Report On Lambat Sibat in Dumingag

The PNP elements of Dumingag Municipal Police Station led by PCI EDGAR R HINOCTAN, COP responded to a phone call from Hon. Edgar Tan, Barangay Captain of Sinonok, Dumingag, Zamboanga Del Sur at around 2:30 in the afternoon of March 1, 2016, turned over the living body of Ricky Sumampon Bano, 28 years old, married, farmer, and a resident of Purok 4, Barangay Bagumbayan, Dumingag, ZDS which voluntarily surrendered. Subject person is a suspect of hacking incident that transpired at Barangay Bagumbayan, Sergio Osmeña last February 29, 2016 at about 3:00 pm wherein victim identified as Analyn Cudas Taata, Agapito Cudas and three others. Suspect is now under the custody of Dumingag MPS for proper disposition.

Implementation Through Search Warrant in Guipos

The PNP elements of Guipos Municipal Police Station led by PINSP AUGUSTUS A ROSENDO, OIC proceeded to Purok 4, Barangay Poblacion, Guipos, Zamboanga Del Sur at about  4:30 in the morning of March 1, 2016,  purposely to implement search warrant number 2016-07  issued by Hon. Judge Pacifico Cimafranca, Presiding Judge of 8th MCTC Dumalinao, Zds, issued on February 26, 2016 against Nicholas Betor, a resident of said place which resulted to a shootout between the subject person together with his wife Pahima Montimor Betor and the PNP elements of Guipos MPS. During the operation, the PNP team arrived at the subject’s house carrying the said search warrant, knocked at the door and introduced themselves as police officers. However, the subject person ignored the several knocking of the door. After which, the PNP team forcibly entered the house but when inside, suddenly the subject (Nicholas Betor), who already armed himself, fired his firearm hitting the left shoulder of Pinsp Augustus Rosendo and ran towards the kitchen door to escape. The PNP team then secured Pinsp Rosendo and then followed by the hot pursuit of the subject at the kitchen when another gunfire came from the room inside the house occurred which followed by the PNP team to Return Fire To The Said Room Which Resulted To Hit The Subject Wife, Pahima Montimor Betor who was then brought by her relatives to Jamellarin Hospital, Pagadian City for immediate treatment, while PINSP ROSENDO was also brought to same hospital by PNP personnel of Guipos MPS. Subject person, Nicholas Betor who shot Pinsp Rosendo successfully escaped and eluded the arrest. PNP personnel of the said municipal police station together with a team of PPSC conducted hot pursuit operation for possible apprehension of the suspect. Investigator on case: PO2 Rammel M. The PNP personnel of Pagadian City Police Station, Zamboanga Del Sur led by SPO3 Carlos Omentic, warrant server together with PO3 Marieson Ganta under the supervision of PSUPT MICHAEL P PALERMO, served and effected the arrest of Raquel Haganos Maca, 59 years old, widow, and a resident of zone 2, Tiguma, Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 9:00 in the morning of March 1, 2016, by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Hon.  Joel G Vercide, Presiding Judge of MTCC branch 01, 9th Judicial Region, Pagadian City docketed under criminal case number 17343 for the crime of falsification of public document. The suspect was arrested at her residence and is now temporarily detained at PCPS while waiting for court final adjudication. The bail for her temporary liberty is fixed by the issuing court amounting to ₱12,000.00.

The PNP personnel of Pagadian City Police Station of Zamboanga Del Sur led by SPO3 Carlos Omentic, warrant server together with PO3 Marieson Ganta under the supervision of PSUPT MICHAEL P PALERMO, served and effected the arrest of Mila Dongallo Ceniza, 47 years old, married, and a resident of Purok Saray, San Jose, Municipality Of Aurora, ZDS at about   9:30 in the morning of March 1, 2016, by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Hon. Joel G Vercide, Presiding Judge of MTCC branch 01, 9th Judicial Region, Pagadian City docketed under criminal case number 17343 for the crime of falsification of public document. The suspect was arrested at the Justice Hall of Gatas District, Pagadian City and is now temporarily detained at PCPS while waiting for court final adjudication. The bail for her temporary liberty is fixed by the issuing court amounting to ₱12,000.00.
