ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT ON WANTED PERSON

That on April 2, 2016 at about  7:00 AM, thru intelligence driven operation, Tabina Mps, Zamboanga del Sur personnel led by PI JUNAR C. YAP, OIC, together with personnel OF 1ST MC, RPSB PRO-ARMM led by PI KEVIN LEW D. GARING, EX O, under the supervision of PSI EPREAM G. PAGUYOD, Company Commander, successfully arrested Jerry Alcosiba at Purok Ambo, Landasan, Parang, Maguindanao by virtue of warrant of arrest docketed under criminal case number 15-140 for the crime of attempted murder issued by Hon. Felix B. Rodriguez Jr, acting presiding judge of 9th judicial region, RTC, branch 29, San Miguel ZDS.  Arrested person is now temporarily detained at Tabina MPS lock up cell for proper disposition.

ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT ON CAMPAIGN AGAINST BILANG BOGA

That on April 2, 2016, at about 9:30 AM Danilo Sayre Bato, of legal age, resident of Barangay Bobongan, Ramon Magsaysay, Zamboanga Del Sur voluntarily surrendered/deposited his firearm caliber 45 pistol, bearing serial number 1023973 whose license was already expired to Pi Benjamin C. Napigkit, OIC of Ramon Magsaysay MPS. Subject firearm is now under the custody of Ramon Magsaysay MPS for proper disposition.

Internal Cleansing (Kontra Droga)

On April 1, 2016 at about 8:00 am, the PRO9 in coordination with RCLO9 and RSTU9 conducted a random drug tests to 376 personnel broken down as follows: 279 new graduate PNP recruits who will be deployed for field training program (FTP) to Zamboanga City and Dipolog City and Pagadian City, 45 personnel who are the FTP supervisors, 12 EODT personnel from RPSB9, 22 personnel who are in the CI drug list of R2; and 14 RSTU9 personnel.the on-going random drug test is the advocacy program of the police regional office 9 to prevent its personnel from using prohibited drugs. RCLO9 was advice to furnish this PRO on the results of the drug test. The PRO shouldered the procurement of the drug test kits.

Report On One Time Big Time (Service Of Search Warrant)

On April 1, 2016, at about 3:00 am, the joint operation of Criminal Investigation And Detection Group (CIDG-ZDS), Regional Intelligence Unit (RIU9), Regional Public Safety Battalion (RPSB9) and Kumalarang Mps together with media GMA7 MPS proceeded to Purok Laya, Barangay Poblacion, Kumalarang, Zamboanga Del Sur and implemented search warrant numbers 42-2016 and 48-2016 for violation of RA 9165 and RA 10591 against Lakmod Akil Abubakar, search warrant numbers 51-2016, 53-2016 and 52-2016  for violation of RA 10591, RA 9165 and RA 9516 against Amin Sabiran Palada @ “sadat” and search warrant numbers 54-2016, 55-2016 and 56-2016 for violation of RA 9165, RA 10591 and RA 9516 against Mug Olanda Abubakar, all resident of same place and issued by Hon. Romeo T Descallar, Presiding Judge, RTC, branch 19, Pagadian City. During the search and seizure operation, PNP teams properly executed the mentioned search warrants and were able to find the following: search warrant nos. 42-2k16 & 48-2k16 - negative result and arrest. search warrant nos. 51-2k16, 53-2k16 & 52-2k16 - Amin Sabiran Palada @ “sadat” was arrested and seized the following: one (1) unit hk 2000 black, one (1) unit caliber .22 pump air type, two (2) magazine for hk 2000, thirty five (35) pieces ammunition for hk 2000, one (1) box containing twenty one (21) pieces of ammunition for cal. 22, search warrant nos. 54-2016, 55-2016 and 56-2016 – Mug Olanda Abubakar was arrested and seized the following: two (2) pieces of lighter color green, foils as drug paraphernalia subject arrested persons were brought to CIDG-ZDS for custodial investigation while appropriate charges are now being prepared against them for filing in the court.
