REPORTED INCIDENT - June 21, 2017

Hacking Incident

RAMON MAGSAYSAY - Hacking incident occurred at Purok 2, Barangay Campo V, Ramon Magsaysay, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 6:30 PM of June 19, 2017. The suspect was identified as Carmelito Villarmia Panoy, 50 years old, single, farmer and resident of said place. Initial investigation disclosed that the victim Roylan Flores Mahinay, 50 years old, single, farmer and a resident of Purok Maki-Angayon, Barangay Campo Iv, Ramon Magsaysay Zamboanga Del Sur. The suspect and victim were having a drinking spree, when they went home had heated argument which lead the suspect hack the victim several times hitting the different parts of his body and subsequently brought to Mharsgen Hospital Ozamiz City, Misamis Occidental for immediate medical treatment. Suspect is now temporarily detained at Ramon Magsaysay MPS for appropriate charges in court. Investigator on-case is Po3 Jimmer W. Urot w/ CP no. 09102989091.

Shooting Incident

LAPUYAN - Shooting incident transpired at Purok Palace, Tuguha, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 2:20 PM of June 20, 2017, wherein victim Romel Bregondo Cabasag, 40 years old, male, married, farmer and a resident of Purok Palace, Barangay Tiguha, Lapuyan, Zamboanga Del Sur was shot by unidentified person. Initial investigation disclosed that the victim having a break together with his companion after planting rice suddenly unidentified suspects wearing mask arrived and without apparent reason shot the victim hitting on his left leg upper knee and left shoulder back portion. Suspects fled to unknown direction. Victim was immediately brought to lapuyan municipal health center and later transferred to Margosatubig Regional Hospital for medical treatment. Recovered from the crime scene were three (3) pieces of fired cartridges of caliber .30 Garand rifle. PNP personnel of Lapuyan MPS conducted follow up investigation to determine the motive and arrest of the suspect. Investigator on case is Po1 Joenar Omaña with contact 09505644900. 

OPERATIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORTS

Project Double Barrel

AURORA - Operatives of Aurora MPS and Zamboanga Del Sur-Drug Enforcement Unit conducted a joint drug buy-bust operation at Barangay Hall, Barangay La Victoria, Aurora, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 3:40 PM of June 20, 2017.The Operation resulted to the arrest of Antonio Mutia Yabut, 41 years old, married, farmer and a resident of Purok 1, Brgy. La Victoria, Aurora, Zamboanga Del Sur. Recovered from his possession were; (1) straw like heat sealed transparent plastic sachet of white crystalline substance believe to be shabu (buy bust), one (1) rolled aluminum foil two (2) pieces of one (1) one hundred peso bills used as marked money with serial numbers fx765652, ks003770. Arrested subject person is presently detained at PDEU Office At Capitol Complex, Pagadian City for filing appropriate charges in court.

Serving of Warrant of Arrest

PAGADIAN CITY - Operatives of Pagadian City Police Station conducted service of warrant of arrest at Hofiliña Hospital, Gatas District, Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 10:00 AM of June 20, 2017. The operation resulted to the arrest of Esther Maglasang Alamada, 52 years old, female, married and a resident of Purok Nangka, Barangay Banale, Pagadian City by the virtue of alias warrant of arrest issued by Honorable Reinerio (Abraham) B. Ramas, Presiding Judge, Branch 18, 9th Judicial Region, Pagadian City for the crime of estafa docketed under cc# 5906-2k issued on august 20, 2001.  With bail bond recommended amounted to sixteen thousand pesos (Php 16,000.00). Arrested subject person is presently detained at said police station waiting for final adjudication from court.
