Incestuous Rape suspect arrested
AURORA, Zamboanga del Sur (Oct. 6, 2018)
– The Combined PNP elements of Aurora MPS, Zamboanga Del Sur and Lala,
MPS, Lanao Del Norte arrested rape suspect during the conduct of manhunt
operation at Barangay Lanipao, Lala, Lanao del Norte at about 1:15pm of October
5, 2018.
The operating team identified the arrested wanted person as Albert
Cudilla y Latchica, 49 years old, married, male and a resident of Purok-
Bagakay, Barangay Lintugop, Aurora, Zamboanga del Sur.
He was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the crime of
Incestuous rape with criminal case number 18-10,1529; 18-10,1530; 18-10,1531,
with no bail bond recommended and Sexual Abuse with criminal case number
18-10,1532; 18-10,1533; 18-10,1534 with bail bond recommended of One Hundred
Seventy Thousand Pesos (Php170,000.00) for his temporary liberty.
The WOA was duly issued by Hon. Analyn a Ramas- Costanilla, Presiding
Judge of branch 30, RTC 9th judicial region, Aurora Zamboanga del Sur dated
issued on June 28, 2018.
The arrested subject person is now under custody of Aurora, MPS for
proper disposition.
2 Rape Suspects Cuffed
PAGADIAN CITY (Oct. 6, 2018) – The PNP
personnel of Pagadian City Police Station arrested two rape suspect during the
conduct of manhunt operation at PurokKawayan, Balangasan District, Pagadian
City at about 11:30pm of October 5, 2018.
The police identified the two arrested rape suspect as RandenOmongos
Ortega, 18 years old, male, single, Filipino and a resident of Purok 4,
Barangay Tulawas, Pagadian City and Jorge Marcelo Lariba, Jr., 17 years old,
male, single, Filipino and a resident of Purok 3, Barangay Tulawas, Pagadian
City
The two accused was arrested by the virtue of the Warrant of Arrest
for the crime of Statutory Rape as amended by Republic Act 8353 with criminal
case number 14017-2K18,14018-2K18 and RAPE under Article 266-A paragraph 1 of
the Revised Penal Code with criminal case number 14019-2K18.
The WOA were all issued on October 2, 2018 by Honorable Judge Analyn
F. Ramas-Costanilla, Acting Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, 9th Judicial
Region, Branch 22, Pagadian City with No bail recommended.
The arrested suspects were now under custody of Pagadian City Police
Station for proper disposition.
Hacking Incident
SAN PABLO, Zamboanga del Sur (Oct. 4,
2018) - Hacking incident transpired at about 9:00 PM of October 3, 2018 at
Purok 1, Barangay Lumbayao, San Pablo, Zamboanga Del Sur.
Initial investigation conducted disclosed that the victim identified
as Arnulfo Magpale y Malaque, 46 years old, married, farmer, a resident in the
aforementioned place.
He was hacked by unidentified person at the back portion below his
nape while walking at cultivated land area near on his house.
San Pablo MPS is now conducting follow-up investigation for the
possible identification of the suspect as well as the motive of the incident.

Truck Loaded with Undocumented Lumber
Held
PAGADIAN CITY (Oct. 5, 2018) – The PNP
personnel of Pagadian City Police Station conducted checkpoint operation at
highway of Barangay Bogo, Pagadian City at about 8:00pm of October 4,
2018.
The operation was led to the apprehension of the suspects identified
as
Roger Garcia Pueblas,
driver by profession, 42 years old, male, Filipino, live in and a resident of
PurokMalinawon, Nazareth, Buenavista, Pagadian City and
BebenrosMainitPasok, owner of the coco lumber/timber, 53 years old,
male, Filipino, married and a resident of PurokSaging 2, Datagan, Pagadian
City.
The apprehension transpired when a team of Pagadian CPS personnel
assigned at Brgy. Bogo COMPAC conducted checkpoint operation at Highway Bogo,
Bogo, Pagadian City when One bongo Mazda drop side with detachable canopy color
metallic brown, bearing Improvised Plate No. 120105 driven Roger Garcia Pueblas
is stopped and verified.
The driver failed to show pertinent permits/documents surrounding the
coco lumber he had transported.
Initial investigation disclosed that the aforementioned Bongo truck
was loaded with Thirty pieces of coco lumber with a total of 572 board feet and
estimated amount of Twelve Thousand Pesos (Php12, 000.00).
Thus, the aforementioned driver and the owner together with the
confiscated Bongo Mazda truck were turned-over to the personnel of Philippine
Coconut Authority (PCA) for proper disposition and for filing of administrative
or appropriate charge.
2 dead, 7 injured in Road crash accident
DUMALINAO, Zamboanga del Sur (Oct. 10,
2018) – Two persons were dead while seven others were injured in Road crash
accident transpired along National Highway of PurokMaabtikon, BrgyPaglaum,
Dumalinao, Zamboanga Del Sur fronting Dumalinao Public Market at about 9:00am
of October 9, 2018.
Investigation conducted by Dumalinao MPS disclosed that a six wheeler
fish truck (icer) color blue, with plate # XFA 897 accidentally went out of
control (malfunctioned brake) while travelling from the downward road of
Dumalinao National Highway in high speed that sideswiped and damage the
following vehicles;
(a) Toyota Corolla with plate # A1 F975 with CR # 292060613, OR #
1245659645 owned and driven by Reynaldo OrdinezaPilarca, 41 years old, resident
of Imelda Zamboanga Sibugay equipped with active PDL no G09-10-001426;
(b) Toyota Wigo with MVP file # 1001-00000217888 registered in the
name of Renemie Galvez of Pob. Bayog ZDS driven by Noel Pabucaya Galvez Jr, 33
years, old equipped with NPDL no N01-07-007731,
(c) Mitsubishi Truck with CR # 14684210-2, OR # 1393319233 registered
in the name of EdnalynUnda of Pagadian City, driven by Rogelio JalangUnda ,59
years old, a resident of Upper PulacanLabangan, equipped with PDL no
JO3-97-023389,
(d) single MC XRM no plate number with CR # 215087622 ,OR # 760166676
registered in the name of EseamBebitan of DitorayPag City driven by Ruben
PantaoBebitan, 51 years old , resident of DitorayPag City equipped with PDL #
J03-08-000844;
(e) Phil Army Truck 44IB with red plate # SKM 308 based at Imelda,
Sibugay, driven by SSG Anthony Frando of Suguidan Sur, Naguilian La Union, 38
years old with PDL license # A1500002344; and
(f) Dump truck with plate # RFP 189.
The twoCasualties of the accident were identified as the following
(a) Ariel BasisterNapalcruz,
31 years old, married, a resident of Talon-talon, Zamboanga City (dead on the
spot);
(b) Mario RolaBalabag, 51
years old, married and resident of San Miguel, Zamboanga Del Sur (dead on
arrival at the hospital);
The following persons listed below who suffered injuries and
contusions were identified namely as:

old, married, brgy sanitary worker, resident of Brgy Mabuhay, San Pablo,
Zamboanga Del Sur;

years old, married, resident of Brgy Mabuhay, San Pablo, Zamboanga Del Sur;
(d) SimplicioSiaoNovalSr, 49
years old, married, resident of Prk 4, BrgyGatub, Kumalarang, Zamboanga Del Sur
(truck man of Fish Truck Icer);
(e) Juldan E Aiyadi, 21 years
old, single, resident of Prk 3, Mampang, Zambo City (truck man of Fish Truck
Icer);
(f) Liezel Pepito, 24 years
old, single, businesswoman and resident of Lower Pulacan, Labangan, Zamboanga
Del Sur; and
(g) Milky Magsayo, 26 years
old, single, resident of Bibilop, Midsalip, Zamboanga Del Sur. Investigator is

1 wounded in Hacking Incident
SAN PABLO, Zamboanga del Sur (Oct. 10,
2018) – One person was wounded in Hacking incident transpired at Purok Peña,
Payag, San Pablo, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 4:15pm of October 9, 2018.
Immediately, PNP personnel of San Pablo MPS responded to the said
incident and found out that the victim identified as Eduardo Arevalo y Bayno,
45 years old, married, farmer, a resident at Purok Peña, Payag, San Pablo,
Zamboanga Del Sur was hacked twice by his nephew, a certain Willie Castillo y
Arevalo, 37 years old, married, farmer, also residing at same place mentioned
above using a scythe, hitting his left knee and leg.
Investigation disclosed that the victim and the suspect were having a
drinking spree together their relative identified as Mario Arevalo.
However, while having a conversation, the victim and suspect were
arguing about the fighting cock of the victim that the suspect borrowed, reason
for the suspect to get a scythe and hacked the victim twice hitting his leg and
knee.
After the incident the victim was rushed to Zamboanga Del Sur Medical
Center while suspect submitted himself to Jolito Arevalo, a Barangay Tanod of
said barangay and was turned-over to the responding PNP personnel of San Pablo
MPS for proper disposition and documentation. Investigator is PO3 Angelito F.

Murder Suspect Arrested in Law
Enforcement Operation
PAGADIAN CITY (Oct. 7, 2018) – The Detective
personnel of Pagadian City Police Station arrested the wanted person during the
conduct of Manhunt Charlie at atPurokBougainvilla, San Pedro, Pagadian City at
about 4:15pm of October 6, 2018.
The operating team identified the arrested wanted person as
CharliemagneUljerSalamero, 22 years old, male, single, Filipino and a resident
of Purok Bougainvillea, San Pedro District, Pagadian City.
The accused was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest docketed under
criminal case number 14001-2K18 for Violation Of Section 5 (A) In Relation To
Section 6 (A) Of Republic Act 9262 and In Relation To Article 248 (Murder) of
The Revised Penal Code.
The warrant of arrest was issued by Honorable Judge Analyn F.
Ramas-Costanilla, Acting Presiding Judge of 9th Regional Trial Court, Branch
22, Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Sur dated September 21, 2018.
The above-arrested person was held in protective custody and booking
