ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
CAMPAIGN ON AGAINST LOOSE FIREARMS
On or about 1:58 in the morning of July 19, 2014, PNP personnel of
Pagadian City Police Station led by SPO2 Carlos Omentic, team leader under the
direction of PSupt Glenn Macario Dulawan, OIC successfully arrested one (1)
Kratz Chekov Chad Ang Y Fernandez, 30 years old, male, married, self-employed
and a resident of Purok Marang, Barangay Tuburan, Pagadian City for carrying
unlicensed firearm. initial investigation disclosed that on or about 1:30 in
the morning of same date while above-mentioned police officers were standing in
front D’jangos Grill, Barangay San Francisco, Pagadain City said suspect was
riding his single motorcycle in full throttle and attempt to side swept them
which prompt them to pursuit the suspect and able to flagged him down. Confiscated
from his possession and control one (1) unit homemade caliber 45 COLT MK IV pistol
with sn 854139. Subject person failed to present legal documents to possess
said firearm. arrested suspects is now detained at Pagadian City Police Station
lock-up cell while a case for violation of R.A. 10591 known as the
“comprehensive firearms and loose firearm” is now being prepared for immediate
filing in court against the said suspect. Investigator on case is PO2 Joel

ARRESTED WANTED PERSON
On or about 7:15 in the morning of July 17, 2014, joint PNP elements of
Molave Police Station led by PO3 Abraham Apat Jr., intelligence operatives and
elements of PIB ZSPPO led by PO3 Philip Apat conducted joint manhunt operation
at Palao Market, Iligan City and successfully arrested one (1) Arnel Aranas
Peralez, 28 years old, single and a resident of Ramon Magsaysay, Zamboanga Del Sur
by virtue of alias warrant of arrest for the crime of Estafa under criminal
case number 2012-10-2559 issued by Hon. Jaime B. Caberte, Presiding Judge, RTC,
9th Judicial Region, Branch 23, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur dated June 19, 2013 with bail bond recommended to Twenty
Two Thousand Pesos (Php 22,000.00). Subject person is now detained at Molave Police
Station locked-up cell awaiting commitment order from the court for proper
disposition.
CAMPAIGN AGAINST
ILLEGAL DRUGS
On or about 6:30 in the morning of July 16, 2014, elements of Provincial
Anti-Illegal Drugs Special Operation Task Force (PAIDSOFT), zamboanga del sur
led by PSInsp Gerald Pilapil Aranas conducted a drug buy-bust operation at Barangay
Tiguma, Pagadian City that resulted to the arrest of one (1) Rhue Bastiong Andres,
of legal age and a resident of Guipos, Zamboanga Del Sur after having agreed to
sell and deliver to SPO2 Melbourne Mangubat, poseur buyer of one (1) small
sized heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing methamphetamine
hydrochloride or shabu in exchange for five hundred peso bill (php500.00). Confiscated
from his possession and control of the suspect are the following: one (1) piece
small heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline
substance believed to be shabu; and one (1) piece of Five Hundred Peso Bill
(Php500.00) used as buy-bust money. Arrested suspect is now temporarily
detained at Camp Abelon lock-up cell while a case for violation of sec. 5 of R.A
9165 “Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act” is being prepared for inquest
proceedings.
On or about 7:00 in the morning of July 17, 2014, PNP elements of Provincial

by PSInsp Gerald Pilapil Aranas conducted a drug buy-bust operation at Duterte
Street, Gatas District, Pagadian City and successfully arrested one (1) Hamsator
Badal Y Ocena aka “tol”, 22 years old, single, a resident of Upper Sang-an, Labangan,
Zamboanga Del Sur after having agreed to sell and deliver to PO1 Oliver
Balbuena Andale, poseur buyer of one (1) small sized heat-sealed transparent
plastic sachet containing methamphetamine hydrochloride or shabu in exchange
for Five Hundred Peso Bill (Php500.00). confiscated from his possession and control
are seven (7) pieces small heat sealed transparent plastic sachet believed to
be methamphetamine hydrochloride or shabu and one (1) piece of Five Hundred
Pesos Bill (Php500.00) used as buy-bust money. arrested suspect is now
temporarily detained at Camp Abelon lock-up cell while a case for violation of
sec. 5 and sec. 11, art ii of R.A 9165 “ Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act” is
now being prepared for inquest proceedings.
