Shooting Incident
MAHAYAG - Shooting incident transpired at Purok 5,
Barangay Daniel C. Mantos, Mahayag, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 03:20 PM of
February 2, 2017. Wherein victim identified as Joseph Babanto Pabiran Alias “Joy”, 46 years old, married and a
resident of Purok 5, Barangay Daniel C. Mantos, Mahayag, Zamboanga Del Sur was
shot by a certain Brando Gonzagon, together with his four (4) unidentified male
companions. Victim sustained a gunshot wound on his right hand and right thigh
and was brought to Mhars Hospital, Ozamis City for medication. Suspect fled to
unknown direction. Mahayag MPS is now conducting follow-up investigation and
hot pursuit operation for their possible identification and arrest.
