FIRE INCIDENT TRANSPIRED

At about 12:30 pm March 7, 2015 at AID Compound, Brgy Banale, Pagadian City wherein a single storey semi concrete residential type owned by the Association which utilized as a boarding house of an Islamic students was partially consumed by fire. Estimated damage more or less PHP15, 000. 00.

SHOOTING INCIDENT

At about 5:10 pm March 7,2016, a shooting incident transpired at Sitio Lasak, Brgy. Buburay, Dimataling, ZDS, wherein victims identified as FERDINAND VIRAY y GABON, 30 years old, married, resident of Brgy. Raw-an, Lala, Lanao del Norte and ARNOLD VIRAY y VIRAL, 38 years old, married, and resident of same place. Victims were shot by unidentified suspects. Both victims are money collectors of VIRAY FURNITURE based at Ray-an Lanao del Norte. IOC - PO3 Wilington Dinalo Siaton with CP No. 09216861395.

SHOOTING INCIDENT TRANSPIRED                            

At about 09:20 o’clock in the evening of March 7, 2016 along the road going to Vettalea Subdivision at Barangay Bulatok, Pagadian City wherein victim identified as one JASON PIELAGO AGUILAR, 27 years old and a resident of Purok Riverside, Barangay Kawit, Pagadian City was shot to death by unidentified suspect with the used of calibre .45 pistol based on the recovered fired cartridge case found at the crime scene. Victim sustained gunshot wounds on his forehead which caused his untimely death. Suspect fled to unknown direction after the incident.

MOTOR VEHICULAR TRAFFIC ACCIDENT TRANSPIRED

At about 3:10 AM March 8, 2016 along National Highway, Balintawak, Pagadian City. Vehicle involved: (1) Mitsubishi six-wheeler truck with plate number LFG797. Three persons on board died on the spot and four (4) others were rushed to the hospital for medication.

NEUTRALIZATION OF WANTED PERSON

At around 09:15 pm March 7, 2016, PNP elements of Aurora MPS led by PSI HEIDEL B TE~ELAN OIC conducted tedious negotiati0n that led to the voluntarily surrender of JOEMAR PES0DAS Y DOLERO, 26yo and a resident of Brgy Inasagan, Aurora, ZDS. Subject person has  standing Warrant of Arrest for slight physical injury by a bond issued by Presiding Judge Hon. Pablito S. Pielago Jr. Presiding Judge of MTC CITIES  09th Judicial Region, under BRANCH 02 with CC no. 17208 with bail recommended P2,000. Subject person is now in the cust0dy of Aurora MPS for proper case disposition.

ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT ON ONE TIME BIG TIME OPERATION (SERVICE OF SEARCH WARRANT)

At about 11:45 o’clock in the morning of March 7, 2016, a joint operation spearheaded by Pagadian City Police Station and PAIDSOTF together with 2nd MC RPSB9 conducted One Time Big Time Operation and served the Search Warrant Number 001-2k16 for violation of R.A 10591, issued by Hon. Romeo T. Descallar, Executive Judge, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 19, Pagadian City to the residential house of one Romulo Sudiang a.k.a “BOY” at Purok Sweetlove, Barangay Dumagoc, Pagadian City. The search was witness by Media practitioner Jerson Galotera Fuertes, Brgy Chairwoman Ellaine Mae Mituda and Barangay Officials as witness during the conduct of operation. Recovered evidences are the following items to wit: Twenty (20) pieces live ammunitions of 5.56 caliber, One (1) piece live ammo of .380 caliber, Two (2) pieces gun holster, One (1) piece magazine pouch, One (1) piece fake PNP ID and Eight (music) pieces assorted firearms license card.

ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT ON ONE TIME BIG TIME OPERATION

At around 8:00 PM of March 7, 2016, joint PNP elements of Pagadian CPS, PAIDSOTF and 2nd MC RPSB9 served three (3) Search Warrants. The Search  Warrant Nr  002-2K16 for violation of R.A. 10591 and 003-2K16 for violation of R.A. 9165 to the residential house of certain Tingaw Abas y Sumusod situated at Purok Iranon, Barangay Muricay, Pagadian City. Raiding team recovered the following drug paraphernalia to wit: one (1) piece wooden box color pink containing sixteen (16) pieces folded aluminum foils, one (1) piece heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing several pieces of plastic sachets, one (1) piece disposable lighter, one (1) piece disposable blade and one (1) set sewing needles. And Search Warrant Nr 004-2K16 for violation of R.A. 9165 to the residential house of Cheryl Colonia y Pimentel, 49 years old, female, married, a resident of Block 7 Lot 19 Lower Phase, Alta Tierra Tiguma, Pagadian City, issued by Hon. Romeo T. Descallar, Executive Judge, RTC Branch 19, 9th Judicial Region, Pagadian City. The searching team able to recover inside her bedroom the following drug paraphernalia to wit: one (1) piece electronic weighing scale, four (4) pieces disposable lighters, one (1) piece improvised carton funnel, two (2) pieces folded aluminum foils, two (2) pieces empty small size heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet, one (1) piece aluminum pipe, one (1) roll aluminum foil. Investigator is now preparing the necessary documents for an inquest proceeding against Cheryl Colonia y Pimentel for violation of Sec. 12 of R.A. 9165 and regular proceeding against Tingaw Abas y Sumusod for violation of Sec. 12 of R.A. 9165 to be forwarded at Pagadian City Prosecutors Office.

ACCOMPLISHMENT ON CONFISCATION OF HAND GRENADE AND ARRESTED

At about 4:30 pm March 6, 2016, PNP elements of Dumingag MPS led by SPO2 Mensel Econg Lao responded a cellular phone call of Mr. Joseph Ramil Labisig for Police assistance to  rescue the minor named Rizel Mae Telesporo Lacida, 14 years old who was a victim of maltreatment of her step-father Eugenio Puno Jr. at Purok 1, Barangay Libertad, Dumingag, Zamboanga del Sur and while at the house of the aforesaid suspect, PNP team saw one hand grenade in plain view placed on top of their dress cabinet and immediately arrested one Eugenio Puno Jr. Arrested suspect now under the custody of Dumingag MPS for proper disposition while  appropriate case is being prepared for immediate filing in court.
