Shooting Incident:
PAGADIAN
CITY - Shooting incident transpired at Pulmones
Street, Barangay Sta. Lucia, Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 8:45 am
on October 30, 2016 wherein the victim identified as Raul Magsayo Ngoho, of
legal age, and a residence of Barangay Mama, Dumalinao, Zambaonga Del Sur was
shot to death by unidentified suspect with the used of undetermined firearms. Investigation
conducted by the responding PNP elements of PCPS disclosed that the victim was
at said place purposely to buy a medicine when suddenly suspect appeared from
behind and without apparent reason shot the victim hitting at the back portion
of his head. Victim was rushed to Borbon Hospital for immediate medical
treatment but was declared dead on arrival by the attending physician. Suspect
fled to unknown direction. PNP personnel of Pagadian CPS is now conducting
follow-up investigation to identify and to possibly arrest the fleeing
suspect/s and determine the motive of the crime.
