Shooting Incident

AURORA - Shooting incident transpired OOA 9:20 P.M. of October 6, 2016 at the National Highway, Purok La Joma, Brgy San Jose, Aurora, ZDS wherein victim identified as one Januaries Franco y Barbieros, 36 years old, married, Government Employee of RTC Aurora, ZDS and a resident of Purok Waling-Waling, Brgy. Poblacion, Aurora, ZDS. Suspect identified as Diosdado Zanoria y Dela Victoria aka “Dadong”, 55 years old, married, businessman and a resident of Bonifacio St., Purok Sta Maria, Brgy Poblacion, Aurora, ZDS. Victim sustained gunshot wounds on the back portion of his waistline and exited at his abdomen and now confined at ZDSMC, Dao, Pagadian City for medical treatment. Suspects voluntarily surrendered to the responding PNP elements of Aurora MPS and turn-over his calibre .45 pistol Armscor (Medallion) with serial no.1271120, one (1) magazine (HICUP) loaded with eight live ammo.

Arrest of HVT on Illegal Drugs (MPS Level)

AURORA - OOA 9:30 AM of October 6, 2016, PNP elements of Aurora MPS led by PSI HEIDEL B TE-ELAN, OIC conducted checkpoint operation along the National Highway, Barangay Anonang, Aurora, ZDS together with the elements of Alpha Company, 53IB 1st ID, PA successfully arrested one (1) HVT on Illegal Drugs Watch List personality identified as Ian Paul Fernandez aka “Cocoy” Fernandez, driver, 27 years old, with live-in partner (linked under Jessa Almecen y Manzo, TOP 10 Drug Priority Target and also under Junie Cuizon y Perez Illegal Drug Group covered with COPLAN “PAKO”) and one (1) Arvin Aguilar y Tautoan, 25 years old, with live-in partner, both a resident of Purok Imelda, Barangay Poblacion, Aurora, ZDS. Confiscated from their possession and control one (1) heat sealed of shabu and two (2) folded aluminum foils. 2. Arrest of suspect on shooting incident and confiscation of firearms. Arrest of Wanted Persons

PAGADIAN CITY - Serious Physical Injury in relation to RA 7610. OOA 1:45 P.M. of October 05, 2016, one Charles del Mar y Perdrosa, male, a resident of Purok Acasia, Balangasan District, Pagadian City personnaly reported to Pagadian CPS that at around 6:00 A.M. of October 5, 2016 his Two (2) days old daughter CHIARA LOUISE DEL Mar y BANTACULO toes was cut off/amputated using a scissor by the duty nurse identified as RIZA DOMINISAC y SAVARES, female, 30 years old, a resident of Purok Avocado, Buenavista, Pagadian City, Registered Nurse and employee on duty of Hofileña Hospital Pagadian City.

SAN MIGUEL - OOA 8:30 AM of October 6, 2016, PNP elements of San Miguel MPS led by PI BERNARD P TALITAYAN, OIC conducted manhunt operation at Purok Mangga, Brangay Dao-an, San Miguel, ZDS that resulted to the arrest of one Jokery Sevilla y Gamor, 34 yo, single, farmer and a resident of same place. Subject person has a standing warrant of arrest for the Crime of Rape docketed under Criminal Case Nr 16-081, issued by Hon. Ruben N Bance, Presiding Judge, RTC, Branch 29, Pagadian City. No bail bond recommended for his temporary liberty. 2.

PAGADIAN CITY - OOA 10:35 AM of October 6, 2016, PNP elements of Pagadian CPS led by SPO3 Carlos D Omentic, Warrant Server conducted manhunt operation at Pagadian City Hall, Gatas District, Pagadian City that resulted to the arrest of one JOSEPHINE CAANG y PALMERO, 44 years old, married and a resident of Alta Tierra, Napolan Pagadian City. Subject person has a standing warrant of arrest for Violation of BP 22 docketed under CC Nr 17191, issued by Hon Judge Geraldine A Edralin Jr, MTCC, Branch 02, Pagadian City. Recommended bail bond for her temporary liberty is Php2, 000.00.3.

PAGADIAN CITY - OOA 10:35 AM of October 6, 2016, PNP elements of Pagadian CPS led by SPO3 Carlos D Omentic, Warrant Server conducted manhunt operation at Cabahug Hospital, San Pedro, Pagadian City that resulted to the arrest of one ALLAN SALVAA y CALAGAHAN, 37 years old, married and a resident of Rizal Avenue, San Pedro, Pagadian City. Subject person has a standing warrant of arrest for violation of R.A 9262 docketed under CC Nr 16-095, issued by Hon Judge Ruben N Bance, RTC, Branch 29, San Miguel, Zamboanga del Sur. Recommended bail bond for his temporary liberty is Php24,000.00.4.

PAGADIAN CITY - OOA 11:15 AM of October 6, 2016, PNP elements of Pagadian CPS led by SPO3 Carlos D Omentic, Warrant Server conducted manhunt operation at Purok Talisay B, Kawit Pagadian City that resulted to the arrest of one DIOMELYN GUMALANG y TABO-TABO, 35 years old, married and a resident of same place. Subject person has a standing warrant of arrest for the crime of ESTAFA (ART 3151 of the RPC in relation to PD 115 docketed under CC Nr 17471, issued by Hon Judge Joel G Vercide, Presiding Judge of MTCC, Branch 01, Pagadian City. Recommended bail bond for her temporary liberty is Php6, 000.00.
