Murder Suspect Cuffed
RAMON
MAGSAYSAY - On February 16, 2018 at about 11:40 AM, PNP personnel of Ramon
Magsaysay MPS together with personnel of Compostela MPS conducted joint police
operation (Service of Warrant of Arrest) at Purok 2, Barangay Sambulawan, Ramon
Magsaysay, Zamboanga del Sur. The operation resulted to the arrest of Allen
Pepito Avilla, 34 years old, male, single, farmer and a resident of Purok 6,
Mulao, Compostela, Cebu. Said person has pending warrant of arrest for the
crime of Murder with CC # DU-27308 and Slight Physical Injuries with CC #
DU-27309Y issued by Hon. Estela Alma A. Singco, Presiding Judge, 7th Judicial
Region, Branch 12, Cebu City dated July 8, 2016 with no bail recommended. He is
now temporarily detained at Ramon Magsaysay MPS lock-up cell for proper
disposition.
