Man Arrested in Lapuyan for Violation of R.A. 7610 Child Abuse

LAPUYAN, Zamboanga del Sur (Aug.25, 2018) – The PNP personnel of Lapuyan Police Station, Zamboanga Del Sur PPO successfully arrested wanted person during the conduct of police operation on wanted person (Service of Arrest Warrant) at about 12:30 PM of August 23, 2018 at Barangay Pingalay, Lapuyan, Zamboanga Del Sur.

The operating team identified the arrested person as Abdula Alo Amirol @ Ando, 43, male married and resident of Purok Seashore Barangay Pingalay, Lapuyan, Zamboanga Del Sur.

The accused was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for violation to R.A. 7610 Child Abuse under criminal case number 18-075 issued by Hon. Ruben N Bance presiding judge of RTC Branch 29 of San Miguel Zamboanga Del Sur with a bail bond recommended of Eighty Thousand Pesos (Php80, 000.00) for his temporary liberty.

Man Arrested in Pagadian City for Violation of City Ordinance

PAGADIAN CITY (Aug. 25, 2018) – The PNP personnel of Pagadian City Police Station arrested one person during the conduct of police operation on wanted person (Service of Arrest Warrant) at about 2:30pm of August 23, 2018 at Zone 2, Barangay Tiguma, PagadianCity.

The operating team identified the arrested person as John Anthony Pielago Francisco, 27 years old, male with live-in partner, Filipino and a resident of Zone 2, Barangay Tiguma, Pagadian City.

The accused was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest with criminal case number 51056 issued by Honorable Judge Rochelle Marie R. Zambas-Ucat, Presiding Judge, Municipal Trial Court in Cities, Branch 4, Hall of Justice, Libertad, Butuan City for “Violation of SP Ordinance No. 89492/ 2062-96 section 31.07”( Traffic and Transportation Code of Butuan City–City Traffic Ordinance “ Disregarding Traffic Signs”) issued on July 26, 2018 with a recommended bail bond of Two Thousand Pesos (Php2, 000.00) for his temporary liberty.

1 person wounded in Stabbing Incident

PAGADIAN CITY (Aug.25, 2018) – One person was woundd in stabbing incident transpired at Senior Pedros Lechon Manok establishment located at Cerilles St., Corner Salazar St., Santa Maria Dist., Pagadian City At about 8:30 PM of August 24, 2018.

The victim identified as Almer A. Nuevo aka Mansor, Filipino, 22 years old, male, single, Agar-Agar Harvester, and a resident of Molave, Zamboanga del Sur was stabbed by two unidentified suspect riding-in-tandem on board a XRM Black and White.

Investigation disclosed, that the victim together with a certain Asya Cana, female, 40 years old, businesswoman, and a resident of Tarakan, Dinas, Zamboanga Del Sur, was waiting for a passenger tricycle after eating at the said establishment when he was approached by two unidentified male person riding-in-tandem on board Honda XRM Color Black and White with for registration plate.

The victim claimed that he was boxed three times by the back rider who was wearing White Shirt and Maong Pants with black close helmet and thereafter stabbed four times with the use of a knife.

The suspect driver who was wearing black jacket, blue maong pants and also in black close helmet immediately picked-up the back rider from a distance and immediately fled to unknown direction.

The victim was then brought by a concern citizen to Zamboanga Del Sur Medical Center, Dao, Pagadian City. Based on the initial findings of the attending physician, the victim sustained four stab wounds which described as follows;

a) Two stab wounds at the back;

b) One stab wound at the right upper shoulder; and

c) One stab wound at the right lower shoulder; The Victim is now under observation at the above-mentioned hospital. The motive of the incident is still to be determined. Investigator is PO3 Danilyn R Limbo with CP number 09101750105.

Suicide Incident in Tabina, Zamboanga Del Sur

TABINA, Zamboanga del Sur (Aug.25, 2-19) - A suicide incident transpired at Purok Balite, Brgy Baganian, Tabina, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 08:30 M of August 23, 2018. Investigation conducted disclosed that a certain Fely Florida y Villegas, male, 36 years old, single, fisherman and presently residing at Purok Balite, Brgy Baganian, Tabina, Zamboanga Del Sur, hanged himself using 17 pcs bundled #30 fishing nylon that was tied at the wooden roof thrush of their house towards his neck.

SPO2 Nimrod B. Baja, case investigator disclosed that Carolyn Rendula y Maghanoy, female, 35 years old, the live-in-partner of the victim for ten years, said that his live-in partner had a drinking spree together with their neighbors at a nearby store, eventually got drunk, accordingly, every time he gets drunk, he loses control of himself and resorts to breaking/throwing/destroying house materials/items and worst, physically assaults her live-in partner as he lost control of himself.

Prior to that, Carolyn advised her live-in partner to stop drinking alcoholic beverage but he didn’t bother to obey her advice. Carolyn who felt ill last night because of fever opted to sleep at his parent’s house also at the same Purok in order to avoid his drunken live-in partner, and told her live-in partner to go home.

At about 10:30 o’clock in the evening, Fely Florida went home alone. Their neighbors heard Fely Florida shouting, throwing something, destroying the wooden wall of their house and even crying alone. Their neighbors were used to his actuations when he gets drunk. Meanwhile, at about 07:00 o’clock in the morning of August 23, 2018, Carolyn Rendula went to their house to check her live-in partner and their house thinking that the drunkenness of Fely had already subside but was surprise to find out the lifeless body of her live-in partner hanged at their house. Further investigation disclosed that Fely Florida had attempted to commit suicide in the past but was halted.

2 person wounded in Shooting Incident

MARGOSATUBIG, ZamboSur (Aug. 25, 2018) – Two person were wounded in Shooting incident transpired at Purok Carabao Grass, Brgy. Sagua, Margosatubig, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 8:30 PM of August 23, 2018.

Upon receipt of the report, PNP personnel of Margosatubig MPS immediately proceeded to the reported place of incident to verify the veracity of the report. Upon arrival thereat, the victim was already brought by the residents in the area at Margosatubig Regional Hospital.

The victim was identified as Jainur Ibrahim Mama, 20 years old and Abdurajack Villanueva Bantos, 21 years old both single, students and a resident of Brgy. Saloawagan, Dimataling, Zamboanga Del Sur.

Investigation conducted disclosed that victims were riding a single motorcycle coming from Brgy. Mulom, Lapuyan, Zamboanga Del Sur bound for Brgy. Sagua, Margostubig, Zamboanga Del Sur purposely to eat Balot. That upon reaching Purok Carabao Grass, Brgy. Sagua, Margosatubig, Zamboanga Del Sur, suddenly a Single MC from their back followed them and immediately fired one gunshot with the used of unknown caliber of firearm hitting both of them that resulted them to fell on the ground.

After the incident the unidentified suspect fled to unknown direction. Victim Jainur was hit on his back that existed on his chest that hit also the back of Abdurajack body.

Both victims are now being confined at Margosatubig Regional Hospital. PNP personnel of Margosatubig MPS are now conducting follow-up investigation for the possible identity, motive and arrest of the suspects.

Accomplishment on Recovered Loose Firearms

DUMALINAO, ZamboSur (Aug. 2018) - On August 23, 2018 at about 11:30 AM, the person of Dominador Flores Espinosa, 65 years old, married, driver, a resident of Purok Manga Brgy Camanga Dumalinao Zamboanga del Sur, personally appeared to Dumalinao MPS and reported that he was been pointed by a gun by certain Alijandro Hermoso Capuyan, a resident of Purok Upper Dongoan Brgy Rebokon Dumalinao Zamboanga del Sur, while he was driven grader for road repair from Brgy Pantad bound to Brgy Metokong, Dumalinao, Zamboanga del Sur for no apparent reason.

Upon receipt of the report, PNP element of Dumalinao MPS together with the victim, responded and proceeded to the aforesaid place of incident at Purok Upper Dongoan, Brgy Rebokon, Dumalinao, Zamboanga Del Sur and successfully arrested one Alijandro Hermoso Capuyan, 56 years old, married, school guard of Rebokon Elementary School, whom under the influenced of liquor and positively identified by the victim who pointed him a gun.

Recovered from the possession and control of the suspect is one caliber .45 with markings 1911-A1 45 ACP with serial no 121401 with one magazine inserted and loaded with four live ammunition. Suspect is now under the custody of Dumalinao MPS for proper disposition.

4 Held in Lapuyan, Zamboanga Del Sur for Illegal Fishing

LAPUYAN, ZamboSur (Aug. 25, 2018) – The PNP elements of Lapuyan MPS arrested four person during the conduct of Seaborne Patrol around the Domanquillas Bay Sea Water of Lapuyan Zamboanga Del Sur at about 4:30 PM of August 23, 2018.

The operating tema identified the arrested four person as:

Caisil B Birin, 30, married,

Nenet J Arquiza, 18, married,

Basit J Abarene, 18, single and

Hairal T Majid, male married all resident of Sitio Luguimit, Margosatubig Zamboanga Del Sur.

All said person were caught in the act Illegally fishing in the marine Sanctuary of Lapuyan, Zamboanga del Sur.

Apprehended persons were turned over to the Municipal Agriculture officer of Lapuyan, Zamboanga del Sur for proper disposition.

Murder Suspect Arrested in San Pablo, Zamboanga Del Sur

SAN PABLO, ZamboSur (Aug. 25, 2018) – The PNP personnel of San Pablo MPS conducted police operation on wanted person (Service of Arrest Warrant) at about 5:30 AM of August 23, 2018 at Purok 3, Barangay Bubual, San Pablo, Zamboanga Del Sur.

The operation was resulted to the arrest of Felix Balansag Y Manlangit, 27 years old, single, farming by occupation and resident of Purok 3, Barangay Bubual, San Pablo, Zamboanga Del Sur.

The accused was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of Murder. The accused is now temporary detained at San Pablo MPS for proper disposition (By JONG CADION)
