Wanted Man Nabbed in Pagadian City
Operatives
of Pagadian City Police Station arrested Alex Basilan in Purok Sweet Love,
Barangay Dumagok, Pagadian City during manhunt operation at about 11:00 AM
November 10, 2014. Suspect was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest under
criminal case number 17000 for the crime of other light threats issued by Hon
Pablito S Pielago Jr., Presiding Judge issued on 10 October 2014 with
recommended bail for his temporary liberty is fixed to two thousand pesos (P2,000).
He is now temporarily detained at Pagadian City Police Station while waiting
for final adjudication from court concern.
SHOOTING INCIDENT
IN PAGADIAN CITY
A
telephone call received by PO1 Rolito Sinajon Jr. a PNP member of Pagadian City
Police Station from FO2 Estrada, BFP personnel of Pagadian City Fire Station
informing that a shooting incident transpired at Rizal Avenue, Balangasan
District, Pagadian City particularly in front of Pagadian City Fire Station.
PNP personnel of Pagadian City Police Station led by PInsp Julieto Dela Cruz
Aseniero, OD proceeded to the said area to conduct invest. initial
investigation conducted disclosed that at about 9:50 in the evening of November
12, 2014, the victim identified as one (1) Marvin Ducaling Y Naparan, male, 33
years old, single, tricycle driver by occupation and a resident at Barangay
Dao, Pagadian City while walking along J.P. Rizal Ave, Balangasan District, Pagadian
City and upon reaching in front of Pagadian City Fire Station when suddenly
three unidentified suspects on board
with red Honda xrm single motorcycle and one (1) of the back ride shot the
victim several times on the different parts of his body and head with the used
of caliber .45 pistol based on the recovered five (5) spent shells and one (1)
deformed slug of same caliber from the crime scene that causes his
instantaneous death. Suspects hurriedly sped up their getaway vehicle and fled
going towards the direction of Barangay Gatas. Motive of the incident is still
to be determined. Intelligence operatives of Pagadian City Police Station now
conducting discreet invest to possibly identify the suspects. Investigation on

STABBING INCIDENT IN TABINA
On or
about 8:30 in the evening of November 12, 2014, a certain Urbano Ayawan Y
Sabillo, 31 years old, married, and resident of Purok Magostand, Barangay
Culabay, Tabina, Zamboanga Del Sur personally reported to Tabina Police Station
informing that on or about 8:00 in the evening of same date, a stabbing
incident transpired at the above-mentioned place. PNP elements of Tabina Police
Station led by PSInsp Raymundo Salinding Mangual, OIC immediately proceeded to
the aforementioned place to conduct investigation.initial investigation
conducted revealed that three individuals namely: Wolmer Algar aka “Kokoy”, 39
years old; Eleoterio Gomez aka “Terio” and Andres Gomez aka “Ontoy” all of
legal ages and residents of the aforementioned place were having drinking spree
at Imelda Donal Videoke house when Andres Gomez aka “Ontoy” attacked Wolmer
Algar aka “Kokoy” with the used of kitchen knife but the later able to repel
and defend himself and grabbed the knife and stabbed the former and his brother
Eleoterio Gomez who only pacified the stabbing. Victims sustained stabbed
wounds on the different parts of their body and were immediately brought to
Margosatubig Regional Hospital for medication. Motive of the incident is
personal grudge. Investigator on case is PO2 Juncres Dingal Ligutom with

ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
ARRESTED WANTED PERSON
On or about 12:00 in the afternoon of November
12, 2014, joint elements of Margosatubig Police Station and Pagadian City
Police Station under the supervision of PSupt Glenn Macario Dulawan and PSInsp
Jonathan Presto Lladoc conducted operation against wanted person at Barangay
Balintawak, Margosatubig, Zamboanga Del Sur that resulted to the arrest of one
(1) Micheal Joy Tan aka “Oko” of Barangay Gatas, Pagadian City by virtue of
warrant of arrest under criminal case no. 9636-2K9 charged for Robbery issued
by Hon Edilberto Absin, Acting Presiding Judge of Branch 18, Pagadian City
dated October 16, 2009 with bail bond of One Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php
100,000.00) accused was brought to Margosatubig Police Station for proper
documentation and disposition and subsequently turned over to Pagadian City
Police Station for his temporary confinement while waiting for court commitment
order.
RECOVERY OF MALE DEAD BODY
On or
about 7:40 in the morning of November 12, 2014, Ramon Magsaysay Police Station
received a cell phone call from a concerned citizen informing that one (1) male
dead body found lifeless beside the provincial road of Purok 4, Barangay
Sinaguing, Ramon Magsaysay, Zamboanga Del Sur. PMP personnel of Ramon Magsaysay
Police Station led by PInsp Joel Memes Galeriana, DCOP proceeded to the
aforesaid place to conduct ocular investigation. initial investigation
conducted disclosed that the victim is aging between 35-38 years old, about 5’6
in height, brown complexion, wearing yellow jersey t-shirt, jacket color
combination black and blue, six pocket short pants color combination black and
blue, silver earring on his left ear, wrist watch color black with markings
fashion made in china and during the conduct of body search, recovered from his
pocket was a wallet containing several items to wit: receipt from M Lhuillier
Bonifacio Branch bearing sender’s name Ornopia, Benjie O. with address at Looc,
Cebu, Philippines and receiver’s name Dionson, Divina A.; phi health card in
the name of Ornopia, Benjie Dela Cruz bearing no. 15-201616084-3 with address
at Rufino Lumapas, Bonifacio, Misamis Occidental; memory card and tm sim card.
Victim sustained several gunshot wounds on the different parts of his body.
recovered from the crime scene were two (2) empty cartridge cases of cal.45 and
a one (1) sachet white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu with
aluminum foil now in the custody of Ramon Magsaysay Police Station. Victim
believed to be dead for about 8-12 hours since post mortem rigidity occurred
and believed to be a victim of summary execution. Victim now lies at Valley Of
Angels Funeral Homes, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur. investigator on case is PO2

ARRESTED WANTED PERSON
On or about 10:00 in the morning of November 12,
2014, PNP elements of Dimataling Police Station led by PInsp Renante Bayona
Benitez, OIC proceeded to Purok-3, Barangay Sugbay Uno, Dimataling, Zamboanga
Del Sur to effect the arrest of two wanted person identified as Aljek Gabriel Y
Amas and Noel Sebilla Y Cabog both resident of the aforesaid place by virtue of
warrant of arrest docketed under criminal case nr 14-2191-D for Slight Physical
Injury with bail bond recommended fixed
at 2,000.00 each pesos for their temporary liberty issued by Presiding Judge Hon Maria Teresa Pangilinan
of Municipal Circuit Trial Court of Tabina, Pitogo and Dimataling. Both accused
was successfully arrested by same PNP team and now temporarily detained at
Dimataling Police Station locked-up cell while waiting for court commitment
order.
