Wanted Person arrest in Pagadian City

The PNP personnel of Pagadian City Police Station led by SPO3 Carlos Omentic, warrant server proceeded to Purok Waling-Waling, Barangay Napolan, Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 3:30 pm of February 1, 2016 and arrested Elmer Jerome Tadlas Alawi, 34 years old, married and a resident of the aforementioned place by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Hon. Romeo Descallar, Presiding Judge, RTC, 9th Judicial Regional, Branch 19, Pagadian City with criminal case nr. 9781-2k10 for the crime of qualified theft with bail bond recommended of fourty thousand pesos (₱40,000.00). The accused is now temporarily detained at Pagadian City Police Station.

GRAVE THREATS AND ALARMS SCANDAL in Pagadian City      

That on or about 5:30 am of February 3, 2016, a certain Henrita Saldariga Indus, 62 years old, widow, owner of Amacan KTV bar establishment and a resident of Purok Palmera, Barangay Sta. Maria, Pagadian City personally appeared at Pagadian City Police Station and reported that at about 3:40 am of same date, PSI GERALD PILAPIL ARANAS and his asset identified as Ian Chiu allegedly fired her establishment. Upon receipt of the said report, PNP reaction team of Pagadian City Police Station proceeded to the reported place to conduct ocular inspection and investigation. Upon arrival thereat, duty investigator recovered two (2) fired cartridges case and two (2) deformed slugs both caliber .45 pistol which was submitted to the Zamboanga Del Sur provincial crime laboratory for ballistic examinations. investigation disclosed that prior to the incident, the victim received a text messages from the aforementioned suspects asking for money and that at around 7:00 pm of February 2, 2016, the two suspects personally appeared to her establishment and asked for the money from the victim and when the victim did not face them and refused to give their demand the suspects got angry and threatened her life. The case is under follow-up investigation by Pagadian city police station.

SHOOTING INCIDENT in Vincenzo Sagun

A shooting incident transpired at around 6:30 pm of 03 Feb 2016 at Purok Daisy, Barangay Maraya, Vincenzo Sagun, ZDS wherein victim identified as one (1) Jay Jay Nacion y Abiso, 22 years old, male, married, farmer and a resident of the aforesaid place was shot by unidentified suspect. (Victim: confined to hospital); (Suspect: at large).

SHOOTING INCIDENT in Lakewood

A Shooting incident transpired on or about 9:35 o’clock in the evening of February 04, 2016 at Purok 6, Barangay Tubod, Lakewood, ZDS wherein victim identified as one (1) Rony Abucay y Arias, 41 years old, male, married, farmer and a resident of the aforementioned place was shot to death by the suspect identified as one (1) Litoy Pepito y Rabusa, 31 years old, male, married, farmer and a resident of Prk-4 of same barangay. (Victim: dead on the spot); (Suspect: at large).

STABBING INCIDENT ib Nolave

Stabbing incident and arrest of the suspect transpired at about 9:15 o'clock in the evening of February 4, 2016 at Boy Gella Billard House situated at Brgy. Madasigon, Molave, ZDS wherein victim identified as one (1) Edward Gutang Parilla, 53 yrs old, male, married, Filipino and a resident of Purok Bulawanon, Brgy. Madasigon, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur was stabbed by the suspect identified as one (1) Jefferson Nietes Omandam, 33 years old, male and a resident of Burgos Street, Brgy. Madasigon, Molave ZDS. (Victim: confined to hospital); (suspect).

ACCOMPLISHMENT OPERATIONAL REPORTS

ARREST OF WANTED PERSON in Molave

One (1) WP voluntarily surrendered to the PNP elements of Molave MPS at about 10:30 AM of 04 Feb 2016 for his pending WOA for viol of Sec. 5 (I) of RA 9262 issued by Hon. Rogelio D. Laquihon, Presiding Judge, RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 7, Dipolog City dated May 5, 2015 with bail bond recommended fixed at Php 24,000.00.

ARREST OF WANTED PERSON in Pagadian City

One (1) WP was arrested by PNP elements of Pagadian CPS at about 1:30 PM of 04 Feb 2016 at Purok Mangga, Barangay Santo Niño, Pagadian City by virtue of a WOA for the crime of Robbery in CC Nr 9818-2K10 issued by Hon. Romeo T. Descallar, Presiding Judge of RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 19, Pagadian City issued on 23 Sept 2010 with bail fixed at PHP200,000.00.

ON ILLEGAL DRUGS in Tukuran

One Person was arrested by PNP elements of MPS for possession of five (5) pcs. of small  plastic heat sealed sachets of suspected shabu while said elements conducting drugs buy bust operation on or about 9:00 o’clock in the evening of February 4, 2016, at Purok Madasigon, Bgry Sto. Nino, Tukuran, ZDS.
