Worker Arrested in San Miguel for Violation of RA 7610
SAN MIGUEL, Zamboanga del Sur (June 12,
2018) - PNP personnel of San Miguel MPS conducted police operation on wanted
person (Service of Arrest Warrant) at Purok Bakhaw Bay, Brgy Kawit, Pagadian
City at about 5:30 PM of June 11, 2018.
The operation resulted in the arrest of
Felix Ocapan Cañete, 24 years old, married, construction worker and a resident
of Purok Las Hermanas, Poblacion, San Miguel, Zamboanga Del Sur.
He was arrested by virtue of warrant of
arrest for the crime of Act Of Lasciviousness In Relation to RA 7610 docketed
under Criminal Case No. 17-023, issued by Hon Ruben N Bance, Presiding Judge of
RTC, Branch 29, San Miguel, Zamboanga Del Sur with bail bond recommended
of Thirty Six Thousand (P36, 000. 00)
Pesos for his temporary liberty.
The arrested accused is now under the
temporary custody of San Miguel MPS for proper disposition. (By JONG CADION)

9165 Violator in Lapuyan Nabbed in Iligan City
LAPUYAN, Zamboanga del Sur - Combined elements
of Lapuyan MPS and Iligan City Police Station conducted a manhunt operation at
Barangay Camagui, Iligan City about 2:42 PM of June 12, 2018.
The operation was resulted to the
arrest of one (1) Lyzette Tabada y Diplon, 35 years old, female, single, and a
resident of Purok Kalimudan, Barangay Poblacion, Lapuyan Zamboanga del Sur.
The person was arrested is by virtue of
a Warrant of Arrest for violation of RA 9165 or otherwise known as the "Comprehensive
Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002." The case was docketed under Criminal Case
No: 15-133, issued by Hon. Ruben N. Bance, Presiding Judge, RTC Branch 29, San
Miguel, Zamboanga Del Sur with recommended bail bond amounting to Two Hundred
Thousand Pesos (Php200, 000).
Said accused is now under the custody
of Lapuyan MPS for proper disposition while waiting for the issuance of
commitment order from the court.
