RECOVERY OF FEMALE DEAD BODY IN BAYOG
On or about 08:20 in the morning of June 3,
2015, one (1) Kyle Donald T Rollen, SCAA of Toronto Ventures Incorporated reported
to Bayog Municipal Police Station thru cellular phone call that a cadaver of
latter identified as one (1) Rosely Domandos Y Andasay, 15 years old, and a resident
of Miswe, Sitio Balabag, Depore, Bayog, Zamboanga Del Sur was found dead at Miswe
Creek at the above-mentioned place. Immediately, PNP elements of Bayog Municipal
Police Station led by PInsp Glenn Calibo Pollescas, OIC together with personnel
of Bayog Municipal Health Unit preceded to the area and conducted investigation.
Investigation conducted disclosed that on June 1, 2015, the victim was invited
by the suspect identified as one (1) Julito Sabini Y Lumawan, 21 years old,
single, farmer and a resident of same place to catch crabs on the creek and
failed to return home. Investigation further revealed that victim was found
naked and on the state of decomposition with one (1) stab wound on her left
neck and contusion on the forehead. Post mortem exam conducted by member of Bayog
Municipal Health Unit found out that victim was raped before she was killed by
the suspect. WCPD section Of Bayog Municipal Police Station is now preparing appropriate
charges against the aforementioned suspect for filing in court. Investigator on

ELECTRICUTION
INCIDENT IN DUMINGAG
On or about 9:00 o’clock in the morning of
June 4, 2015, Dumingag Municipal Police Station received a cellphone call from
a concerned citizen informing that a dead body was found at Purok 3, Barangay
Marangan, Dumingag, Zamboanga Del Sur wherein the victim identified as Efren
Jauclom Y Laylay, 31 years old, married, farmer, a resident of the aforesaid
place. PNP team of Dumingag Municipal Police Station led by PO2 Joel Sale Cahig
under the direct supervision of PSInsp Edgar Retuya Hinoctan, OIC proceeded to
the aforementioned place to conduct ocular inspection. Initial investigation
conducted by Dumingag Municipal Police Station disclosed that on or about 5:00
o’clock in the morning of June 4, 2015, said victim left in their house and
went outside to repair the service draft wire of their pump motor but failed to
return home. At about 9:00 o’clock in the morning of same date, Nestor Poras
was shocked when he saw the victim lying lifeless of the abovementioned place.
Members of the family believed that Efren was electrocuted while repairing the
service draft wire. Dead body was brought to Celerian Funeral Home of Dumingag, Zamboanga Del Sur for post mortem examination
by the Municipal Health Officer.
