REPORT ON SHOOTING INCIDENT
That on march 14, 2016, at about 5:20 PM a shooting
incident transpired at Purok 4, Barangay Upper Sicpao Sominot, Zamboanga Del
Sur wherein, victim identified as Ronald Liparto Marson, 35 years old, married,
and a resident of Sitio Duray, Barangay Tungawan, Sominot, Zamboanga Del Sur
was shot to death by two (2) unidentified suspects. initial investigation
conducted disclosed that while the victim was walking going to his residence
when waylaid by two unidentified male persons and shot the latter with the used
of caliber .45 pistol. Victim sustained two (2) gunshot wounds on his head and
one (1) on his back that caused his untimely death while suspects fled towards
unknown direction after the incide
ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
ON LAMBAT SIBAT (NEUTRALIZATION OF WANTED PERSON)
Please be informed that on March 14, 2016, at about
12:30 PM PNP personnel of Dinas MPS led by SPO4 Panchito A Pacuma, MESPO
proceeded to Purok Orchids, Poblacion, Dinas, Zamboanga Del Sur particularly at
the van terminal to serve the warrant of arrest against Basher Lumabo who is
charge for the crime of frustrated homicide docketed under criminal case number
08-017 for issued by Hon. Edilberto G. Absin, Presiding Judge of RTC, Branch
29, San Miguel, ZDS dated February 28, 2008 with correspondent bail bond of
₱24,000.00. Accused is now temporarily detained at Dinas MPS for proper
disposition.
FIRE INCIDENT REPORT

That on March 13, 2016, at about 12:40 PM Pagadian
CPS received a call from a concerned citizen that a fire broke out at Purok
Sweet Rose, Barangay Dumagoc, Pagadian City Zamboanga Del Sur. Investigation
conducted and disclosed that two (2) houses made-up of light materials were
razed by fire. The first house owned by lea Arbon Ituriaga and rented by Mrs.
Rudrien Francisco. The second house semi concrete owned by Genie Burlaza. The
fire also destroyed the three (3) motorcycle parked along the road, susuki
smash, loncin and sym. The incident was
declared fire out at around 1:15 pm of same date with estimated damages worth
more or less of one hundred fifty thousand pesos (₱150,000.00). No casualties
or injured of persons was reported during the incident.
