Illegal Drugs
PO3 Abraham G. Apat
Jr. and PO3 Philip G. Apat, intelligence personnel of Molave Municipal Police
Station, Zamboanga Del Sur conducted drug buy-bust operation at Magsaysay
Street, Purok Gumamela, Barangay Culo, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 12:15 in the afternoon of February
13, 2016, which led to the arrest of
King Gerald Capablanca Tamarce “Aka” King, 19 years old, and Benjamin Cabucos
Ondona, 30 years old, both single and residents of Barangay Makugihon And
Barangay Culo of same municipality and province. Recovered from the possession
of King Gerald Tamarce was the money used in buying a sachet of shabu and a cellular
phone while in the possession of Benjamin Ondona were four (4) sachets of
suspected shabu and three (3) rolled aluminum foils. The arrested persons were
now temporarily detained at Molave Municipal Police Station for proper
disposition while case for violation of RA 9165 is being prepared for filing in
inquest case at the prosecutors office.

Strangulation Incident
Marciano Dalogdog
Apiag, 57 years old, married, farmer and a resident of Purok 2, Betinan, San
Miguel, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 9:40 in the evening of February 13, 2016, was
found dead lying on the ground at the aforementioned place and was strangulated
by the suspect identified as Trinidad Apiag, of legal age and a resident of
same place and a wife of the victim. Suspect fled from the scene after the
incident.
Progress Report On Strangulation Incident

legal age married, farmer and a resident of Purok 2, Betinan, San Miguel,
Zamboanga Del Sur reported to San Miguel Municipal Police Station informing
that a lifeless body was found on a vacant lot situated at the aforementioned
place at about 9:40 in the evening of February 13,
2016. The initial investigation conducted by the responding PNP team of San
Miguel Municipal Police Station revealed that victim identified as Marciano
Dalogdog Apiag, 57 years old, married, farmer and a resident of the aforesaid
place was strangulated with the use of a rope by his owned wife identified as Trinidad
Apiag. post mortem investigation conducted by Dr. Deviglim Alo, San Miguel
Municipal Health Officer disclosed that the neck of the victim shows indication
or markings that he was strangulated with the use of rope. Further
investigation revealed that at about 8:00 pm of same date the aforesaid spouse
had a quarrel that resulted to the incident. Motive of the incident believed to
be family problem. PNP elements of same MPS are now conducting follow-up
operation for possible arrest of the suspect. Investigator on case is PO2 Joey
