Operation against Illegal Numbers Game

MIDSALIP - On April 03, 2018 at about 6:00 PM, PNP Elements of Midsalip MPS conducted operation against illegal numbers game locally known as “SUERTRES” at the vicinity of Purok 5, Brgy Buloron, Midsalip, Zamboanga Del Sur which resulted to the arrest of Benaldo Lomoloy Roger Jr, 22 yrs old, single and a resident of Prk 3 Brgy Lumponid, Midsalip Zamboanga del Sur. Confiscated items from the possession and control as follows: 4 pcs -100 peso bill, 5pcs -50 peso bill, 7 pcs - 20 peso bill, 4 pcs - 10 peso coin, 7 pcs - 5 peso coin, 15 pcs- 1 peso coin, 1 pcs cell phone Samsung galaxy J2 prime (color black), 26 pcs of tally sheet with numbers combination and 9 pcs of blank tally sheet. Suspect is now temporarily detained at Midsalip MPS while preparing appropriate in court Investigator is P01 Nilven M.Gilbolingo with CP 09076199179.

Swertres Collector Arrested

MIDSALIP - On April 03, 2018 at about 6:30 PM, an illegal gambling operation was conducted along the vicinity of Purok 4, Poblacion B, midsalip, Zamboanga Del Sur. This resulted to the arrest of Reynaldo Aligo Candong, 26 years old, single, habal-habal driver and resident of purok 2, Brgy Tulbong, Midsalip, Zamboanga del Sur, collector of swertres illegally operating in the Municipality of Midsalip Zamboanga Del Sur. Confiscated items from the possession and control as follows: 1 pc 200 peso bill, 4pcs 100 peso bill, 1 pc 20 peso bill, 30 pcs 5 peso coin, 11 pcs 10 peso coin, 31 pcs 1 peso coin, 35 pages tally sheets with number combinations, 55 pages tally sheets blank. Suspect is now temporarily detained at Midsalip MPS while preparing appropriate charges in court.

Service of Warrant Of Arrest

PAGADIAN CITY - On April 03, 2018 at about 8:00 PM, Joint operation (service of warrant of arrest) conducted by PNP personnel of Dimataling MPS, Regional Intelligence Unit 9 and the Intelligence Operatives of Pagadian City Police at Purok Esmeralda B, San Jose District, Pagadian City. This resulted to the arrest of  Roy Ito Mamaling alias “Dodong”, 39 years old, male, married, Filipino presently residing at Purok Esmeralda B, San Jose District, Pagadian City with postal address at Purok 6, Barangay Libertad, Municipality of Dimataling, Zamboanga Del Sur, by virtue of the Warrant of Arrest issued by Honorable Felix B. Rodriguez, Jr, Acting Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 29, San Miguel, Zamboanga Del Sur with Criminal Case No. 15-136 for the crime of Murder issued on March 8, 2016 with no bail recommended. The suspect is now temporarily detained at Pagadian CPS while waiting for court disposition.
