RA 9262 Violator Arrested at Pitogo, Zamboanga Del Sur

PITOGO, ZamboSur (Aug. 2, 2018) - A 25-year old man was arrested by operatives of Pitogo MPS at during law enforcement operation at Purok 4, Brgy Panubigan, Pitogo, Zambonaga Del Sur at about 9:10 AM of August 1, 2018.  

Pitogo Police identified the arrested as Ernesto Yap Tangyang Jr, 25 years old, married farmer and resident of the above-mentioned place

The accused was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest docketed under Criminal Case # 19-035 for Violation of RA 9262 with bail recommended of P 24,000.00 issued by Hon Ruben N Bance, Presiding Judge 9th Judicial Region, RTC Branch 29, San Miguel, Zamboanga Del Sur on May 4, 2017.

The arrested wanted person is now under the custody of Pitogo MPS for documentation and booking procedure prior turn over to the issuing court for proper disposition.

Wanted Man Arrested in Bayog, Zamboanga Del Sur

BAYOG, ZamboSur (Aug. 2, 2018) - Operatives of Bayog Municipal Police Station led by its Chief of Police Senior Inspector June A Lawingan conducted manhunt operation at Purok 3, Brgy Upper Conacon, Bayog, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 6:00 AM of August 1, 2018.

The operation was led to the successful arrest of Diosdado Gumolon y Tumagna, 64 years old, married, farmer and resident of the above-mentioned place

The accused was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest docketed under Criminal Case # 1759-B for Qualified Malicious Mischief with bail recommended of Php10, 000.00 issued by Hon Norlinda R Amante-Descallar, Presiding Judge 13th Municipal CTC, 9th Judicial Region, Kumalarang, Zamboanga Del Sur on January 21, 2015

The arrested person is now under the custody of Bayog MPS for documentation and booking procedure prior turn over to the issuing court for proper disposition.

Murder Suspect Captured in Margosatubig, Zamboanga del Sur

MARGOSATUBIG, ZamboSur (Aug. 2, 2018) – The Joint PNP elements from Provincial Intelligence Branch of Zamboanga Del Sur PPO, Margosatubig MPS, Lapuyan MPS and PDEA Zamboanga del Sur successfully arrested murder suspect during the conduct of manhunt operation at Purok Gumamela, Barangay Igat Island, Margosatubig, Zamboanga Del Sur about 11:00am of July 31, 2018

  

Police identified the arrested wanted person as Mansur Manguda Y Abdurajak, 28 years old, married, fisherman and a resident of Purok Bombil, Igat Island, Margosatubig, Zamboanga del Sur

The accused was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for Murder under Criminal Case no. I-4595 issued on August 5, 2010 by Hon. Reubin Maraon, RTC 24 of Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay, with no bail recommended and Frustrated Murder under Criminal Case 17-210 issued on January 11, 2018 by Hon. Ruben N. Bance, presiding judge of RTC branch 29 with Two Hundred Thousand(200, 000.00) pesos recommended bail. 

The arrested subject person is now under the custody of Margosatubig MPS for proper disposition.
