Estafa suspect nabbed
PAGADIAN CITY (Sept. 16, 2018) – The Combined operatives of Pitogo MPS and Pagadian City Police Station nabbed woman during the conduct of manhunt operation at Barangay Lower Panikian, Pitogo, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 9:00am of September 14, 2018
TAMBULIG, Zamboanga del Sur (Sept. 16, 2018) – The PNP personnel of Tambulig MPS conducted police operation on wanted person (Service of Arrest Warrant) at about 12:05 PM of September 13, 2018 at Purok Jakarta, Brgy Alang-alang, Tambulig, Zamboanga Del Sur.
PAGADIAN CITY (Sept. 16, 2018) – The Combined operatives of Pitogo MPS and Pagadian City Police Station nabbed woman during the conduct of manhunt operation at Barangay Lower Panikian, Pitogo, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 9:00am of September 14, 2018
The operating troops identified the arrested woman as Divina Buton Y Ruiz, 40 years old, female, married, and a resident in Purok 1, Lower Panikian, Pitogo, Zamboanga Del Sur.
The operating team arrested the accused woman by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Estafa docketed under criminal case number 10902-2K13 issued on July 27, 2018 by Hon. Felix B. Rodriguez, Presiding Judge of 9th Regional Judicial Region, Branch 18, Pagadian City with bail recommended of Eighty Thousand Pesos (Ph80,000.00).
The arrested subject person is now under the custody of Pitogo MPS for proper disposition.
Man Arrested for the crime of Grave Threats
TAMBULIG, Zamboanga del Sur (Sept. 16, 2018) – The PNP personnel of Tambulig MPS conducted police operation on wanted person (Service of Arrest Warrant) at about 12:05 PM of September 13, 2018 at Purok Jakarta, Brgy Alang-alang, Tambulig, Zamboanga Del Sur.
The operation was resulted to the arrest of one Albert Arado Y Lagunay 49 years old, married, resident of Purok Jakarta, Brgy Alang-alang Tambulig,, Zamboanga del Sur.
The accused was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Grave Threats with Criminal Case number 3126 issued by Hon. Carol M. Morales, Presiding Judge of 1st Municipal Trial Court, 9th Judicial Region, Tambulig, Zamboanga del Sur dated September 13, 2018 with a bail bond recommended of Twelve Thousand Pesos(Php12,000.00) for his temporary liberty.
The subject arrested person is now under the custody of Tambulig MPS for proper disposition.
1 person died in Vehicular Traffic Accident
DUMINGAG, Zambonga del Sur. (Sept. 16, 2018) – One person was died in Vehicular traffic accident transpired along National Highway of Sitio Mauswagon, Barangay Lower landing, Dumingag, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 4:50 PM of September 13, 2018.
Victim was identified as Erie Saren Maata, 24 years of age, single and a resident of Brgy. New Basak, Dumingag, Zamboanga Del Sur.
Investigation conducted disclosed that the victim was driving his single motorcycle Honda XRM 125 color red without plate heading towards town proper of Dumingag, Zamboanga Del Sur.
Upon reaching at the above said place of incident, it instantly crashed and headed directly to the crick of the road.
As a result thereof, the above-named person sustained multiple head injuries and lacerations that resulted to his untimely death. The Said person is under the influenced of liquor. (By JONG CADION)
