OPERATIONAL ACCOMPLSIHMENT REPORTS

ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT ON SUPER ONE TIME BIG TIME (SERVICE OF WARRANT OF ARREST)

At about 11:30 PM of March 30, 2016, joint operation of PNP elements of Dimataling MPS led by PINSP. Bernard Pelong Talitayan, OIC, and  PNP elements of Bayog MPS led by PINSP Glenn C. Pollescas OIC conducted service of warrant of arrest that resulted to the arrest of one (1) Arjohn Bautista y Osayan, 22 years old, single and a resident of Purok 5, Barangay Sugbay Uno, Dimataling, Zamboanga del Sur by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Hon. Judge Catherine C. Fabian of RTC Branch 16 9th Judicial Region, Zamboanga City dated August 27, 2015 with Criminal Case No. 31157 for Frustrated Murder. Subject person is top 4 Sibat Target of PS11 Zamboanga City. Arrested person was appraised of his constitutional rights under Miranda Doctrine and brought to his station for Arrest Booking and documentation then subsequently the living body of arrested person was turn-over to Bayog MPS for temporary custody.

CAMPAIGN AGAINST WANTED PERSON

That on march 30, 2016 at about 6:20 AM, PNP team led by PSI JUNE AKIATE LAWINGAN,COP, together with two (2) teams from PPSC led by pi david pintado and PI COBILLA and three (3) teams from RPSB9 led by PSI ORTEGA, conducted operation against wanted person thru service of search warrant at Barangay Tambo, Lower Sang-An, Labangan, Zamboanga Del Sur that resulted in the arrest of Mark John Santos Jacob,  22 years old ,single, farmer by occupation, resident of  Purok Tambo, Barangay Tambo, Labangan, Zamboanga Del Sur for the crime of attempted homicide, docketed under criminal case number 1599-l, issued by Honorable Norlinda R. Amante Descallar, Presiding Judge of 9th Municipal Trial Circuit Court of Labangan-Tukuran, 9th judicial region,  with recommended bail-bond amounting to twelve  thousand pesos (Php 12,000.00)  for his temporary liberty. Suspect is temporarily detained at Labangan MPS lock-up cell for proper disposition.

ONE TIME BIGTIME OPERATION (SERVING OF SEARCH WARRANT)

That on March 29, 2016 at about 8:30 PM, PNP personnel of Molave MPS led by PSUPT RESTITUTO A. PANGUSBAN together with RPSB 9 led by JEROME T. PAMALARAN conducted one time big time operation in serving of search warrant number 339 issued by Hon. Joel G Vercide, Presiding Judge MTCC, 9th judicial region, Branch 1, Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Sur against the respondent Don Romano Macalipay Aka “Dondon” in his house situated at the corner of Rizal Avenue and Gomez Street, Purok Bulawanon, Barangay Madasigon, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur that resulted to the seizure of the following items; one (1) unit caliber .45 pistol, springfield armory, model 1911 a1 with serial number 531728 with two (2) magazines (1 short and 1 long), sixteen (16) pieces of ammunitions for caliber .45 pistol with holster which all being placed on top of the repair table with lamp. after the confiscation, subject person was placed under arrest. The search and seizure operation was done in the presence of respondent himself, media men, Eduardo Sotelo and Barangay Kagawad Ernesto Pielago Jr. inventory was conducted inside the house of the suspect which is the place of operation. Suspect is temporarily detained at Molave MPS lock-up cell for proper disposition.

CAMPAIGN AGAINST WANTED PERSON

That on March 30, 2016 at about 6:00 AM, joint PNP elements of San Pablo MPS and Dumalinao MPS led by PINSP JERIMIAS NUÑEZA PEPITO, OIC conducted operation against wanted person at Purok Upper San Isidro, Barangay Rebokon, Dumalinao, Zamboanga Del Sur that resulted in the arrest of a 17 years old, single, habal-habal driver, resident of same place. Suspect was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of theft issued by Hon. Benjamin R Lanzaderas, presiding judge of RTC Br 22, Pagadian City docketed under criminal case number 11843-2K14 with recommended bail-bond amounting to twenty two thousand pesos (php22,000.00) for his temporary liberty. Suspect is temporarily detained at San Pablo MPS lock-up cell for proper disposition.

CAMPAIGN AGAINST WANTED PERSON

That on March 30, 2016, at about 7:30  am, joint PNP team from Sominot MPS led by PI FELIXBERTO BRIONES RULE, COP and PNP team from Lakewood MPS led by PSI HAROLD VELASCO BRUNO, COP, conducted manhunt operation against wanted person at Barangay Bululawan, Lakewood, Zamboanga Del Sur that resulted in the arrest of a certain Alejandro Ligunas, 60 years old, married,  resident of Barangay Bag-Ong Baroy, Sominot, Zamboanga Del Sur by virtue of a warrant of arrest for the crime of murder, issued by Hon. Ernesto Mve Laurel, Presiding Judge of rtc 9th judicial region Branch 30, Aurora, Zamboanga Del Sur, dated October 20, 2008. Docketed under criminal case number 07-10, 518 with no bail-bond recommended. Suspect is temporarily detained at Sominot MPS lock-up cell for proper disposition.

CAMPAIGN AGAINST ILLEGAL DRUGS AND LOOSE FAS THRU SERVICE OF SEARCH WARRANT

That on March 30, 2016 at about 2:30 AM, PNP team of Aurora MPS led by PSI HEIDEL BATULOG TE-ELAN, OIC Conducted operation against illegal drugs and loose firearms thru service of search warrant. the operation was executed by virtue of the search warrant issued by Honorable Carol M. Morales, presiding judge, MTC Tambulig, Zamboanga del Sur against Woody Indoc Barredo aka “Boodie”, 31 years old, single, jobless, resident of Purok Nazareno, Barangay Tagolalo, Aurora, Zds for violation of RA 9165 (sw nr: 39) and RA 10591 (sw nr: 40). confiscated/recovered during the said operation/raid at the residence of the suspect were the following: a:  sw no. 39 (for violation of RA 9165) 1). 3 pieces heat-sealed shacets of shabu, 2). 12 pcs rolled aluminum foils. b: sw no. 40 (for violation of RA 10591) 1) one (1) unit cal 357 smith & wesson revolver home made 2) two (2) live ammo 3) one (1) unit 12 gauge home made shotgun and 4) one (1) empty magazine. Suspect is temporarily detained at aurora MPS lock-up cell for proper disposition.

CAMPAIGN AGAINST WANTED PERSON

That on March 30, 2016, at about 11:30 AM, joint PNP team from Aurora MPS led by PSI HEIDEL B TE-ELAN, OIC and PNP team from Tangub City Police Station conducted operation against wanted person at Barangay Balas, Aurora, Zamboanga del Sur that resulted in the arrest of a certain Dexter Ponce Dignum, 37 years old, married, fisherman by occupation, resident of same place by virtue of arrest warrant for the crime of cattle rustling issued by Honorable Sylvia A. Singidas-Machacon, Executive Judge, RTC br-16 Tangub City docketed under criminal case number 2011-026 with recommended bail-bond amounting to Thirty Six Thousand pesos (php36,000.00). Suspect is temprarily detained at Aurora MPS lock-up cell and will be subsequently turned-over to Tangub City police station for proper disposition.

That on March 30, 2016 at about 2:30 am, PNP team of Aurora MPS led by PSI Heidel Batulog Te-elan, OIC conducted operation against illegal drugs and loose firearms thru service of search warrant. The operation was executed by virtue of the search warrant issued by Honorable Carol M. One time bigtime operation (service of search warrant)

That on March 30, 2016 at about 4:30 am, PNP elements of Sominot MPS led by PI Felixberto Rule Jr., OIC went to Barangay Bag-ong Baroy, Sominot, Zamboanga del Sur to effect the search warrant at the house of a certain William Dabalos Lato. Subject search warrant was issued by Honorable Carol Mendoza Morales, presiding judge of first Municipal Trial Court of Tambulig, Tambulig, Zamboanga del Sur, dated March 28, 2015 with search warrant no. 41 at about 5:30 am of same date, PNP team recovered from the house of the suspect were one (1) .38 revolver, no serial number with five (5) live ammunitions inside the tambour/cylinder.  Be informed further that the said suspect of the search warrant was not apprehended for the reason that during the search William Lato was not in his house. Accordingly revealed by his mother, at about 5:00 pm march 29, 2016, her son (William Lato) left their house and went to Barangay Sto. Rosario, Ramon Magsaysay, Zamboanga del Sur. confiscated firearm is now under the custody of supply PNCO of Sominot MPS subject to be turn-over to Zamboanga del Sur crime laboratory for caliber determination and verification if such firearm registered to the name of William Lato. The case is being prepared by Sominot MPS against William D. Lato for violation of RA 10591.

CAMPAIGN AGAINST ILLEGAL DRUGS AND SUPER ONE TIME BIGTIME OPERATION (SERVICE OF SEARCH WARRANT)

That on March 30, 2016 at about 5:40 am, PNP Elements of Dumalinao MPS conducted the service of search warrant number 341 and 342 for violation of R.A. 9165 against Marina Abante and Cherlin Newman’s house at Purok Acasia, Sumadat, Dumalinao, Zamboanga del Sur. The first search warrant was served at the house of Cherlin Newman with search warrant number 341. recovered items were five (5) pieces sachet of white crystalline substance of shabu, five (5) pieces rolled aluminum foil, one (1) lcc lighter color orange, one (1) rolled tissue and three (3) pieces white candle. The second search warrant was served at the house of Marina Abante with search warrant number 342. Recovered items were six (6) pieces sachets of white crystalline substance of shabu, six (6) pieces rolled/fold aluminum foil, one (1) piece lcc lighter and one (1) coin purse. Inventory of seized items were properly done in the presence of the two (2) subjects and in the witnesses as well. Both suspects and recovered items were brought to Dumalinao MPS for proper disposition.

CAMPAIGN AGAINST ILLEGAL DRUGS AND SUPER ONE TIME BIGTIME OPERATION (SERVICE OF SEARCH WARRANT):

That on March 30, 2016 at about 5:00 am, PNP elements of Guipos MPS led by PI Janel Basilan Regato, OIC together with Zambo Sur Provincial Public Safety Coy (ZSPPSC)  led by PSI Alfredo Murillo Canono, thru intelligence driven proceeded at Purok Paglaum, Barangay Canunan, Guipos, Zamboanga del Sur served and implemented the search warrant number 2016 - 09 for violation of RA 9165 otherwise known  as comprehensive dangerous drug act of 2002  and  search warrant number 2016 - 10 for violation of RA 10591 (illegal possession of firearms)  issued by Honorable Pacifico T. Cimafranca Jr., presiding judge of 8th MCTC, Dumalinao, Zamboanga del Sur against Exor Bellot Caberte aka “Maning”, resident of same place. The target, upon sensing the arrival of the raiding team was able to escape together with the contrabands. Furthermore, Guipos MPS continously conducted the search at the subject premises. However, the item which specifically mentioned at the search and seizure was not found by the raiding PNP elements and same was witnessed by the representative from media in person of Ferdinand Libor and barangay elected officials headed by Honorable Elmer Luna, Barangay Chairman of Canunan, Guipos, Zamboanga del Sur.

SUPER ONE TIME BIGTIME OPERATION (SERVICE OF SEARCH WARRANT):

That on March 30, 2016 at about 5:00 am, PNP elements of Tabina MPS led by PI Junar C. Yap, OIC conducted/implemented search and seizure operation thru service of two (2) search warrant number 346 and 347 for violation of RA 10591(illegal possession of firearms) and 347 for violation of RA 10591 (illegal possession of ammunition) respectively, issued by Honorable Joel G. Vercide , presiding judge of MTCC, 9th judicial region, branch 01, Pagadian City dated March 29, 2016 against Marfo Aladja aka “Malpo”, at Purok Mantes, Barangay Baganian, Tabina, Zamboanga del Sur. during the execution of said search warrants, the respondent was not at his residence and no firearms and ammunitions stated on the issued search warrants were found and seized during the said operation. The said search warrant was legally peacefully and orderly executed and was witnessed by his wife Jariada Q. Aladja and their children.

CAMPAIGN AGAINST ILLEGAL DRUGS AND SUPER ONE TIME BIGTIME OPERATION (SERVICE OF SEARCH WARRANT):

That on March 30, 2016 at about 6:00 am, PNP elements of Tabina MPS led by PI Junar C. Yap, conducted/implemented search and seizure operation by virtue of search warrant number 0010-2k16 for violation of 9165 and 0011-2k16 for violation of RA 10591 issued by Honorable Romeo T Descallar, presiding judge of RTC, branch 19, Pagadian City dated March 18, 2016 against Sammy Pahayahay Jr a.k.a. “Jon Jon”, particularly at his house located beside the barangay road going to Balite Beach which is about one hundred (100) meters from the municipal hall and gymnasium, Barangay Poblacion, Tabina, Zamboanga del Sur. During the execution of search warrant no firearms and dangerous drugs (methamphetamine hydrochloride) stated on the search warrant were found and seized during the said operation. the said search warrant was legally, peacefully and orderly executed and was witnessed by the said respondent and his wife Marilyn R. Pahayahay.

SUPER ONE TIME BIGTIME OPERATION (SERVICE OF SEARCH WARRANT)

That on March 30, 2016 at about 6:00 am, after implementation on search warrant no. 47-2k16 issued by RTC 9 branch 19 signed by Executive Judge Romeo T. Descallar against Arnel Tecson Tubigon. PNP Personnel of Midsalip MPS led by PI Aiko Rapas Tesoro – OIC, proceeded to Canipay Sur, Midsalip, Zamboanga del Sur to serve the search warrant in relation to violation of R.A. 10591 against Jonathan Diodos, 60 years old, married, foreman by occupation and presently residing at RCDG construction located at the aforesaid barangay. Subject search was properly implemented by the searching team witnessed by the barangay officials of Canipay Sur led by Barangay Captain Bonifacio Basalo and with the consent of the owner of RCDG construction Edward Pee. The search ended at about 7:00 am of same date with negative result on its implementation.

CAMPAIGN AGAINST ILLEGAL DRUGS AND SUPER ONE TIME BIGTIME OPERATION (SERVICE OF SEARCH WARRANT)

That On March 30, 2016 at about 2:30 am, PNP elements of Ramon Magsaysay MPS, Zamboanga del Sur composed of two (2) teams led by PInsp Benjamin Casano Napigkit-OIC, in coordination with the Philippine drug enforcement agency (PDEA) of Pagadian City. Implemented the two (2) service of search warrants in relation to the Lambat Sibat-Super One Time Big Time operation, with search warrant number 34 for violation of R.A 9165 and number 35 for violation of R.A 10591 respectively, issued by Honorable Carol M. Morales, presiding judge of 9th judicial region, 1st Municipal Trial Court of Tambulig, Zamboanga del Sur dated March 21, 2016, in the premises being occupied by the live-in partners Benjie Cenabo Barluado and Neziel Rasonable Ladion at their residence located at Purok 2, Barangay Lower Sambulawan, Ramon Magsaysay, Zamboanga del Sur. Upon arrival at the above-mentioned place particularly at the common residence of the target, they introduced themselves as police officers but no one answered. they pursued the service of the search warrants by forcibly entering the main door of said premises. however, the seizing officer PO2 Jugem Ecdang was not recover any illegal items that are subject of the search warrant and the team of arresting officers not arrested the respondents who are live-in partners and at large during the arrest and not recovered from possession and control of illegal drugs locally known as “shabu” including the unlicensed firearms (unknown caliber). That further, the search operation was done in an orderly manner, nobody was hurt or was there anything were loss of property and witnessed by the Barangay Chairman Nelson P. Dionson together with Mark Blancia (media) and Jovert Sorela (CVO) of said barangay.
