REPORTED INCIDENTS - April 11-13, 2016

Campaign Against Wanted Person in Dinas

            On April 11, 2016 at about 9:00 am, four (4) wanted persons namely Zoraida Agao Cok; Noraida Agao Cok; Gulam Budzal Sindatoc; and Jacaria Sindatoc Dumato, all of legal age, residents of Barangay Nian, Dinas, Zamboanga Del Sur voluntarily surrendered to Dinas MPS. Said wanted persons has pending warrant of arrest for violation of section 69 of PD 1559, issued by Honorable Maria Teresa R Pangilinan, Presiding Judge, 6th MCTC of San Miguel-Dinas-Lapuyan, docketed under criminal case number 1732-d, 1731-d, 1729-d, 1728-d with recommended bail-bond amounting to four thousand pesos (Php 4,000) each. Suspects are released from the custody Dinas MPS at about 5:00 pm of same date after posted their bail for temporary liberty.

Campaign Against Wanted Person in Molave

           On April 11, 2016 at about 8:20 pm, PNP elements of Molave MPS conducted operation against wanted person at Lagata Compound, Brgy Sudlon, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur that resulted in the arrest of a certain Eddie Mandao Lagata, 29 years old, single, painter by occupation, resident of same place. Suspect is arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of acts of lasciviousness in relation to RA 7610, issued by Honorable Jaime Caberte, Presiding Judge, RTC, 9th Judicial Region, branch 23, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur dated March 30, 2016 with recommended bail-bond amounting to thirty thousand pesos (Php 30,000) for his temporary liberty. Suspect is temporarily detained at Molave MPS for proper disposition.

CAMPAIGN AGAINST WANTED PERSON in Margosatubig,

That on April 13, 2016 at about 5:00 am, pnp elements of Margosatubig mps conducted operation against wanted person at Purok Macopa, Barangay Lumbog, Margosatubig, Zamboanga Del Sur that resulted in the arrest of a certain sammy miro juguilon, 42 years old, male, married, farmer and a resident of Barangay Lumbog, Margosatubig, Zamboanga Del Sur. suspect is arrested by of warrant of arrest for the crime of frustrated murder, docketed under criminal case number 15-130 issued by honorable Felix B. Rodriguez Jr., presiding judge of branch 29 San Miguel, Z.D.S dated march 15, 2016, with recommended bail-bond amounting to two hundred thousand pesos (Php 200,000.00). Suspect is temporarily detained at Margosatubig MPS lock-up cell for proper disposition.

CAMPAIGN AGAINST ILLEGAL DRUGS (LAMBAT-SIBAT) in Pagadian City

That on April 12, 2016 at about 6:30 PM, PNP personnel of ZDSPIB and ZDSPDEA conducted joint drug buy-bust operation at n Hotel, Tuburan District, Pagadian City that resulted in the arrest of a certain Jecel Angcap Caracot, female, 42 years old, widow, resident of block 2, lot 27, Sunrise Village, Pagadian City. Confiscated from her possession and control were five (5) pieces white crystalline substance suspected of shabu with an estimated value of two thousand five hundred pesos (Php 2,500.00), one (1) unit cellphone. Suspect is temporarily detained at PDEA locked-up cell for proper disposition.

CAMPAIGN AGAINST WANTED PERSON in Ramon Magsaysay

That on April 13, 2016 at about 10:00 AM, PNP personnel of Ramon Magsaysay Mps led by PI BENJAMIN C NAPIGKIT, OIC conducted operation against wanted person to Purok Tinago, Barangay Campo V, Ramon Magsaysay, Zamboanga Del Sur that resulted in the arrest of a certain Danny Morales Lagahit, 52 years old, male, married, farmer, resident of same place. suspect is arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Honorable Romeo T Descallar, Assisting Judge of Regional Trial Court, Branch 30, Aurora, Zamboanga Del Sur for the crime of acts of lasciviousness in relation to R.A. 7610 docketed under criminal case number 16-10, 1235 dated April 1, 2016 with recommended bail-bond amounting to eighty thousand pesos (Php 80, 000.00). Suspect is temporarily detained at Ramon Magsaysay MPS lock-up cell for proper disposition.
