REPORTED INCIDENTS - April 5-7-8, 2016

Campaign against Wanted Person:

           The PNP elements of Labangan MPS led by PSI JA LAWINGAN, COP conducted operation against wanted person at about 1:30 pm of April 08, 2016 that resulted in the arrest of a certain Eulogio Calago Pilapil, 49 years old, farmer, resident of Purok 3, Sta Cruz, Labangan, Zamboanga Del Sur by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of frustrated homicide issued by Honorable Romeo Descallar, Presiding Judge of RTC, 9th Judicial Region, branch 19, Pagadian City dated March 30, 2016, under criminal case number 12730-2k16 with recommended bail-bond amounting to twenty four thousand pesos (Php24,000.00). Suspect is temporarily detained at Labangan MPS for proper disposition.

Lambat-Sibat (Campaign Against Wanted Person):

          On April 7, 2016 at about 1:20 pm, PNP elements of Tukuran MPS led by PO2 Rojiegel C. Orlanes conducted operation against wanted person at Purok Bidlisiw, Barangay San Carlos, Tukuran, Zamboanga Del Sur that resulted in the arrest of a certain Mona Ejercito Sanguid, 71 years old, widow, fish vendor, resident of the same place by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Honorable Norlinda R. Amante-Descallar, Acting Presiding Judge of 9th MCTC Labangan-Tukuran, Zds dated March 4, 2016 for the crime of grave slander under criminal case number 1616-t with recommended bail-bond amounting to six thousand pesos (Php6,000.00). Suspect is temporarily detained at Tukuran MPS for proper disposition.

Report On Lambat Sibat

On April 7, 2016 at about 1:20 pm, at Purok Madasigon, Barangay San Carlos, Tukuran, Zamboanga Del Sur,  PNP elements of Tukuran, MPS, arrested  Mona  Sanguid  for the crime of grave slander docketed under criminal case number 1616-t with  recommended bail bond fixed at six thousand pesos (₱6,000.00) issued by Hon. Norlinda Amante-Descallar, Presiding Judge of 9th Mctc, Labangan, Zamboanga Del Sur. Subject is now temporarily detained at Tukuran MPS for proper disposition.  

On April 07, 2016 at about 12:30 pm, PNP elements of Diplahan MPS led by PINSP JIMMY ALBERT A DECIN conducted a “lambat-sibat” operation for the service of warrant of arrest at Barangay Damit, Bayog, Zamboanga Del Sur that resulted in the arrest of  Welbert P. Capangpangan by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Hon. Shene C Canete, of  9th Judicial Branch , Imelda, Zamboanga Sibugay for the crime of acts of lasciviousness docketed under criminal case number 4232-d dated April 1, 2016 with bail bond fixed at twelve thousand pesos (₱12,000.00) for his temporary liberty. Subject person is temporarily detained at Diplahan MPS for proper disposition.

Report On The Neutralization Of  Wanted Person

On April 7, 2016 at about 8:00 am, the PNP personnel of this station led by SPO3 Carlos Omentic, warrant server, under the direction of PSUPT MICHAEL P PALERMO, OIC proceeded to Purok Caimito, Lenienza, Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Sur, to effect the arrest of John Clifford Dalman, 28 years old, single, make-up artist and resident of the above-mentioned place. Subject person was arrested at his residence by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Hon. Benjamin R Lazaderaz, Presiding Judge, RTC brand 22, Pagadian City for violation of section 3 (a) article III of R.A 7610 docketed under criminal case number 12729-2016. Subject person is now temporarily  detained at Pagadian City Police Station for proper disposition.

REPORT ON INDISCRIMINATE FIRING

That on April 5, 2016 at about 8:30 PM, by Lapuyan Municipal Police Station received a phone call from a concerned citizen that allegedly shooting incident transpired at Purok Ii, Barangay Balong-Balong, Pitogo, Zamboanga Del Sur. Upon receipt hereof, PNP elements of Pitogo MPS led by PINSP ORLYN PARDIILLO LEYTE, OIC proceeded to the aforementioned place to verify the veracity of the report. Initial investigation revealed that at about 5:30 pm of same date, Rodolfo Sauro, Dante Camache and several others were having drinking spree. A certain Rodolfo Sauro was having altercation with his wife Elemita Sauro when the latter refused to give money he asked from his wife. on that instance, Rodolfo Sauro allegedly got a firearm and fired five (5) times towards upward position that cause his wife to run out of his sight. After a while, Dante Camache barged in and mediated the trouble between the couple which resulted to physical struggle and resulting Dante Camache having lacerated wound on his left eyebrow and hematoma on his mouth which accordingly hit with a hard object. Further investigation conducted resulted to a recovery of one (1) empty shell of caliber .45 pistol and one (1) inside holster of caliber .45 pistol while the suspect fled to unknown direction.
