Theft
Suspect Arrested in Mahayag
Joint PNP personnel of Mahayag MPS and
personnel of Garcia Hernandez Police Station conducted police operation
(Service of Arrest Warrant) at Purok 1, Barangay Delusom, Mahayag, Zamboanga
del Sur on June 9, 2018 at about 1:30 PM.
The operation resulted to the arrest of
Noel Orbeta Y Bunsocan, 41 years old, married, jobless, and resident of Purok
1, Barangay Delusom, Mahayag, Zamboangadel Sur.
The accused was arrested by virtue of
Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Qualified Theft, docketed under Criminal
Case No. 20951, issued by Hon. Suceso A. Arcamo, Presiding Judge, Tagbilaran
City, Bohol, Philippines, dated April 30, 2018 with bail bond recommended of
(Php 30,000.00).
Subject person is now temporary
detained at Mahayag MPS detention cell awaiting court disposition.
