Butcher
held for possessing illegal drugs
Aurora, Zamboanga Del
Sur - a 24 years old butcher was arrested by the PNP elements of Aurora Police
Station led by Police Senior Inspector Heidel B. Te-elan during hot pursuit
operation along the national highway of Barangay Anonang, Aurora, Zamboanga Del
Sur at about 4:00 PM of July 21, 2014. Suspect was identified as Andrew Puavin
y Tuba, 24, single, resident of Poblacion, Aurora. He was arrested after he
hurdle his driven Honda wave and ignored an established checkpoint manned by
the PNP elements of said police station. When being frisked, the PNP team was
able to confiscate from the suspect’s possession a long strip of heat-sealed
plastic sachet containing white substance believed to be Shabu. Suspect was
later brought and detained at the Aurora Police Station for proper disposition
of the case.
Stabbing
incident in Tambulig
Stabbing incident in
Barangay Dimalinao, Tambulig, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 6:00 AM of July 21,
2014. The victim was identified as Jone Tantan Y Redoble, 21 years old and a
resident of said place. He was stabbed by suspect identified as Arnel Enriquez,
22, resident of said place with the used of bladed instrument. Investigation conducted
disclosed that the victim and the suspect were walking going to the coconut
farm which they took cared purposely to harvest coconut wine, however, upon
reaching several meters away from the house of the aforesaid victim, the
suspect stabbed the victim with the use of a bladed instrument. Said victim
sustained multiple stabbed wounds at his body and immediately brought to
Tambulig Community Hospital for his immediate medication. The Tambulig Police
Station is now conducting follow – up investigation and hot pursuit operation
to possibly locate and arrest the suspect.
Man
with homicide case nabbed
Misamis Occidental -
PNP elements of Mahayag Police Station arrested a wanted man during the conduct
of alias warrant of arrest against him in Barangay Tungas, Misamis Occidental at
about 4:00 PM of July 21, 2014. Suspect was identified as Edilberto Am-Is “aka”
Eddie. He was arrested for violation of Republic Act 7610 with no bail
recommended with criminal case number 2011-10-2404 issued by Jaime B Caberte Presiding
Judge, Ninth Judicial Region Branch 23, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur dated October
17, 2011 and attempted homicide with criminal case number 4921-m issued by
Crislyn C Pangindian Batar Presiding Judge of 11th, Municipal Court Trial in
Citis- Mahayag, Dumingag and Josefina 9th Judicial Region Mahayag, Zamboanga
Del Sur dated April 25, 2014. Suspect was brought and detained to the Mahayag
Police Station for booking and for proper disposition.
EHICULAR ACCIDENT
On or about
9:35 in the evening of July 22, 2014 at Purok Talaba, Camanga, Dumalinao,
Zamboanga Del Sur along national highway Pagadian-Zamboanga City road wherein
two (2) single motorcycle were involved in a vehicular accident. A single motorcycle Honda XRM 125, color
yellow, with plate no. 8251-sa, driven by Geraldo Sajulga Y Sajul, resident of
Begong, Tigbao, Zamboanga Del Sur and a single motorcycle Yamaha Crypton, with
plate no. JO-2904, owned by Dickeer Adorable Y Pedroso, 37 years old, married,
LGU employee of Dumalinao, and a resident of Camanga, Dumalinao, Zamboanga Del
Sur. initial investigation conducted by the responding PNP elements of
Dumalinao Police Station disclosed that, single motorcycle Yamaha Crypton was
parked at above-mention place when accidentally bumped by single motorcycle
Honda XRM 125 coming from Dumalinao, bound for Tigbao, Zamboanga Del Sur with
three (3) back riders identified as Mary Jane Tangcod, 13 years old, and a
resident of Dungos, Dinas, Zamboanga Del Sur, Ramil Canaba Y Paciol, 45 years
old, married and a resident of Pinig-Libano, Dumalinao, Zamboanga Del Sur and
Gelardo Sajulga, of legal age. Further, victim Mary Jane Tangcod was forcibly
abducted and forced to drink intoxicating liquor at Dumalinao Public Market and
will be brought to Begong, Tigbao, Zamboanga Del Sur for unknown reason.
Recovered from the possession and control of Gelardo Sajulga was one (1) unit
cellular phone owned by Mary Jane Tangcod. All were brought to Jamellarin
Hospital for medical treatment and after their medication said two (2) male
riders where brought back to Dumalinao Police Station for proper disposition
while appropriate charges now being prepared against them for filling in court.
FORCIBLE ABDUCTION AND ARREST OF SUSPECT
Abduction in Dumalinao Zamboanga Del Sur was occurred at the Public
Market at about 9:30 AM of July 22, 2014. Investigation showed by Dumalinao PS
that victim identified as Mary Jane Tangcob was forced to drink intoxicating
liquor by the alleged suspects identified as RamilCanaba y Paciol and Geraldo
Sajulga y Sajul at the video karaoke bar situated at the public market. After
the victim consumed a bottle of beer, suspects took the advantage to embark the
victim on their single motorcycle and further brought her at Barangay Begong,
Tigbao, ZDS. When said motorcycle was in motioned victim regained energy and
tried to resist and struggled from the suspects which resulted to the lost
control of the suspect on the steering wheel of the motorcycle along PurokTalaba,
Barangay Camanga, Dumalinao, ZDS bumped to a parked single motorcycle Crypton.
Incident was immediately reported to the nearest Police Station led by PSI LEE
ERIC SALE HUMPA. Victim was rescued while suspects were apprehended. However
another suspect was indicted by the victim as accessories of the crime
identified as JenalynNanding y Sumadja. A case of Forcible Abduction and Child
Abused is filed against the suspects.
OPERATIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
RECOVERY OF
STOLEN MOTORCYCLE
On or about 4:10 in the morning of
July 23, 2014, one (1) Pat Dennis Calliao Y Hermosilla, 35 years old, married,
Project Development Assistant at Provincial Governor’s Office, Pagadian City
and resident of Mabini St., Barangay Maloloy-On, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur,
personally appeared before the PNP Compac located at Public Market Area,
Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur and reported that his issued Government Honda
Motorcycle Tmx 155 color blue bearing plate number SF-9745 while being parked
in front of the of Toto Pintacasi, Lapu-Lapu St., Barangay Maloloy-On, Molave,
Zamboanga Del Sur was stolen by suspect identified as one (1) Junrey Pahang, 25
years old, single, jobless and resident of Yangco St., Purok Venus, Barangay
Maloloy-On, Zamboanga Del Sur. Immediately, responding PNP elements assigned at
Compac Public Market conducted hot pursuit operation against the fleeing
suspect which resulted to the recovery of the said motorcycle at corner Rizal
Avenue, Roxas St., Poblacion Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur while suspect managed to
escape and fled to unknown direction. said motorcycle now under the custody of
Molave Police Station for proper disposition while a case for violation of R.A.
6539 case is now being prepared against the fleeing suspect.
SHOOTING INCIDENT
On or about
11:20 in the evening of July 23, 2014, Mahayag Police Station received a report
that there was a shooting incident that transpired at Purok 6, Mahayag,
Zamboanga Del Sur. Immediately, PNP elements of Mahayag Police Station responded/proceeded
to the aforesaid place to conduct ocular inspection and investigation. victims
were identified as identified as Simeon Ortez Monsanto, 56 years old and her daughter Marjorie Almidor Monsanto, 11 years old, both residents of the
above-mentioned place were shot by unidentified suspect/s with the used of
undetermined type of firearm. initial investigation conducted Mahayag Police
Station disclosed that at around 10:30 in the evening of July 23, 2014, while
Simeon Monsanto was inside the comfort room of their house when unidentified
suspect/s suddenly shot him four (4) times while his daughter Marjorie who was
also awake was hit by stray bullet. Victim Simeon Monsanto sustained gunshot
wound at the left portion of his back while his daughter Marjorie was hit at
her breast and were rushed Mahayag Community Hospital and subsequently
transferred to Zamboanga Del Sur Medical Center for medical treatment. Mahayag
Police Station now conducting thorough investigation for the possible
identified of the suspect/s and to know the motive of the incident.
On or about
7:47 in the evening of July 23, 2014, Hon. Roberto Tigtig, Barangay Captain of
Barangay Barubuhan, Sominot, Zamboanga Del Sur appeared to Sominot Police
Station informing that a shooting incident transpired at said place wherein
victim identified as Damaso Andales Y Muñez, 55 years old widower, faith healer
and a resident at Purok 2, Barangay Barubuhan, Sominot, Zamboanga Del Sur was
shot to death with the use of homemade shotgun by unidentified person. PNP
elements of Sominot Police Station proceeded to same place to verify the
veracity of said report. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that, said
victim went inside the house of certain Trinidad Superales which he usually
slept at night to get his jacket more or less 30 meters in distance from the
victim’s house and when he got outside unidentified person came and without
apparent reason shot the victim once. Victim sustained multiple gunshot wounds
on his arms and chest that caused his untimely death. Suspect fled to unknown
direction after the incident. Sominot Police Station now conducting thorough
investigation for the possible identity and arrest of the suspect. Investigator

STABBING INCIDENT
On or about
4:50 in the afternoon of July 23, 2014, while PNP elements of Molave Police
Station conducting checkpoint at Madasigon, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur and
responded to stabbing incident
transpired at said place wherein victim identified as Mariños Sarit Y
Enguito, 45 years old, single, farmer and resident of San Isidro, Mahayag,
Zamboanga Del Sur who was found lying lifeless and bathed with his own blood at
the abovementioned was stabbed/hacked with the use of a bolo by suspect
identified as one (1) Armando Ignacio Y Juanites, 63 years old, with live-in
partner, laborer and temporary resident at Mamalias House at Ramos St.,
Barangay Madasigon, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur. PNP elements of Molave Police
Station conducted hot pursuit operation and successfully arrested said suspect.
Victim sustained multiple hacked/stabbed wounds the different parts of his
body. initial investigation conducted disclosed that prior to the incident,
said victim arrived at the place of the suspect room drunk and allegedly kissed
and touched the private part of the live-in partner of the suspect identified
as Mary Daves Engracia Y Enguito, 42 years old and who turned out to be the
first degree cousin of the victim which prompted abovementioned suspect to commit
such crime. Confiscated from the possession of the suspect was the twenty three
(23) inches bolo. Suspect now temporary detained at Molave Police Station
locked-up cell while case for the crime of homicide is now being prepared

SUSPECTED IMPROVISED EXPLOSIVE DEVICE
On or about
3:05 in the afternoon of July 23, 2014, Pagadian City Police station received a
radio call from IBT Compac Personnel informing that a suspicious baggage was
left unattended for several hrs and nobody claimed as owner of the said item
despite of their effort to find/locate the owner. Immediately, react team-1 of
Pagadian City Police Station led by PInsp Alfon Buenbrazo Belloan, together
with PInsp Glenn Calibo Pollescas, patrol officer proceeded to the above
mentioned place to verify the veracity of the report. Upon arrival at the above
mentioned place, the team saw a color green cellophane containing a box with
protruding electrical wire, the team then cordoned the area and requested the
RPSB9 EODT led by PO3 Rueben Balido and the AFP EODT to check the
suspicious/unattended baggage. At about 4:00 in afternoon of same date, the
EODT as a sop used a water disruptor to disrupt the said item and to determine
presence of IED. At about 4:23 in the afternoon of same date the EODT declared
it clear and it was found out that the said suspicious/unattended baggage was
an improvised electric stove made of clay and not IED. Further. after the EODT
declared the area as clear, one Maria Loudette Dalanon Y Tandug, 21 years old,
and a resident of Aleosan, Cotabato City arrived and inform the team that the
owner of the unattended baggage was her companion one (1) Allan Artiola Y Delos
Santos, 40 years old, and a resident of general santos city and furthermore
disclosed that when Allan Artiola Y Delos Santos get off from the rural transit
bus at Maranding Lanao Del Norte, the said person overlook the said baggage and
was left at the abovementioned bus which was enroute to pagadian city.
INCIDENTS REPORTED
SHOOTING INCIDENT
Pagadian City Police Station received a phone call from a concerned
citizen at about 8:10 AM of July 24, 2014 and informing them that a shooting
incident transpired in Sweetlove, Dumagoc, Pagadian City at about 7:40 AM of
July 24, 2014. Pagadian CPS immediately responded to the call. Upon arrival at
the incident, victim identified as JunreyBajar y Merquillo was shot by an
unidentified suspect/s with the used of calibre 45. Investigation disclosed
that victim was driving his single motorcycle Loncin 110 and upon reaching at
the above place then and there suspect/s shot him in a close range which he
sustained gunshot wound on his left check exited to his right neck. Suspect was
immediately rushed at Zamboanga Del Sur Medical Center for treatment.
Operatives of the said station are conducted follow up operations for the
possible apprehension of the suspect/s. Recovered from the crime scene is one

STABBING INCIDENT
On or about 9:50 AM of July 24, 2014 a stabbing incident was transpired
at Barangay Libato, Tambulig, ZDS after GenevivePampilo y Complitado appeared
and reported the incident. Investigation showed that victim Ricky Complitado y
Jumarito was stabbed by the suspect identified as Roger Povadora y Repue.
Suspect stabbed the victim repeatedly which victim sustained multiple stabbed
wounds on the different parts of his body. Responding team led by SPO4 Roberto C.
Cortes brought the victim at Mhars Emergency Hospital at Ozamiz City for
immediate treatment and subsequently conducted a hot pursuit that resulted to
the apprehension of the suspect. Suspect is detained at the said police Station

HACKING AND STABBING
On or about 10:22 PM of July 24, 2014 Barangay captain Leonardo Delos
Santos Madrid personally appeared at San Pablo Municipal Police Station and
reported that a hacking and stabbing incident was transpired in PurokCaimito,
Barangay Sacbulan, ZDS. San Pablo MPS immediately responded the report together
with the Reaction Team led by SPO4 ReynanteSevilla. Investigation showed that
victim Amado Delos Santos y Calabroso also known as “Dedeng” was at his bed
while his eldest sister Merna Delos Santos went at the comfort room, when she
heard a shout for help which prompted her to go at the victim’s room. Merna saw
her brother with a multiple stabbed and hacked wounds on the different parts of
his body that caused his instantaneous death. Allegedly suspect gained entry at
the back of the victim’s house then and there hacked and stabbed the victim.
Suspect/s fled in unknown direction while San Pablo MPS is conducting follow up
for the possible apprehension of the suspect/s. Investigator on case

SHOOTING INCIDENT
A shooting
incident was transpired in FS Pajares Ave., Barangay Santiago, Pagadian City at
about 12:15 AM of July 25, 2014 that was responded by elements of Pagadian Police
Station led by PI PSYCHE VI BARROQUILLO. Nestor Codino y Maghinay, maintenance
of Alindahaw Hotel calls the above police station and reported about an
shooting incident. According to the duty investigator, three victims were
brought at the nearest Hospital for immediate medications. Upon ocular
inspection in the crime scene, Four (4) fired cartridges of calibre 45 were
recovered. Victim includes, Maria Mancia y Noquera who was not hit during the
incident, Roel Torres y Abayo, sustained a gunshot wound on his right rib cage
while Joenel Vallejo y Paye who sustained gunshot wound on his head was
pronounced death at the hospital. Further investigation disclosed that the
three victims were on their way home when unidentified persons on board of a
single motorcycle with no plate number, immediately shot fired on the victims
and afterwards fled in unknown direction. Pagadian City Police Station
immediately conducted a follow-up operation for the possible arrest and
