Theft of Motorcycle in Molave

PRINCE IAN ROBLE CAPANGOANGAN, 18 years old, male, single, 2nd year college student of ZSMIT-Molave Branch, resident of Brgy Magsaysay, Molave, ZDS personally appeared  and reported to Molave Municipal Police Station that around 1:00 o’clock in the afternoon of February 11, 2016, his single MC Honda XRM 125, bearing plate number  JA56286, and registered under the name of NELSIN C SANTANDER was missing while being parked in front of the entrance gate of ZSMIT located at brgy Makuguihon, Molave Branch, Molave, ZDS and believed was stolen by an unidentified suspect. PNP elements of Molave MPS conducted follow up operation and investigation to possibly recover the single MC and for the possible arrest of suspect.

Stabbing Incident in Pagadian City

At Barangay Santiago, Pagadian City particularly outside the D’Bistro Bar wherein victim Jocelyn J. Dominese, 19 years old, female, single, resident of purok upper lumboy, tuburan district, Pagadian City at about 1:40 in the morning of 12 Feb 2016 was stabbed by suspect Rose Patano y Dilfen, 24 years old, female, single, resident of Purok Villarin, Barangay Banale, Pagadian City. As a result, victim Jocelyn sustained injuries on her left arm while the suspect sustained injury on her face. Suspect is now temporarily detained at Lock up cell of Pagadian CPS.

Arrest of Wanted Person in Pagadian City 

          A joint PNP elements of Pagadian City Police Station led by SPO3 Carlos Omentic, warrant server, together with Dumingag Municipal Police Station led by PCI EDGAR RETUYA  HINOCTAN, Chief of Police, and personnel from PIB ZSPPO led by SPO2 Fraulin Sumamban Hinoctan, proceeded to Purok Camansi, Barangay Lenienza, Pagadian City at about 3:00 o’clock in the afternoon of 11 February 2016, and arrested one (1) MARILYN TEJADA, 26 years old, jobless, and temporarily residing at said place. Subject person was arrested by virtue of warrant of warrant of arrest for the crime of concubinage,issued by Hon Judge Crislyn C. Pangindian, Presiding Judge of MCTC of Mahayag- Dumingag-Josefina, 9TH Judicial Region, Mahayag, ZDS docketed under criminal case number 5016-D, dated 05 January 2016 with bail bond recommended fixed at eight thousand peso (PHP 8,000). Subject person is now temporarily detained at Dumingag MPS.
