Cadaver Found in Margos
A cadaver was found at fish dryer or locally known as “bularan” owned by a certain Totong Abu situated at Purok Doña Aurora, Barangay Poblacion, Margos, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 7:45 AM of October 05, 2015.  The victim is still unidentified female wearing blue sando shirt and estimated to be fifty (50) years old or above. She sustained multiple stab wounds on the different part of her bodies. Accordingly, the stab wounds caused massive hemorrhage probably secondary to multiple penetrating/ stabbed wounds causing the victim’s untimely death. Recovered from the crime scene is one (1) bloody icepick thirteen (13) inches long from tip to handle. The Margosatubig Police Station is still conducting investigation for the possible identification of the name of the victim.

Woman Held in Pagadian for Estafa
The elements of Pagadian City Police Station arrested one Ilyn Belenie Rimas y Cortes, 34 years old, female, married and presently residing at corner Urro Street and Bana Street, Barangay Lumbia, Pagadian City. Said person was arrested at corner Urro Street and Bana Street, Barangay Lumbia, Pagadian City at about 4:00 O’clock in the afternoon of October 5, 2015, by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Hon Edmundo V. Raagas, Presideng Judge of Municipal Trial Court In Cities, 10th Judicial Region, City of Malaybalay, with criminal case nr 2019-15, 2020-15, 2015-21, 2015-22 and 2015-23 for the crime of Estafa. The bail commended for her temporary liberty is hereby fixed to Six thousand pesos (P 6,000.00) each with a total of Thirty Thousand Pesos (P 30,000.00). Suspect is now temporarily detained at Pagadian City Police Station Lock-up cell while waiting for court disposition.

5 Teens Nabbed in Pagadian City Drug Raid
A total of five teenagers were arrested after they were caught in the having a pot session inside in one of the rooms of boarding house in Barangay San Jose, Pagadian City at about 11:00 AM of October 5, 2015. Police Superintendent Glenn Macario Dulawan, Chief of Police, Pagadian City Police, identified the five teenagers but their names were withheld and referred to City Social Welfare and Development Office for further follow-up and investigation. The minors were residents of nearby barangays of Pagadian City. During the arrest of the suspect, the arresting officers recovered from their Pot Session the one(1) piece of small size heat sealed transparent plastic sachet also containing with white crystalline substance of suspected shabu (SP-1), Six (6) pieces of small cut size aluminum foil (SP-2, SP-3. SP-4, SP-5, SP-6, SP-7), Two (2) pieces disposable lighters color green (SP-8), a color blue (SP-9) and one (1) piece of twenty peso bill (P20 with Serial Number UT324031). Appropriate charges against them are now being prepared by the duty investigator for filing in court.

Jobless Nabbed in Pitogo Drug Bust
A 28-year old man was arrested for violation of RA 9165 during the buy-bust operation in Barangay Poblacion, Pitogo, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 9:50 PM of October 5, 2015. Pitogo Police identified the arrested as Jayarr Hamili Y Villa, 28, married, jobless, and a resident of said place.  Confiscated from the possession and control of the suspect one (1) heat sealed plastic sachet containing white l crystalline substance believed to be shabu, one (1) rolled aluminum foil, two (2) one hundred peso bill used as marked money with serial numbers za346490 and yj088728. Arrested suspect is now temporarily detained at Pitogo MPS for proper disposition.   

Rape Suspect Arrested in San Pablo
Operatives of San Pablo Police Station arrested a 16-year old rape suspect in Barangay Bag-ong Misamis, San Pablo, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 9:30 AM of October 5, 2015. Police Inspector Jeremias Nuñeza Pepito, San Pablo Police Chief, said suspect Angelo Neri Tomaquin, 16 years old, a resident of aforesaid barangay was arrested based on standing warrant of arrest for the crime of rape (2 counts) docketed in criminal case no. 12266-2k15 and 12267-2k15 issued and signed by Honorable Benjamin Lanzaderas, Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, Branch 22, Pagadian City. Suspect is now in custody of the said police office for proper booking and safekeeping and to be turn-over to court for the issuance of appropriate commitment order and further turn-over to Zamboanga Del Sur Provincial Jail In Pagadian City while waiting for trial of his case.
