REPORTED INCIDENTS -JULY 24 & 28, 2014

PRESS RELEASE

VEHICULAR TRAFFIC ACCIDENT

That on or about 3:40 in the afternoon of July 24, 2014, a vehicular accident occurred at National Highway of Brgy Bobonga, Ramon MagsaysaY, ZDS wherein one (1) single MC Honda wave 100 color red, no plate number driven by Apolinario Manitay y Acosta, legal age, a resident of lower Pulacan, Labangan, ZDS together with his two (2) back riders identified as Mercy Manitay y Acosta  and Guillerma Acosta y  Amar, all of legal age and residents  of Barobohan, Sominot, ZDS accidentally bumped the Isuzu dump truck color green bearing plate nr RDX 694 owned and registered under the name of congressman Victor Yu of 1st district of ZDS. Investigation conducted by Ramon Magsaysay MPS disclosed that subject single MC was traversing from Montela, Aurora, ZDS bound to RM municipality  of same province and upon reaching at the National Highway of Brgy Bobongan of said municipality accidentally bumped into the stepboard of said dump truck who was running in opposite direction  when said  subject single MC attempted to maneuver to the left lane just to evade the road block  and thereby accidentally bumped to said vehicle result the driver of single MC to include the two (2) back riders fell down to the cemented road and sustained severe injuries on the different parts of their bodies and were rushed to ZDSMC for immediate medical treatment. Subject single MC incurred damages and is now under the custody of Ramon Magsaysay MPS to include the dump truck for investigation and proper disposition of the case.

ENCOUNTER INCIDENT IN TIGBAO

That on or about 2:20 in the afternoon of July 28, 2014 at SitioKamanse, Brgy. New Tuburan, Tigbao, ZDS wherein the Platoon Minos of 14 DRC led by 2lt Jerick Christian Papa encountered/engaged a firefight with undetermined number of fully armed men believed to be a group of Secom Kara. Firefight lasted for one (1) hour and enemy withdrew towardSitio Paling- Paling of Purok 5, BrgyOcapan, San Miguel, ZDS. request be informed that on or about2:25 in the afternoon of July 28, 2014, the aforesaid troops of 14 DRC were able to over-run the enemy positioned and recovered the following, 6 (devil) pcs of four (4) liters gallon, two (2) pcs rice pot, one (1) half sack rice, four (4) small boxes of assorted medicine, empty shell of 5.56 mm and twenty two (22) pcs of 5.56 mm live ammos of m16, assorted ammos of AK47 and Garand.

SHOOTINGIDENT

That on or about 6:35 in the evening of July 28, 2014 at Rizal Avenue, Brgy San Pedro, Pagadian City wherein victim identified as Ensar Maulana y Utto, 26 years old, married, tricycle driver by occupation, a resident of Purok Tilibong, Upper Campo Islam, Labangan, ZDS was shot to death by two (2) unidentified suspects using caliber 45 pistol based on the recovered one (1) fired cartridge case and one (1) slug of caliber 45 pistol from the crime scene. Investigation conducted by Pagadian CPS disclosed that prior to the incident, victim was standing at the abovementioned place when unidentified riding criminals onboard on a single MC Rossi, color white with no plate number suddenly arrived and shot the victim once in close range. Victim sustained lone gunshot wound on his head which resulted to his instantaneous death. Suspects fled immediately to unknown direction after the incident while PNP elements of Pag CPS led by PInsp Orlyn Pardillo Leyte conducted a follow-up investigation for the possible identity and arrest of suspects as well as to deter the motive of the incident. ROBBERY INCIDENT

That on or about n10:22 in the evening of July 28, 2014, one (1) lady May Enerio Mantilla, 23 years old, married, employee of RD Pawnshop with postal address at Purok Masidlakon, San Vicente, Oroquita City and temporarily residing at Purok Palmera, Brgy Balangasan, Pagadian City personally appeared and reported that her rented boarding house located at the abovementioned place was allegedly robbed/ransacked by suspect identified as Frank Bahian, legal age and  resident of same place. Investigation conducted by Pagadian CPS disclosed that prior to the incident, said victim together with her boyfriend went outside of their boarding house purposely to buy some foods and when they returned home he found out inside her room that all her personal belongings were loss and believed was carted away by the abovementioned suspect. Suspect carted away the following five (5) assorted bags in which one (1) of those bag containing one (1) unit samsung s3 cellphone, cash money worth (Php 2,000), assorted keys of RD Pawnshop, one (1) unit Myphone and one (1) unit Nokia cellphone. Further investigation disclosed that right after the incident, victim personally saw the said suspect who was in the vicinity outside of his boarding house and when being confronted suspect hurriedly evaded/fled to unknown direction onboard on his single MC. PNP elements of Pagaidan CPS conducted a follow dash up investigation for possible arrest of the suspect while appropriate case is now being prepared for filing. STABBING INCIDENT

That on or about 6:45 in the morning of July 28, 2014, a certain Rexan Meñoza personally appeared slant reported to San Pablo MPS that a stabbing incident occurred at about 2:00 in the morning of July 28, 2014 at Sitio Mariguato, Barangay Sagasan, San Pablo, ZDS wherein victim identify as Edgar Meňoza y Salibongcogon, 48 y.o, married and a resident of aforesaid place was stabbed to death by unidentified suspect. PNP elements of San Pablo MPS led by spo1 Eddie Jababjab Tecson with the direction and control of PSI EDGAR RETUYA HINOCTAN, OIC proceeded immediately of the above place of incidentnitial investigation further disclosed that the victim was guarding his fishing boat of said place along the seashore early in the morning, Ramil Meňoza discovered that his brother Edgar Meňoza laying lifeless in the bumper of the fishing boat. Victim sustained ten (10) stabbed wounds on his neck, seven (7) stabbed wounds on his chest and two (2) punctured wounds on his abdomen that caused his untimely death. Suspect/s fled to unknown direction and carted away one (1) pumpboat machine, one (1) tank contains five (5) liters of diesel. PNP elements of san pablo mps conducted hot pursuit operation for possible arrest of the suspects and San Pablo deter the motive of incident.
