Arrest of Wanted Person
Zamboanga Del Sur- elements
of Dimataling MPS lconducted police operation on wanted person (service of
arrest warrant) at Purok 4, Barangay Kagawasan, Dimataling, Zamboanga Del Sur
at about 09:30 PM of August 25, 2017. This resulted in the arrest of Boy Monsor
Budas, 29 years old, married, a resident at Purok 6, Brgy Poblacion, Dimataling.
This is by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of double attempted
murder, docketed under cc#17-008. Issued on July 17, 2017 by Hon. Ruben N.
Bance, Presiding Judge Of Branch 29, San Miguel, Zamboanga Del Sur with bail
bond recommended amounted to one twenty thousand pesos (php120, 000.00).the
arrested subject person is presently detained at Dimataling MPS for court
disposition.
