Shooting Incident in San Pablo            

A shooting incident transpired at Purok Nangka, Sitio Loquibong, Brgy Pongapong, San Pablo, Zamboanga Del Sur At about 8:45 PM of June 5, 2018.

The victim was identified as Ronie Lobina Abalos, Sr. 42 years old, married, driver by occupation, and a resident at aforesaid place was shot by an unidentified persons.

Initial investigation conducted disclosed that before the shooting incident took place, allegedly, four (4) unidentified persons pretending to be customers, drinking beer at the store owned by the victim.

After consuming 1 bottle of beer, allegedly, two of the above-mentioned customers, approached and shot the victim without any apparent reasons.

The victim sustained several gunshot wounds on his body and immediately rushed to Pagadian City, Jamelarin Hospital for immediate treatment.

Recovered from the crime scene were seven (7) empty shells of 45 caliber pistol and four (4) deformed slugs.

Motive of the incident is still to be determined. The unidentified suspects immediately fled away towards Barangay Lumbayao, San Pablo direction after the incident.

The PNP personnel of San Pablo MPS conducted manhunt operation to possibly identify, locate and arrest the fleeing suspects. Investigator is SP03 Eleazar F Mantos with CP # 09309915410.

Rape Suspect Arrested in Labangan

On June 5, 2018 at about 3:30 PM, PNP elements of this Labangan MPS successfully arrested one (1) wanted person named Danilo Tagala Tingtingan, 40 years old, male, married, famer and a resident of Purok Matinabangon, Barangay San Isidro, Labangan, Zamboanga del Sur.

 

Subject person has standing Warrant of Arrest for the crime of (5) five counts Rape with Criminal Case Number 13838-2k18, 13839-2k18, 13840-2k18, 13841-2k18 and 13842-2k18 issued by Hon. Analyn F. Ramas-Contanilla, Acting Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 22, 9th Judicial Region, Pagadian City with no bail recommended for his temporary liberty.

Warrant was issued on April 27, 2018. Subject person was arrested at Purok Matinabangon, Barangay San Isidro, Labangan, Zamboanga Del Sur.

Subject person is now temporarily detained at Labangan MPS lock-up cell while waiting commitment order from issuing court.

Shooting Incident in V.Sagun          

Shooting incident transpired at Purok Alindahaw, Barangay Kapatagan, Vicenzo Sagun, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 7:15 PM of June 4, 2018.

The victim was identified as Alex Gregorio Nanaman, 51 years old, married, farmer and a resident of Purok Mindahila of said Barangay was shot to death by unidentified suspect.

Acting on the said report, Elements of Vicenzo Sagun MPS proceeded to the place of incident to verify the said report.

Initial investigation conducted disclosed that, prior to the incident, the victim was playing billiard with his friends. On that instance, while the victim was sitting at the bench waiting for his turn to play suddenly the victim was shot at the back of his head which resulted to his instantaneous death.

According to some witnesses, the unidentified suspect was wearing dark jacket with hood and was hiding between the three blankets hanged outside the place of incident and shot the victim at about more or less two (2) meters distance from behind and immediately escaped towards unknown direction.

Further, investigation disclosed that the victim was shot using a cal.45 based on the recovered spent shell recovered at the crime scene.

Investigator on-case is still conducting follow-up investigation to identify the suspect and to determine the motive of the incident. Investigator is SPO1 Jisefel N Quiapo with CP # 09094524029.

Top Number 3 Most Wanted Person Nabbed in Tambulig  

PNP elements of Tambulig MPS together with Provincial Intelligence Branch, Zamboanga Sibugay PPO conducted Joint manhunt operation against Most Wanted Person at Purok 7, Barangay Gabunon, Tambulig, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 10:30 AM of June 05, 2018.

This resulted in the arrest of Rosil Salunoy Camporedondo, 28 years old, married, Farmer and a resident of Purok Caimito, Barangay Tuluan, Tambulig.

Subject person was Top number 3 Most Wanted Person Municipal level and arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest with criminal case number 2016-10-3159 issued by Hon. Jaime B. Caberte, Presiding Judge of RTC 9th Judicial Region Branch 23, Molave, Zamboanga del Sur.

The suspect was accused for the crime of Robbery With Bail Bond recommended amounting to eight thousand pesos (Php 80, 000.00) for his temporary liberty.

Arrested accused is now temporary detained at Tambulig MPS locked-up cell while waiting the commitment order from the issuing court for proper disposition.
