Wanted Person Arrested in Pagadian City

PAGADIAN CITY (Sept. 7, 2018) – The PNP personnel of Pagadian City Police Station arrested wanted person during the conduct of Manhunt Operation “Charlie” at about 12:3pm of September 3, 2018 at Purok Sunshine, Barangay San Pedro, Pagadian City.

The operating team identified the arrested person as Malik Nisibasar Musa Alias “Malik L Musa”, 35 years old, male, married, Filipino, unemployed and a resident of Prk Muslim Village, Barangay Kawit, Pagadian City

The accused was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for Violation Of Section 86 Paragraph 1 Of Republic Act 8550 docketed under CC # 11602-2k14 issued on July 18, 2017 by Honorable Judge Dennis P Vicoy, Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 20, Pagadian City.

Further, the above-arrested person was held in protective custody at Pagadian CPS for booking procedures. 

Wanted Person Arrested in Tabina, Zamboanga Del Sur

TABINA, Zamboanga del Sur (Sept. 9, 2018) – The Police Operatives of Tabina MPS and Pitogo MPS successfully arrested wanted person during the conduct of joint Manhunt Operation at Purok Amor, Barangay Abong-abong, Tabina, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 4:00pm of September 6, 2018.

The operating team identified the arrested wanted person as Alano Estrebello Y Ganzan, 27 years old, single, company guard and a resident of the above-mentioned place.

The accused was by virtue of Warrant of Arrest docketed under Criminal Case # 18-2288-P for the crime of Reckless Imprudence Resulting to Serious Physical Injury with bail recommended amounting to three thousand pesos (Php3,000.00) issued by Presiding Judge Hon Johnabel H Tabunda of the 7th Municipal Circuit Trial Court, Dimataling, Tabina and Pitogo, Zamboanga Del Sur.

Subject arrested person was brought and temporary detained at Tabina MPS custodial facility for proper documentation and disposition.

Notorious Member of Gun for Hire Criminal Gang, Arrested in Law Enforcement

DINAS, Zamboanga del Sur (Sept. 8, 2018) – The PNP elements of Regional Intelligence Division 9-Task Force Tugis, 902nd Maneuvering Company of RMFB9 and Dinas MPS conducted a joint Manhunt Operation “Charlie” at Purok Baltagi, Barangay Nian, Dinas, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 2:00 AM of September 7, 2018.

The operation was resulted to the successful arrest of the suspect identified as Diamaludin Hasim Panandigan aka “Tiaw”, of legal age, unemployed and a resident of the above-mentioned place.

The operating team arrested the suspect by virtue of Warrant of Arrests docketed under Criminal Case # 13-018, 13-017, 13-08 & 13-019 for the crime of murder (four counts) and Criminal Case # 13-020 & 13-021 for the crime of attempted murder issued by Hon Judge Edilberto G Absin, RTC9, Branch 29, Pagadian City on April 13, 2013.

The arrested suspect was identified member of Anwar Ansang Group, a criminal group engage in Narcotics Trafficking, Robbery Extortion and Gun-for-Hire activities and primarily responsible in a series of ambush and/or shooting incidents to include 2nd Lt. Cartajena and several CAFGU personnel sometime in the year 2016.

The arrested person is now temporary detained at Dinas MPS for documentation and proper disposition. 

1 person killed in hacking incident

DINAS, Zamboanga del Sur (Sept. 9, 2018) – One person was hacked to death by his owned father in Barangay Legarda 2, Dinas municipality of this province Wednesday Sept. 5 at 7:30pm wherein the victim was identified as Victorino Donyog umbayan, 57 years old, separated, laborer by occupation and a resident of the said palce.

 

The suspect identified as Adilo Angas Lumbayan(Father of the victim) 79 years old, married, male, a resident of same place.

Investigation disclosed that before the occurrence of the incident, the victim having heated arguments while in drinking session inside their house together with the suspect.

Thereafter a conversation, suddenly the suspect hacked his son using bolo and sustained hacked wounds in the different parts of his body that resulted to 

untimely death of the victim.
