yrs. old, married, a resident of Brgy. Kanipay, Midsalip Zamboanga Del Sur and a member of the Philippine Army assigned at 53IB and presently detailed at Marawi City; Further, PSINSP Roger A. Bartiana, OIC, Aurora MPS immediately requested the SOCO team based at Camp Abelon Pagadian City thru Provincial Tactical Operation Center (PTOC) to process the crime scene.

REPORTED INCIDENTS - August 22, 2017

Report On Gunshot Wound Victims From Maluso, Basilan:                              

The Security Guard of Zamboanga Peninsula Hospital reported to Zamboanga City Police Station 6 that there was a victim of gunshot wound from Malusu, Basilan. Acting thereof, Duty Investigators PO1 Heddy Boy Tejero and Edwin Truza immediately proceeded to the mentioned hospital to verify the veracity of the report. Thereafter, a male person was seen with visible injury particularly at the right portion of his body, and later identified as Roderick Villarin, 24 years old, a resident of Barangay Tubigan, Maluso, Basilan. An interview was conducted to Marcelino Ramos y Toribio, 31 years old, male, single, also from Tubigan, Basilan, accordingly, on or about 5:10 in the morning of August 21, 2017, at least fifty (50) armed man attacked their barangay and fired upon every house, that resulted to at least thirty (30) casualties, and few of them were injured. Furthermore, this said armed men allegedly members of ISIS. The victim is now admitted at ZAMPEN Hospital for medical treatment. Additional information obtained was that other victims were also on their way to ZAMPEN hospital.

                      

Vehicular Traffic Accident

Vehicular traffic accident transpired at national highway of Purok 2, Barangay Bulawan, Lapuyan, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 7:32 PM of August 20, 2017, wherein Honda wave 110 color blue with side car bearing plate number 8439 JB driven by Nick Pogoy Davis, 25 years old, male, married, of Barangay Baluno, Dimataling with back rider Regine Laica Ronquilo Davis, 19 years old, female, married, and sister  Jennie Boroy Davis, 23 years old, female, single of same place and XRM 125 color yellow bearing plate number JR 7651 driven by Elvis Singgo Duhaylungsod 51 years old, male, married, businessman a resident of Purok Phigempuan, Poblacion, Lapuyan, with back rider Javier Huminis Manduyag, 48 years old, male, married, farmer, of Purok Guinhuran Bae, Poblacion, Lapuyan. Investigation conducted disclosed that the Honda wave 110 travelling from Barangay Baluno, Dimataling is heading Pagadian City while the XRM 125 traveling from San Miguel heading Poblacion Lapuyan upon reaching the place of incident both single mc meet and collide. As a result, Javier Manduyag dead on the spot while Elvis Duhaylungsod was immediately brought to Zamboanga Del Sur Medical Center, Dao, Pagadian City but pronounced dead on arrival by the attending physician. Jennie Pogoy Davis was brought to Margosatubig Regional Hospital for medical treatment. The driver of Honda wave 110 was brought to Lapuyan MPS for proper disposition.

Dead Body Found

A dead body was lying lifeless near the National Highway of Motosawa, Dumalinao Zamboanga Del Sur at about 4:30 AM of August 21, 2017. The dead body of a male person was lying lifeless on the bush portion of above mention place. He was wearing black maong pants, black sleeveless t-shirt with “s2 new york marking” on the front, with brown leather belt, long hair and estimated to be 5’ feet to 5 feet and 2 inches in height and estimated to be 25 to 30 years old in age, no personal belongings recovered from the victim’s body. Further, the victim hands were tied in the back with plastic yellow rope and electrical wire, the mouth was being covered by packing tape and gray color cloth. post mortem examination conducted by Camilo Acojedo Of Municipal Health Unit of Dumalinao, Zamboanga Del Sur revealed that unidentified victim sustained (5) gunshot wounds (2) gunshot wounds on the breast (left portion), (1) gunshot wound on the neck, (1) gunshot wound on the nape and (1) gunshot wound on the right arm and one (1) stabbed wound on the back portion of his body using icepick, multiple contusions and hematoma on the different parts of his body. Victim believed to be dumped in the area after being liquidated, recovered one (1) piece of matting coming from a vehicle and (1) piece of mud fender left on the opposite side of the national highway. Residents in the area further revealed that at about 4:00 am of same date they noticed a vehicle heading for Pagadian City.  Dumalinao MPS still conducting follow-up investigation to identify the victim, possible arrest of the suspect/s and to determine the motive of the incident.

Vehicular Traffic Accident

Vehicular traffic accident transpired at Barangay Sumadat Dumalinao, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 12:25 PM of August 21, 2017, wherein victim identified as lito lumantaw cajes, 22 years old, married, farmer and resident of purok wali-waling, barangay sumadat, dumalinao zds was accidentally side swipe by rural bus with body number 9530. investigation disclosed that the said rural bus was traversing from pagadian city bound to zamboanga city upon reaching the place of incident while the victim was riding his horse on the side of the road, the horse scared and the victim fell down and accidentally hit by the tire stud volt of the rural bus. Victim sustained physical injury in different part of his body and was rushed to Zamboanga Medical Center, Pagadian City for medication. Rural bus left the victim and drove heading to Zamboanga City direction. Dumalinao MPS informed Buug Police Station of the incident and successfully flag down the rural bus.

REPORT ON STABBING INCIDENT

ON AUGUST 20, 2017 AT ABOUT 7:20 PM, A STABBING INCIDENT HAD TRANSPIRED AT GATE 1, AGORA MARKET, LOCATED AT F.S. PAJARES AVENUE, BARANGAY STA. LUCIA, PAGADIAN CITY, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR WHEREIN THE VICTIM IDENTIFIED AS WAHAB ACOB ALI, 34 YEARS OLD, MARRIED, AN ARABIC TEACHER AND PART TIME HABAL-HABAL DRIVER AND A RESIDENT OF PUROK IRANON VILLAGE, BARANGAY MURICAY, PAGADIAN CITY, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR WHO WAS STABBED BY UNIDENTIFIED PERSON. INVESTIGATION DISCLOSED THAT THE VICTIM WAS ABOUT TO PARK HIS MOTORCYCLE NEAR GATE 1 OF AGORA, MARKET WHEN AN UNIDENTIFIED PERSON APPEARED FROM BEHIND AND STABBED HIM. THE VICTIM SUSTAINED A LONE STABBED WOUND ON HIS LEFT ABDOMEN AND IMMEDIATELY RUSHED TO AISAH HOSPITAL LOCATED AT BARANGAY SAN PEDRO, PAGADIAN CITY FOR TREATMENT WHILE THE SUSPECT FLED TO UNKNOWN DIRECTION. ELEMENTS OF PAGADIAN CPS ARE STILL CONDUCTING FOLLOW-UP OPERATION FOR THE POSSIBLE ARREST AND IDENTITY OF THE SUSPECT. MOTIVE OF THE INCIDENT IS STILL UNDETERMINED. MANTOS, MAHAYAG, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR IN ORDER TO CONDUCT BUY-BUST OPERATION AGAINST A CERTAIN NICK CARTER, FNU WHO IS ALLEGEDLY SELLING ILLEGAL DRUGS IN THE AREA. HOWEVER, DURING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE OPERATION SUBJECT PERSON FAILED TO APPEAR ON THE AGREED PLACE. UPON RECEIPT OF THE REPORT, ELEMENTS OF AURORA MPS LED BY SPO4 NESTOR CABATINGAN RESPONDED ON THE REPORTED PLACE FOR OCULAR INVESTIGATION. INITIAL INVESTIGATION DISCLOSED THAT AROUND 6:00 PM OF THE SAME DATE, THE SUSPECT   TOGETHER WITH HIS FRIENDS WERE HAVING A DRINKING SPREE AT THE ABOVE-MENTIONED PLACE WHEREIN THE VICTIM ARRIVED AND ASKED THE SUSPECT TO PAY HIS DEBT. FORTUNATELY, THE VICTIM WAS ABLE TO PUSH THE SUSPECT AND RAN AWAY.  THE VICTIM SUSTAINED HACKED WOUND ON HIS LEFT EYEBROW AND BACK PORTION OF HIS BODY AND WAS BROUGHT TO RURAL HEALTH UNIT OF AURORA, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR FOR TREATMENT, WHILE THE SUSPECT FLED TOWARDS UNKNOWN DIRECTION AFTER THE INCIDENT. REPORTED INCIDENT - August 12, 2017

Alleged Explosion

PAGADIAN CITY - An alleged explosion transpired at National Highway, Barangay Tuburan, Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 5:30 PM of August 11, 2017. The explosion happened in front the Southern Philippines Agri-Machinery Center (SPAMCE) Building owned by Mr. Jesse John Mediodia Derayunan. Initial investigation conducted based on the statement of the owner of the said building, that on or about 9:00 AM of the same date, they were cleaning and started to burn the garbage left by their neighbors in front of the building and left it burning. At around 5:30 PM of the same date, they were informed thru cellphone that explosion happened in front of their building which they believed that the tire of the black multi cab parked near the burning garbage explode. The explosion incident resulted to the damage of the side passenger portion of the black multicar parked near the burning garbage and as of the moment, no reported casualty of the said incident. EOD Technician, PO3 Reuben G. Balido, who responded to the crime scene, confirmed that there was an explosion caused by a fragmentation hand grenade because of the grenade fuse recovered in the blast site. The nomenclature of the fragmentation hand grenade is still to be determined. SOCO Team under PSI Jara has also responded and subsequently processed the crime scene. As of the moment, the owner of the building has no idea regarding the incident which he believed that it was only the garbage left by their neighbors that they burned. REPORTED INCIDENT - August 7, 2017

Shooting Incident

MOLAVE - Shooting incident transpired at Sitio Lopez, Barangay Culo, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 1:15 PM of August 6, 2017, wherein Rudy Dahunan Alicaway, 46 years old, married, a media practitioner and currently the Barangay Kagawad Of Miligan, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur was shot by two (2) unidentified motorcycle riding in tandem. initial investigation disclosed that the victim was on his way home riding his xrm motorcycle right after his Sunday program “Tigmo-Tigmo” at DXPB 106.9 Radio Ng Bayan Molave who was shot by unidentified person using a caliber .9mm pistol hitting on his body. the victim was able to crawl from a few distance but the suspects disembarked from their motorcycle and followed the victim and again shot the victim twice and fled heading towards Magsaysay Street, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur. The victim was brought by some bystanders to salug Valley Medical Center, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur for treatment but was declared dead on arrival by the attending physician. Recovered at the crime scene were: two (2) spent shells and one (1) round of caliber 9mm pistol. Motive of the incident is still undetermined. Elements of Molave MPS are still conducting follow-up investigation for the possible arrest and identity of the suspects. Investigator-on-case is SPO2 Reynaldo D Hilot and SPO1 Genmaidee F Jabello with cellphone numbers 0910 969 1613 and 0999 834 8816.

Stabbing Incident

TAMBULIG - Stabbing incident transpired at Purok 6, Barangay Gabunon, Tambulig, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 9:00 PM of August 6, 2017, wherein the victim identified as Junrey Bereno Ceniara, 27 years old, single, jobless who was stabbed by his brother-in-law identified as Marvin Salunoy Caliso, 27 years old, married, farmer both residents of the above-mentioned place. Investigation disclosed that prior to the incident, the victim and the suspect were having a drinking spree and heated arguments ensued. the suspect decided to go home to avoid having trouble but the victim followed the suspect at his resident and got wild which prompted the suspect to stab the victim two (2) times hitting on the left lower portion of his armpit. The victim was immediately brought to Mhars Gen Hospital, Ozamiz City for treatment. The suspect was successfully arrested and placed temporarily detained at Tambulig MPS for proper disposition.

OPERATIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

Violation of RA 10591

TAMBULIG - On August 06, 2017 at about 8:00 PM, Marifie Undag Inot, 45 years old, married a resident of Purok 1, Barangay Lower Lodiong, Tambulig, Zamboanga Del Sur reported to Tambulig MPS an ask for police assistance, that her son-in-law got wild on her residence. Immediately, elements of tambulig mps proceeded at the reported place for follow-up. Thereat, the team was able to arrest the suspect later identified as Mario Seposo Calderon Jr, 25 years old, a motorcycle mechanic and a resident of the above-mentioned place who was caught in the act armed with a caliber .38 revolvers. Initial investigation disclosed that the suspect fired his caliber .38 revolvers which prompted the responding pnp personnel to chase and successfully disarmed. recovered from the possession and control of the suspect was one (1) unit caliber .38 revolver with deface serial number, loaded with four (4) rounds of ammunition and one (1) spent shell inside its cylinder.

INITIAL INVESTIGATION DISCLOSED THAT THE VICTIMS IDENTIFIED AS ADONIS MARLON DACAYAN BORON, 18 YEARS OLD, SINGLE AND JULIEVER ANAR NAMOCATCAT, 16 YEARS OLD, SINGLE, BOTH RESIDENTS OF THE ABOVE-MENTIONED PLACE. FURTHER INVESTIGATION DISCLOSED THAT ON OR BEFORE 8:00 PM OF THE SAID DATE, WHILE THE VICTIMS WERE HAVING A DRINGKING SPREE AT AQUINO STORE LOCATED AT THE AFOREMENTIONED PLACE, UNIDENTIFIED PERSON WEARING A MASK AND WITH NO PROVOCATION, SHOT THE VICTIMS SEVERAL TIMES HITTING ON THE DIFFERENT PARTS OF THEIR BODIES. ADONIS MARLON DACAYAN BORON SUSTAINED MULTIPLE GUNSHOT WOUNDS ON HIS CHEST AND DECLARED DEAD ON ARRIVAL BY THE ATTENDING PHYSICIAN WHILE JULIEVER ANAR NAMOCATCAT SUSTAINED TWO (2) GUNSHOT WOUNDS ON HIS RIGHT LEG. RECOVERED AT THE CRIME SCENE WERE TWO (2) SPENT SHELLS OF CALIBER .45 PISTOL AND ONE (1) DEFORMED SLUG. MOTIVE OF THE INCIDENT IS PERSONAL GRUDGE. THE DRIVER OF THE VEHICLE 2 WAS IMMEDIATELY BROUGHT BY THE PERSONNEL OF MDRRMC OF TAMPILISAN ZN TO SIBUD COUNTY HOSPITAL, TITAY, ZSP FOR MEDICAL TREATMENT. BOTH VEHICLES WERE TEMPORARILY IMPOUNDED AT TAMPILISAN MPS FOR PROPER DISPOSITION. THE DRIVER OF VEHICLE 1 VOLUNTARILY SURRENDERED TO SAID STATION. SAN MIGUEL - Operatives of San Miguel MPS conducted manhunt operation at Purok 5, Barangay Limonan, San Miguel, Zamboanga Del Sur on August 2, 2017 at about 12:10 PM  that resulted in the arrest of Lumer Manigo Calunod, aka Romeo M Calunod, 41 years old, married, farmer a resident of Purok 7, Sitio Bagakian, Barangay Betinan, San Miguel, Zamboanga Del Sur. Subject person was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest for  violation of RA 10591, docketed under criminal case number 16-094 issued By Hon. Ruben N Bance, Presiding Judge Of RTC 9, Branch 29, Pagadian City Dated June 20, 2017 with recommended bail-bond of one hundred (₱120,000. 00) pesos for his temporary liberty. The accused is temporarily detained at San Miguel MPS awaiting court disposition.

DINAS - Operatives of Dinas MPS conducted manhunt operation at Purok Gemilina, Barangay Lower Dimaya, Dinas, Zamboanga Del Sur on August 2, 2017 at about 11:20 AM that resulted in the arrest of Lito Albios Neris, 49 years old, a welder and a resident of the above-mentioned place. Subject person was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of murder, docketed under criminal case number 97-031, issued by Hon. Franklyn A. Villegas, Presiding Judge Of 9th Judicial Region, Branch 29, San Miguel, Zamboanga Del Sur Dated May 06, 1998 with no bail-bond recommended. The accused was brought to Dinas MPS for profiling and booking purposes and subsequently brought to Pagadian City Provincial Jail for proper disposition.

LABANGAN - Combined operatives of Labangan MPS and Bayog MPS conducted manhunt operation at RSBS Tabak Division Compound, Upper Pulacan, Labangan,  Zamboanga Del Sur at about 12:50 PM of July 30, 2017. This resulted to the arrest of Domingo Arado Camallere, 27 years old, single, farmer and a resident of Purok 4  Depore, Bayog. Suspect was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Hon. Judge Benjamin R Lanzaderas of RTC 9 Br 22 Under Cc# 13535-2k17 Dated Issued 30 July 2017 at Pagadian City for the crime of  rape with no bail bond recommended. The subject is now temporary detained at Labangan PNP locked up cell while waiting for his final disposition.

Licuroan Midsalip, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 6:00 AM of August 1, 2017. Sur; Romeo Alagon Arapon @ Romy, 46 years old, married, Barangay Kagawad and a resident of Purok 1, Brgy. Licuroan, Midsalip, Zambonga Del Sur; Leonardo Alagon Arapon @ reynaldo, 31 years old, married, farmer and a resident of Purok 1, Brgy. Licuroan, Midsalip, Zamboanga Del Sur and John Rey Arapon Candong @ Ranran, 23 years old, married farmer and a resident of Purok 1, Brgy. Licuroan, Midsalip, Zamboanga Del Sur. This is by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of murder with crim. case no. 17-10, 1417 issued last May 8, 2017 and signed by Hon. Analyn F. Ramas-Costanilla, Presiding Judge, RTC 9, Branch 30, Aurora, Zamboanga Del Sur with no bail bond recommended. The arrested subject person was detained at Midsalip MPS for proper disposition.
