Hacking
Incident in Aurora
Hacking incident
transpired at Purok 4, Barangay Cabilinan, Aurora, Zamboanga Del Sur at about
4:30 PM of October 1, 2015. Wherein victim ident as one (1) Ronel Redelosa Y
Velasco, 27, jobless cmm single was hacked by suspect identified as one (1) Rey
Ebo Y Navarete, 31, with live-in partner cmm carpenter by occupation both a
resident of abovementioned place. Prior to said incident, suspect was walking
on his way home when suddenly said victim under the influence of intoxicating
liquor blocked his way that made the same angry and prompted him to hack the
victim with the use of a bolo. The victim sustained hacked wounds on his head
and wrist and was brought to abovementioned hospital for medical treatment
while suspect voluntarily surrender to Aurora MPS and now temp detained at the
locked dash up cell pd appropriate charges now being prepared against the
suspect for immediate filing in court pd motive of the incident believed to be
old personal grudge.
Stabbing
Incident in Pagadian City
Stabbing incident
transpired at Purok Paglaum, Jamisola Extension, Sta. Lucia District, Pagadian
City at about 7:00 pm of October 1, 2015. The victim consciously lied down near
the store of Maria Fe Julapong with multiple stabbed wounds at his abdomen. He
was brought to borbon hospital by the responding Pagadian City Police. He was
later identified as Jovenso Campos Y Dumajil, 41 years of age, single, jobless
and a resident of the above mentioned place while the suspect identified as Vincenso
Campos Y Dumajil, 43 years of age, married, garbage collector and a resident of
same placed who was successfully arrested by the PNP responding personnel. He
was brought to Pagadian City Police Station for proper disposition. Recovered
at the position of the suspect was one bloody kitchen knife (for court
exhibit). Initial investigation conducted by this office revealed that both
victim and suspect were brothers and prior the incident they had heated
arguments which resulted to the stabbing of the victim. Further investigation
conducted revealed that the victim has been transferred to Zamboanga Del Sur
Medical Center.
Theft
Incident in Pagadian City
Theft Incident occurred
at about 3:50 PM of October 1, 2015 as reported by SPO1 Wakid Patron Alameda,
52, married, of Purok Nangka, Barangay Banale, Pagadian City personally came to
this office and reported that on or about 3:50 PM of October 1, 2015 he
discovered that his house situated at the above-mentioned place was allegedly
entered by unidentified person/s and took his personal belongings to wit: cash
amounting to more or less two hundred forty five thousand pesos (Php
245,000.00), assorted jewelries worth sixty thousand pesos (Php 60,000.00), one
(1) unit m4 rifle with control number: i-f035017, fa lic no. 105002012090457,
kind/make: hprfl/colt, model/caliber: 556 serial no. 9020428 and delta-three
(3) magazines loaded with one hundred ten (110) live ammunitions of said Cal.
investigator on case together immediately responded to the crime scene to
conduct ocular inspection and investigation. Initial investigation conducted
disclosed that there was no indication of force entry thus, the suspect/s
gained entry and exit at the main door. The suspect/s then entered the two (2)
rooms and took the aforesaid missing items. Coordination was made for the
provincial crime laboratory office and the soco team immediately conducted
processing of the crime scene. Investigation disclosed that at around 1:00 pm
of October 1, 2015, two (2) witnesses testified that they saw two (2) male
persons roaming around at the back portion of the house. The two (2) male
persons both without upper garments physically described as with brown
complexion more or less 40 to 45 years old and wearing brown short pants while
the other one is 30 to 35 years old, wearing black short pants. Accordingly, an
hour thereafter, the same witnesses testified that the same persons left the
area going to Purok Talong, Barangay Banale, Pagadian City.
Rape
Suspect Nabbed in San Pablo
A rape
suspect was arrested during police operation conducted by operatives of San
Pablo MPS in Barangay Bag-ong Misamis, San Pablo, Zamboanga Del Sur at about
4:30 PM of October 3, 2015. Nabbed was Raymart U. Binag, single and a resident
of aforesaid barangay. He was arrested for the crime of rape (2 counts)
docketed in criminal case no. 12266-2k15 and 12267-2k15 issued and signed by
Honorable Benjamin Lanzaderas, Presiding Judge Of Regional Trial Court, Branch
22 In Pagadian City. Suspect is now temp detained at said police station while
waiting the commitment order of the issuing court.
Dead
Body Found in Dumingag
A male dead body was found
in Barangay Dulop, Dumingag, Zamboanga Del Sur.
Investigation conducted disclosed that at about 11:30 o’clock in the
morning of October 3, 2015, one Lanie Jane A Ticol, 19, while she walking
towards her house, she noticed a person lying along the highway of the said
barangay and found male dead body that the mouth tied with white handkerchief.
The victim sustained multiple stab wounds on his neck and on his stomach. no
populace of that said barangay can identify the victim who was believed to be summarily
executed from other neighboring municipality and probably thrown of the above
mentioned place. The victim description was between 30-35 with medium build and
more or less 5’4/162, wearing dark blue t-shirt and white short pants with
black belt, long hair, and multiple tattoos on different parts of his body. The
cadaver was brought to Celerian Funeral Homes. Element of Dumingag MPS is now
conducting follow- up investigation to identify the victim
Fire
in Mahayag
Fire incident occurred
at about 10:40 in the morning of October 3, 2015 at the rice field of Barangay
Boniao, Mahayag, Zamboanga Del Sur, wherein a small house made of light
materials was razed by fire and victim/disabled child identified as Geraldine, 11
years old, resident of Barangay Manguiles, Mahayag which was left inside the
house was burned and died. PNP elements of Mahayag MPS in coordination with the
bureau of fire conducted thorough investigation
